Stop automatically setting the tip at 15%. These are TO GO orders and there is no service provided so why do you expect a tip on overpriced food? Set the tip to none and people can select the 15% if they want to tip. Not the other way around

I went to pick up the order and the establishment said they never received it. So I had to wait until they prepared everything. I showed them the receipt and they didn't charge me but it was annoying that they did not receive the order.
