The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.

I tried to get a new password and the email didn't come in time. And when entering the credit card exp date it indicates you should add a slash, but then it says illegal character.

Total cost needs to be shown prior to submitting order. Fees and tip etc isn't shown until you submit so the total cost is a lot more than anticipated. All of this should be shown up front not after you submit.
The total was more than the 2 items and I am picking up the order and do not think should pay extra and see the itemized charge.
