The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I cant see the itemized coating on the "order page". There are fees added that were secret. Not cool.
System working as designed! Food ordered, made, and was available for my pickup.

The tip is added automatically but you can't see it in an itemized list when you go to check out. It is like a trick. Who is being tipped on a takeout order?
