The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Great food will go again large serving size reasonable price
Before placing my order, it was hard to understand how long the order would take. After ordering, there was no status (restaurant picked up the order, restaurant working on the order, out for delivery, etc.). Uber has really established a great UX here, so my preference would be to order delivery through them because they're so transparent with the status of the order through its entire lifecycle.

These idiots claim they advertise the restaurant. The advertise the restaurant's names which are already popular. They charge 8% commission not much, considering the cost of processing an order is the same regardless of amount it's lot just like all the other leeches. They force themselves into restaurants by hijacking their accounts and naive restaurant owners go for it. Just to realize their customers become Grabull$#*! customers and most are not well treated as you can see in other 1 start reviews right here on this site.
Grabull menu offerings were incomplete: the choices for takeout were missing some of my favorite dishes of this restaurant. The restaurant's own website's menu confirmed that they still offer those dishes.

Went to the restaurant to pick up. Was told they had no order for me. I told them I ordered online and they said it hadn't come through yet. This was 25 minutes after I ordered online and Grabull gave me a 20 minute estimate for my food to be ready. The restaurant kindly made my order but I had to wait around for another 20 minutes making me late.
This is what the restaurant I went to uses.
Grabull charged my credit card $2 more than the receipt they sent me, which was a further $3 more than the receipt from the restaurant (so $5 total). A previous time when I used their service, my credit card I go was stolen. I've written to them and received no response. I will never use this service again. Avoid it if you can!

Food arrived fresh and hot. Perfect. The website provides options for driver tip, but none mention customer will tip cash at delivery. My driver rang the doorbell and ran back to the car and drove off. I had a great cash tip for the driver for the holidays and he/she didn't get it. Please include that option on your check out page. Calling the restaurant didn't help the driver receive their money.
Who am I tipping on this app?... the store or delivery person? Its not clear who gets my tip. Also, the live travel map does not work. Several times it seems delivery person never left the store to find out they're ringing my doorbell.

Ordered food at around 6 pm, asked for 7:30 pm scheduled delivery because we were doing 6:30 spin class and people were coming over after for dinner. Food was delivered to our doorman at 6:45 and was cold by the time we got home.

1) pico de gallo is always an option here but it isn't on the menu check off
2) normally here you choose cheese or no cheese but not "extra cheese" so it was unclear what to choose to just get some cheese, not "extra"

There are special offers at the top of the ordering page but no way to apply them. Order cannot be reviewed on checkout page. Leaving the checkout pages causes all entered card and address info to be lost.
The alternative was to call or to eat somewhere else.
Leone's Pizza in Somerville was reluctant to provide us with enough paper plates and napkins for the 25 to 30 people we were serving! We spent $150 on pizza! They should have provided us with lots of paper plates and napkins! Very bad choice in accommodating a large order!

They were super busy that day, they ended up giving me the wrong kind of noodle. Mistakes happen. I called and they apologized and exchanged the noodles for the right ones.I drove back to get them and they gave me some cucumbers as well. I enjoy their spicy house ramen! Yum!
I ordered Philly cheese chicken, NOT steak. When I arrived they gave me a steak sandwich. I showed them my chicken order and they said no that the delivery service called and charged my order without asking me. Unsure why they did that. It was good but it is not what I ordered and they wouldn't change it.

Was unable to reset my password, despite being sent a one time password. Unable to use right lick functionality to easily fill out forms using LastPass. Green text on a white background for the user login form is hard to see clearly. Very unhappy with the user experiance compared to other platforms

When I went to pick up my order at the scheduled time, the restaurant had not yet received it. They said it happened frequently with Grabull. They took the order from the receipt on my phone, but I was there about 30 minutes longer than expected. Extremely poor experience

I tried to place the order in the app but when entering credit card information I was unable to see and select the expiration date. The page that opened was blank. As I pointed at random places and went back to the main screen a random combination of month and year would appear.

Clunky app. Doesn't allow me to choose a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I have to put the chicken in the comment box. I don't know the real price when paying because of the chicken. I created an account during checkout and it removed all items I had put in cart! Had to start over.

Very nice and intuitive layout. Some hangups on checking the cart and returning back to the menu. When checking out as a guest, noticed that the customer form was slightly delayed and wasnt sure if i needed to refresh or go back. Ended up just needing to wait longer than expected for the form to accept input.
Vendors choice. But twas a good choice.
Journey to the Dumpling in Elk Grove is my favorite restaurant añd this service managed to cut down on the wait time for the food. I work at home and it's do nice to get delivery just when I close my laptop.

Everything was fine but the order came 1 hour before requested time before the kids that it was for were even home. Unfortunately had to be reheated. The order ticket said 6:45 and it arrived at 5:40.
That’s what the restaurant uses
The tip I selected didn't add to my order, this has happened before and is an inconvenience because now I have to go get cash to tip the delivery driver when they arrive. The point of delivery is so I don't have to leave my home. I will likely go back to grubhub as that issue doesn't occur.

I tried to order from what I thought was my local restaurant. It turns out Grabull had created a very similar domain (the restaurant name except with slight punctuation differences). They used the logo, address, and phone number of the restaurant but when you ordered it sent to a different restaurant.
Pros -Easy to order. Functionality is good.
Cons - I'd like to see more options added for ordering. The wet burrito isn't on the menu. The kids quesadilla should have the meat option, they always ask over the phone.
Because super tacos phone was bust for 15 minutes straight.
