The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
It's okay, but there was an issue with an item that held us up. A classic fried dough does not come with a stuffing, but we had to choose a stuffing in order to proceed with our order.
I didn't. It was the only option.
Site functionality is subpar, business did not fulfill special instructions and my order was incorrect as a result.

The food from Nick's is great. Grabull leaves something to be desired in terms of password access/updating.
Because you're the only way to purchase from Nick's online, which apparently used to use Slice. I do like that your fees are lower than Slice's.
Would be nice to share a group order so each person can add what they want. Mendocino Farms does this.
Almost every time I have used Grabull my credit card gets hacked. Trying again and really hoping it doesn't happen.

The ordering is very basic, but alo confusing. There were items that required a choice where one wasn't wanted (plain naan for example tried to make the customer choose toppings).

Some items are not available through the grabull menu that are available at the restaurant. Frustrating.

I was getting my hair done and wanted pizza SO bad. I was able to order from the pizza place next door and pick it up when my hair was done

My phone froze and crashed while trying to place an order, never had that happen before on any other website

Almost perfect ordering experience but I had to place the order as a guest because the "forgot my password" link did not send me a reset code. That was the only hiccup.
