The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.

Apparently the restaurant I ordered from here in Haverhill, MA (Spazianos on Washington Street downtown) had closed or didn't open on Tuesday evening 05/20/24. I placed an online order that was accepted and paid for but after over an hour (the restaurant is literally five minutes from my house) no delivery. I called the restaurant six times and got no response so I then called Grabull customer service and explained the situation. The Grabull Customer Service Representative I spoke with also tried calling Spazianos a few times but got the same results I got. No response.
The Grabull representative assured me that I would get a full refund which I am still waiting for (takes a few days). The payment for the order is still pending on my card but I'm sure the Grabull team will get this resolved fairly soon.
I am pretty satisfied with the customer service I got from Grabull. Just hope I get my refund soon! But I know how banks work and payments go out a lot faster than refunds get returned!

I love the fact that "tawa tandoori" will make the food the WAY,you ask them too! For example the heat level: i like it mild so they fix it that way, some people like it spicey - they ask what level you prefer 1-5 and they make it! The flavors are amazing! The people are very friendly!

The restaurant I ordered from used Grabull, there’s no other choice.
The user interface is not great. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and during checkout, I couldn't see an itemization of what I was actually paying for, so I had to enter my credit card without knowing exactly what the cost breakdown was, which is uncomfortable. Also, the color is too bright red, I didn't like it.
The site for the restaurant led me there.
I showed up at the restaurant. Because someone crashed their car into it a few weeks ago, the window was replaced by a board, and I got nervous, but they were open, and my food was ready. I took it home, and it was delicious.
