The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Used it once. Website doubled my order after I reviewed the order. Wasted 20 minutes shutting down my credit card and calling the restaurant to cancel grabull and order from them directly. Now on hold for 15 minutes waiting for Grabull to verify with restaurant I cancelled my order through this terrible delivery service. The restaurant told me they haven't used Grabull for months and didn't understand why it is still listed as a delivery service for them. Stay away. Let's hope I cancelled my credit card in time.

Food Delivery
Driver felt it was ok to demand I hurry down down but called back 30 seconds later to complain I was taking too long. I exited to see him leaving my delivery three houses down. When I yelled down the street he told me "you $#*!" because he read the address wrong. Charming last message to me was, "$#*! you fatass". I appreciated that.
I didn’t. It was the only option.
I typically prefers delivery drivers employed by the establishment, who pretend like they care, instead of third party drop off people who go out of thier way to let you know that they couldn’t give a $#*!
Andreas has great food and exceptional staff. Haven't tried delivery yet... going to find out about "grabull" tonight.

Well i'm unsure if this review is about the food or the go between order service, grabull allowed me to customize my order to my liking, and add notes to ensure my order would be correct, The smothered chicken was more like baked chicken, it surely wasn't in any form of sauce nor gravy.
There was no butter with the waffles, who has waffles without butter?
Wth, to top it off we had no butter at home. The syrup was too thin, and no flavor what so ever.
It was the ordering site provided by Chicken N Waffles.
No other choice I'm sure.
The driver called me and said my food was delivered, but then mentioned an address next door. I told him it was not my address but he had already driven away. I tried to retrieve it from other address but could not enter building. In the end, I was left to recover my delivery.
It’s the recommended delivery of restaurant which I ordered from.
We had the breaded chicken patty on sourdough. It was delicious, but we got NONE of the condiments we requested, even though they were listed on our receipt. We also asked for potato salad in one of the combos but got fries instead, and the potato salad again was listed on the receipt. But delivery was fairly quick, even though the app said it would be 50 minutes. But we were only a few blocks away at a hotel and the food was piping hot when it arrived.
It was the app that popped up when we wanted to order delivery from Chicken n Waffles.
My favorite Indian cuisine restaurant uses Grabull and this was my first time experiencing this site. Menu looks clean and easy to navigate on the site and I ordered within minutes. Description of the dishes are also provided on the website. Can't be upset about the experience I had, 10/10 would recommend!
My favorite Indian restaurant operates online orders with Grabull. First time using the site and I love it!
You need to show that there is a fee for the service before charging my credit card. There was no mention of a fee nor did it show the total with a fee for placing the order. I will never use this again.
For a restaurant menu on line it's nice to list the menu items but photographs of them would help a LOT to see what the food looks like.
It's the only option i had
Overall I was happy using Grabull: was able to enter and edit my order easily, and the order was delivered right on time. I dinged it one star for a couple of reasons:
1. I could not easily determine what additional fees were being added to the subtotal beyond tax, tip, and "convenience fee" until after I paid the total.
2. There was no status update or tracking while the meal was being prepared and delivered.
Otherwise the app is pretty good.
Linked to restaurant site.
Last time a person delivering food called me and DEMANDED a tip. She/he conditioned delivering food on receiving a tip. While I refused, she/he advised me to change the delivery company.
Please note that I pay a delivery fee every time. I would be grateful for changing the policy. This situation was troubling.

Easy to order, but would be better if the restaurant had pictures of the food items.
I didn't, Ding How choose Grabull.
Website seems kind of not intuitive; kept deleting out my information and there's no way to add coupons in AFTER you're done ordering & actually *know* the total to be able to select the right option (via coupon eligibility requirements); also, there's no way to see how they're calculating the total ahead of time, with NO breakdown of costs pre-submission to be seen, just a sudden new checkout option with a total that's mysteriously a great deal higher than the price of your menu item itself that's listed herein. Grammar and spelling mistakes are ALSO present throughout the site & ought to be remedied... for the sake of professionalism, if nothing else.
Had no choice; I wanted to order delivery from Big A & I used to always do it directly via their restaurant website in lieu of GrubHub/EAT24^ (^back in the day, I used to order *much* more often) in order to avoid the exorbitant fees either 3rd-party service charged the restaurant itself as well as the frequent issue of price discrepancies when either aforememetioned 3rd party ordering service was concerned (NOT in my favor, either - basically, scamming both paying customers who were unsuspecting of their shady operating practices & the restaurant ITSELF, too!). So long story short, this was it unless I wanted to call the restaurant and talk to somebody on the phone to place my order; as almost ANYTHING is preferable to human interaction proper, here we are!
We ordered take out futon this restaurant. Food was ready when we got there. However the food was mediocre at best. Chili chicken and Gobi Manchurian was very ketchupy. The tikka masala was the only decent dish. Super mild which worked well for my kids and husband who dont care for super spicy food.
It’s the option that came up.
The app has a glitch that doesn't let you see/add the credit card expiry. Data saved in the account cannot be used to checkout in the website.
To order a pizza
Food was very tasty, but the fish curry was unrecognizable as it had 5 tiny bits of fish in the sauce. I emailed restaurant as it certainly wasn't worth the price, but haven't heard back yet. Hoping this was an unusual error that they can remedy.
I went to pick up my online order after 25 minutes but the restaurant took 3 tries going to the back to look it up and asking for more info from my email receipt before they found it. After that they sent the order to the kitchen and I had to wait another 30 minutes.
It was the "Order Online" link on the restaurant's website
An impressive example of the gig economy! I was very impressed with how easy the pickup and deliver were to schedule, the updates at key steps along the way, and how quickly the whole job was accomplished.
I had everything ready in my cart then my session expired in less than a couple of minutes while i got my wallet out. Then my whole cart disappeared and I had to reorder everything and enter the card info in again. I also kept having to select pick up because it automatically corrected to delivery 3 times
Site is hard to navigate, the menu is incomplete so comments had to be used for regular selections. Once the order is placed there is no way to check order status. This is a clunky website that's primary function is to take the payment. I needed a second order and skipped this process and called the restaurant directly. I'd hate to see a local restaurant pay money because I used this site again.
It was linked to the restaurant’s website as the only online order option
I tried to place an order and wasn't sure if it went through. I then checked my email and found no receipt, so I assumed the order was not place. A few days later, I checked my email and found the receipt. Upon calling customer service, they informed me there was no recourse for their delayed confirmation of the order. I was charged for a meal I did not know was ordered till days later.
Ordering experience was smooth, until my bank denied the charge as fraud. Perhaps some work needs to be done to establish Grabull as a trusted site so that major banks don't see Grabull charges as fraud?
Food was a half hour late and delivery people did not read delivery instructions to knock and leave food at the back door (there is even a sign at the front door stating that it is not used). Delivery person called me and didn't leave food at the back door even after I verbally requested that he do so. Food was lukewarm.
Only option for delivery from this restaurant.
Used Grabull to order Indian food. It worked well. The food was as ordered even with the special modifications that we asked for. About the only issue is that the on-line menu is not exactly like the menu on the restaurant web site, so you may have to search a bit to find what you need. Otherwise, it was great.
It was the site that came up when you select the "Order On -Line" option on the restaurant web site
I saw a duck, on your website, and i petted the duck, then i ordered food, and with each item added, it quacked, so loudly i dropped a bunch of bread, which it ate, and it was so god damned cute, how'd you get those ducks on your website?
Because of the f***ing ducks, duuuhhh!? Who are you skeeter?
