Proactively asks for customer feedback
This company does not typically respond to reviews
The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I don't think I had any other option
Line was busy at Cals
There are not enough options for the attributes I need. Order came without standard ingredients because the only options were up charges. What about basic options, are they included or do you need to write them all out. Turns out it's the latter, my loss.
Chose the wrong store location
A breakdown of the total amount (with taxes and extra fees) isn't available until after you've placed the order which doesn't make sense and is frustrating when you're trying to understand the total charge.
Web version doesn't show a detailed cost breakdown before payment. And app interface for entering credit card expiration is invisible. I had to use both to understand the cost, confirm the discount had been applied, and check out.
Would be nice to be able to see the order after entering payment info and before submitting.
Wanted food from this restaurant.
Order timed out three times and would not let me place an order as a guest. Had to create yet another online account for yet another online service. Don't offer guest options if your customers cannot use them.
Online ordering from restaurant of choice seemed like an easier option. It was not. I will be phoning in my orders to them and not using your service or app in the future.
There was nothing to identify the size of the item I was ordering. I don't know if the pizza or sub or fries are a large or small. Please update that info. Also add cash for the tip calculator so the driver knows you are tipping just not with your card
Its the site Ugi's preferred you to order from
Fees are too high - might need to change my buying plans with no grab bull...i would tip more but fees are stupid high.
So far so good - $5 fee is alot and it impacts tips to drivers - just sayin.
Sp far so good - easy to order
Ordering was easy - $6 in delivery and fees not so good.
Part of web site of Kings
Smooth start - hope it arrives
Prices 2 dollars higher than menu plus fees on top of that. And then I waited the amount of time quoted but they didn't start making my order until I got there so not a great pickup/takeout experience.
I thought the restaurant got to keep more of the money if I did.
The iOS app is kind of buggy. Wouldn't allow me full access to later today pickup. Also, please check spelling and grammar in the interface- i. E. "cart summery" "how are paying". Doesn't inspire confidence.
I really don't like to "phone in" an order for takeout– especially when the menu is pretty diverse. I found a local Japanese restaurant's website and it directed me to Grabull to order online. It was pretty smooth.
The restaurant I wanted to order from steers customers to Grabull.
The estimate was "within 45 minutes," but I've ordered via phone and this restaurant never takes more than 20 minutes. I swung by just to check and they were finishing up after 20 min. Thankfully I checked in, or my food wouldn't have been nice and hot.
It was what came up in a search
It would be nice if cookies were on the menu. Also, an auto query "want fries or onion rings w/that?" would be useful to this consumer & probably boost your revenue. I used to like corn chowder, but it was sour last time. Offer that in winter. Summer Ricky or Shaved Ice.
We chose the restaurant. They chose you.
Order didn't arrive in stated time, contacted restaurant who stated frequent problems with Grabull. After 75 minutes discover delivery attempt was made to wrong address, was sitting on building lobby. Food cold, discarded.
Popped up first clicking "order online"
Ive ordered quesadillas with beans multiple times. The last two times, the beans were not included. I had paid extra for these add-ons on multiple occasions and a lack of attention to detail has resulted in paying for missing items. Food was still good 10/10 would order again but definitely will not tip.
Convenience.
The restaurant never received my order and said this happens all the time with Grabull. The restaurant was apologetic. I canceled the order with Grabull and placed directly through the restaurant instead.
I explained what happened and the customer service rep canceled my order easily.
Ordered takeout using your portal and showed up 25 minutes later. Vendor could not find order. Very polite, but regardless, has to wait another 30 minutes for the takeout while my guests sat in the car / parking lot. Not a pleasant experience.
It was the default on the vendor’s site (Great Wok, Wellesley, MA).
I will call the order in next time.
I'm not totally sure what grabull is and what makes it different than other services, but my ordering process was smooth. There should be more info about them when you order through them in my opinion
The restaurant i was ordering from uses it - Penang in Waltham, MA
No reflection on delivery- restaurant had order wrong. Order a wheat wrap and got a white bread wrap. Hardly any steak in it. Bummer. Deliworks used to be great. Food was definitely cold. Driver got lost but it's happened before.
Only choice.
We ordered Pizza, onion rings and chicken tenders from a local restaurant. Delivered by grabull. Our food was luke warm-cold upon arrival. We met the delivery outside of our building, it was raining. I think next time I might as well go and pick it up. Similar to Uber eats and door dash is my opinion. Cheaper delivery fees, but food is still cold upon arrival.
The pizza shop we ordered from offered Grabull as their delivery service.
Numerous spelling/grammatical errors in standard form text, clunky address handling, couldn't find the restaurant's listing with full menu (but found 3 variants with shorter menus missing entire sections) until I used a link from the restaurant's own web site. But at least the web site worked better than the iOS app, which cleared form fields I'd just filled in, and refused to accept the order with no explanation why.
It's the site the restaurant's web site links to for delivery.
I am a little confused by the pizza pricing. Its odd to have the price be listed as one thing and then have it actually cost more based on round (which should be standard and included in the cost) or square (which adds $11!)
Only choice for restaurant I am purchasing from.
"It appears from your rating that you may have an issue that needs attention. If you left a 1 or 2-star rating by mistake, please correct it before continuing." - If you want honest feedback to improve your product, remove this message. It's pretty arrogant that you would assume a 2-star rating must be a mistake. My original rating was going to be 2 stars for the bad user interface, but I lowered it to 1 star because of that suggestion.
Here's some feedback for the UI:
When changing the size of pizza, a pop up tells me I can only select one option. Instead, the interface should just change my selection. Second, when entering my credit card expiration date, the format shows "MM/YY" but actually requires "MMYY" - without the slash, otherwise it throws an error for the slash. Beyond that, the interface is just ugly, at least on mobile. I'm on an iPhone using chrome if that helps.
The restaurant I wanted to order from uses Grabull. If I had a choice I wouldn’t use Grabull again.
Still waiting. Ordered a sandwich, pizza, and salad an hour and 45 minutes ago. Had to make the kids sandwiches instead of our usual Christmas eve pizza lunch. Will never use Grabull again. I reached out for a refund and they said it was the restaurants fault. I called the restaurant and guess what? They were not busy. I believe the restaurant because I have always had positive experiences with them. Grabull? This is my first and last time using them.
The two vegan burritos I ordered were astonishingly good! I appreciate having meat-free options available, and the food was ready when I arrived for pickup. But despite repeatedly saying and spelling my name, and it being spelled correctly on the pickup bag, they had trouble finding my order — not sure what happened there.
I ordered several items to be picked up. I waiting the 20 minutes like the app said and when I get there they have no idea what I'm talking about. Said they never received an order. Had to give them my confirmation number and they started making the order. That was the whole point of ordering online. Had to wait another 20 monto get my food. Didn't even offer a discount or anything. Then for the curry, they only have like 5 little pieces of meat in each container.
It was the option listed of the vendors website.
Sorry however Menu is managed by Restaurant, so whatever they Out Grabull will dIsplay the same to you. After your feedback we have made Restaurant aware to fix the issue
