The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I always use this tool to order from some of my favorite restaurants, and this is the only one representing the actual menu from the restaurant.
The process Quick and painless… like ripping off a band-aid. The food I received was worth the trouble.

You should really list your fees to the order up front, it's shady to include them without a clear disclaimer before you place your order.

Online ordering was easy and no issues. Delivery time was accurate. Charge were correct. Food was delivered as ordered. Great food.

Although it was easy enough to place an order, I found the UI substandard. I would like it to be better.
Overall cheaper than Uber eats and seamless. Would be great to be able to view the cart before placing the order

Hard to select if we only wanted one kind of sauce (forced me to choose three sauces), but there was no space to choose one sauce
Bad UI/UX makes the forms extra difficult to use, bad mobile phone design makes the screens shift side to side. Invest in a better coder.

The 20 dollar min was kind of annoying, but I understand. Maybe change it to 15 min? Also! Please get breadsticks!
Pizza place.
I have to re-enter my address and credit card every time I order even though I have entered my address into my profile.
Only option, defaulted from Resturant.
Works fine, not the smoothest online experience. Could be a bit more visually pleasing. Never causes me issues though.
Restaurant preference
Software is dated; need better input validations on various fields (e.g. Special instructions). Try using a react.js framework bb <3

Go see Alien Romulus. It's alright. Middle of the pack Alien movie. Alien and Aliens are tied for #1. Prometheus and Resurrection are at the bottom.
I had no choice.
I entered my order and when I went to check out, it prompted me to sign in. When I signed in, my order was erased and I had to recreate it all.

My order was left in a cold vestibule. My doorbell wasn't pushed nor a text sent notifying me. Only chance led me to find the order.
So far so good hoping the pizza and sub are delicious and that the transaction goes thru without any issues. Thank you.
Not happy does not deliver more than 3 miles. I live in hyde park wouldn't deliver there not happy still need to go out

The last time I ordered food through Grabull the driver picked it up and never delivered. I contacted Grabull and was ignored.
I couldn't view my subtotal information, just my total. I would love to be able to see my taxes and fees and such!
