The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Bad UI, click item to order and then it has a pop up which also has a button to add to cart, just makes no sense. The CC entry field for date is just weird due to not being able to add a slash. The whole CC area just appears a little suspicious and does not provide any sense of secure usage
Forced to based on the restaurant
Easy to use, reasonable charges and I was glad to see I had reward money. Yay! However, I did not receive a notification when my food arrived. I decided to look outside my door and the order was there.
Like dealing directly with the business.

Driver was polite however they were an hour early which may have been them or the restaurant but I'd made it clear what time I'd wanted food delivered. Had I not a friend over it would've been a serious problem as I was not home at the time
Only option
Our order was not complete upon pick up. Then food was given and an employee ran out with another portion as leaving. Get back to the office items missing. Additional trip back to the vendor to get remaining item. Food was poor quality and organizationally a big mess. Will not use again.
It was the online platform used by the business
When the order went through Grabull, it cut off the instructions (to include tomato, lettuce etc.) so I just got chicken on bread. Zero fault on the restaurant because I go here a lot and they have never messed up an order.
Convenience but I will not be using Grabull again.
By mistake apparently
Straightforward ordering process, good updates while waiting. Only thing I would change is to be clear in the check out process that you are paying more than the restaurant charges for the food. I was trying to avoid that since I was just ordering on line and picking up. I could have done that and paid less by just calling the restaurant directly.
Just trying to order online.
When I picked 15% tip, it showed up in total. When I confirmed, no tip shows, so I have to go down and leave a cash tip with doorman. Or worse, I'm being charged for the tip, but it's not showing and I'll leave double tip. This is the second time this has happened.
When placing the order, had to provide my cell & email. Food was 20 mins late so I called the #. They had left it on the door step in the cold. No phone call, didn't ring the bell. Food was lukewarm once we got it.
Didn’t have a choice- restaurant uses it
If you could get the food here any earlier that would be great. I'm new in this position and I'm trying to keep it. Not familiar with the area and it took a few minutes for me to find a nice place to order the lunch.
Viewing this via the mobile website is quite confusing and does not adequately show the breakdown of cost; however, the desktop browser version was an okay experience. It would have been nicer and more helpful had there been descriptions of the items, and/or photos. I understand, though, that this likely is out of Grabull's control, so I do not blame you.
This was the best option for ordering from this particular restaurant. Also, Grabull seems to be a local company, and therefore, we would prefer to support you over other companies.
Menu options aren't clear. Account creation seemed weird and didn't require confirmation, they used to use Grubhub which I made an account on and had rewards on and now that's apparently worthless. The new website looks less legitimate than before and the branding colors are basically an assault on my optical nerves.
I didn’t. The restaurant down the street I’ve been ordering from for 2 years suddenly decided to switch providers and handed over the reigns to these Grabull chumps. How do you even pronounce this worthless corporate oddity? They should tuck it away in someone’s attic for 20 years, never use it again, and hope that it gains some kind of limited collector’s item status or can be repurposed for something that’s actually helpful to people.
Ordered online, was told 20 minutes would be ready. Get to restaurant and they say they never got order. I show them my screen and they rush to complete order... had 2 kids waiting in the car for me. Very dissapointed.

What is the point of having an account with Grabull if I can't save credit card information? Logging in seems to save no time. Also, when I switched from delivery to pick up, the system made me re-enter my entire order from scratch. This is just a vastly inferior system to others on the market.
Because the restaurant uses the system. I would not chose Grabull otherwise.
The driver gave us the wrong order - after it was brought up to our office suite I noticed the order seemed small (it was meant for 4 people and only had enough for 1 when I looked at the receipt taped on the outside of the bag) so I called him right away. He came back with the right order.
No choice. It was what OBA Kitchen used on their website.
You advertise 12 or 15% discount. It is never applied. You don't show a break down of fees or costs. Overall, super shady and disreputable. Show the cost down of what people are paying for and if you advertise a 15% off, make sue people can see if they're getting it- unless it's just bait and switch which it seems to be.
This is what my restaurant uses... I will tell them to offer another choice or use a different restaurant
Mike's Restaurant in Somerville has partnered with Grabull for deliveries. My recent order of 3 very different subs for lunch arrived hot and on-time in spite of being surrounded by major street closures due to utility and paving work. Thank you for your contribution to a memorable lunch!
I did not choose Grabull, I chose Mikes based on dine-in and delivery meals in the past.
I ordered food for a small group event a day before. When the food still had not arrived 30 mins past the delivery time, we called. The food eventually showed up very late. We were refunded the tip and the service fee, which does not feel sufficient given how late the order was (and how much time we had to spend tracking things down).
not helpful
Convenience
I would have liked to see the option for adding extra items onto th epizza I am ordering, otherwise easy to use.
Restaurant's only option online
- Delivery driver did not receive entire tip - receipt showed he only got 2/3 of it
- Delivery driver was not told the name of the restaurant so there was some confusion
- Overall order took a long time (1.5 hrs)
I was billed for a delivery that was never made. The website had a glitch which led me to believe that my order was not placed so I placed the order again. 2 orders 1 delivery 2 charges on my credit card. Tried to rectify by calling... I cannot even express how unintelligent the person was that I spoke to. She had no idea what to do and said she would call back... NEVER DID was billed more than 25$ for food I never received.
Delivery person called me as he was approaching my workplace. I saw him from my office window, met him outside, and he helped with keeping doors open so that I didn't have to balance the trays of food and opening the doors.
I found the site easy to navigate and was able to place my order quickly. My order was ready on time for my pickup. Sadly, there was an item left out of the bag, which I didn't know until I'd arrived at my final destination. It was certainly the restaurant's fault, but it was definitely a bummer.
It's what showed up when I clicked "order online" at my chosen restaurant.
I don't understand why the order total price jumps up so high. My subtotal was $48 and change, and then without showing me how or why it went up to $67 and change. I'd like to at the very least be able to see what those extra charges are! This happens every time and it's very frustrating. If I have an option besides grabull I use it every time.
Only option to order food from restaurant choice.
I don't like that I can't see the details of the order (prices, fees, etc) on the payment page!

I looked at the menu and talked to the family and created our order, and then TIMED OUT! That's too intense. Please make more time for all of us to make our choices.
Because we love this particular restaurant.
It services the restaurant we like.
We got our food just fine thank you. Our delivery guy said his GPS told him to deliver across the street, but I went outside and got him and it was fine.
That's what the restaurant we ordered from uses
