Not to discount anyone else's experience, but I have ordered well over 10 items just over the last several weeks and have had nothing but a positive experience every time. Two items that were damaged upon arrival I submitted pictures of and was refunded wholly within 24 hours, they have also honored price adjustments. To be honest, sometimes the customer is not 100% right so I would take any negative reviews with a grain of salt.
Spent 4 calls and got a customer service rep who agreed to refund my $. Done I. Thought. At 945 pm they call, I am asleep and the rep wants more info that I do not possess as this was picked up 3 weeks ago. Will have to start dispute with my bank due to their poor service and inconvenient call. I had given him my email. This is a lot of $$. Never again
These guys are totally dishonest - advertise one price on the website, then charge a different amount (the full undiscounted price) in the cart - then claim it's because discount offers can't be "combined" - i didn't use any discount offers...
Called the company, they claimed there was nothing they could do to adjust the amount billed - cancelled the order
No way to do business - not transparent, not honest...

They call it the teal Adler rug, but it's actually the Mystique made by Safavieh and you can buy it for $600 LESS at Home Depot. Their website never mentions the rug manufacturer, and they have deceptively changed the name in order to keep buyers from Googling it under the same search. Scam company?

The 4 star reviews are a result of great website and pretty creative products... so temping. Sadly the products are really cheaply made. I spent way too much money $169 for this really cute little dog designed to go outdoors. As with many reviews it took over 4 months to get however they did predict the long wait. The real problem is that 10 months latter it is ready for the Trash Can. I live in a very mild climate on the Coast of Calif. So it isn't like it has had to live through snow or 100 degree summers... Reviewed on Grandinroad and kind of expected a response after seeing the picture but nothing.
Tip for consumers:
The items are really cute but would suggest looking to see if the item is available ANYwhere else as it would probably be much less expensive as their stuff is really low quality.

I purchased $630.00 worth of products. The animated Fortune Teller and the Witch trio. 2 days later I received a email $30 % off all Halloween decorations a few days after that email stated free shipping. I sent several emails thought I might get a courtesy for a discount since it was so recent. No reply what so ever. Of any kind. I leave the quality for last it was awful. The wells was awful some broken had to reweld and restructure both items plus missing parts of the structure. At best I should have about $150 instead of $630. Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this business I should have looked at the reviews first... buyer beware

I am sorry to see so many folks not happy with Grandin Road. However, thank you for the reviews. I saw the ad on either TV or a social media site. I was going to purchase many outdoor items and a few indoor things we need. I was about to put in I am sure over 2K worth of my business to them. I decided before I do that to do a review. After looking at site reviews (not just this one) I am not giving them 1/8 of a cent. To bad they are just not ethical and care about customer service. I now plan to purchase from another trusted company. Thank you all again. This was very helpful.

Grandin Road is notorious for advertising misleading promotions to which they will not stand by and honor. Today's promotion is a prime example of their malfeasance. The website states save an additional 30% off outdoor and outdoor sale items. Would you assume that if an outdoor item is on sale that you can take an additional 30% off of that item? Well if that's the conclusion you arrived at, according to Grandin Road, you are wrong. Unfortunately, a group of inept individuals that are running this company don't know the definition of the word 'additional' or 'sale'. This is how egregious errors like this occur repeatedly. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and do not shop from Grandin Road.

Shop somewhere else. Grandin Road will only cause you an extreme amount of heartburn.

I ordered two outdoor rocking chairs from Grandin Road. One of them was broken when I received it. It was in a place on the chair that had to have happened during shipping. Customer Service handled my return and the replacement of the new (unbroken) chair with ease and speed. I have no complaints and the chairs I have are of good quality. I would use them again, no doubt.

I ordered an item and Grandin Road screwed up delivery address. This was over two weeks ago and they won't send me the item until they get the other one back. It was totally their mistake. They should just send me a new one but said They would need to charge me again and then credit when the other item is returned. Horrible costumer service.

I ordered some sunbrella pillows at the end of May, over 500.00 worth of pillows! Over 20 phone calls, a dozen emails, escalated to a supervisor over 5 times I still don't have them. Phone calls and emails were not returned or responded to. Finally, another email comes from them only to say there's another delay... they will be shipped Oct. 30! The summer is over... I've canceled the order. Let's see if they can do that right!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered outdoor Christmas decor in October. I found out in December my order was cancelled and they could not provide a reason. I re-ordered the same products again and guess what?
After assuring me that they would expedite the shipment the order was canceled again! And again, they could not provide me a reason. They claim that I called them and canceled the order, which is a complete lie.My family has used this company for generations for holiday decor but I, (and anyone else I tell my story to) will never give this company a single penny again! The worst experience ever! Use Balsam Hill or absolutely ANY other company.

Bought 4 stools, sent me all mismatched colors, one oak and tan, one black and grey, one blue and grey etc. I ordered white and flint...
So called to exhchange... for the correct damn stools, the ones I ordered. They picked up next day from ups and now three weeks later, still no $#*!ing stools. I call again they tell me they are in a warehouse in two different places (11/25) and once they get them ( their wrong stools) they can send me out my correct stools ( the ones I ordered 11/2)
So... u took my money, now I'm waiting and waiting, and waiting. U can't send me my correct stools till you get your old ones back, because I paid with PayPal? Wtf? Then why offer that option to the consumer if it causes these issues?

I have encountered back order issues many times upon ordering items. I've finally given up on this company. They take the order but don't say that it's back ordered & they just drop off all communications regarding an item.
DO NOT COUNT ON ordering for holidays items ie., for HALLOWEEN or CHRISTMAS, as you will be left sad & disappointed. Ordered Halloween item (not on back order) in August & of course after inquiring on missing item's location, only to find it won't come till after Christmas?!? I obviously, don't need it then!
Shipping is also always super slow. Terrible management

I ordered chairs from another company and was so disappointed. Yes it was cheaper but I suffered. I accidentally sent the new chairs to the wrong address and they expedited shipping fast so I could have them and they are excellent quality! I'm so happy after a bad experience... and they shipped my chairs to my new address in 3 days even though it was my mistake! Love love love!

I "purchased " a Doona stroller and car seat in July as a gift. Received a shipping email with no tracking number. Contacted Grendin in august and Kim Grendin said " I will check on it." Three emails later, it is October 6, and I have mot received an additional email response to my emails. I will file with credit card company and consumer affairs. DO NOT purchase from them!

This company is dishonest. There ability to make payments is not possible by phone. This has gone on for 3 weeks. Grandin Road takes your money, but it is impossible to get any help with Commeity Bank with payments. Do not get a grandin road credit card!

Grandin road does not allow you to call to make payments . Comenity Bank takes your money but the ability to call to make a payment has been down for 3 weeks!!

I recently ordered bar stools from Grandinroad and paid and extra $91 for two day shipping however after eight days of not getting what I ordered I called customer service with no answer after holding for over an hour. I then went on live chat and requested a refund for th $91 which they refused to do. I was then told my order would not ship for another six weeks. I then canceled my order and am still waiting for the purchase to be subtracted from my credit. Do not order from this company? They are truly not reliable!

I ordered a product from grandinroad.com. My credit card was billed the day the item "shipped". That day I received a UPS tracking number. One week later I received an email from grandinroad.com saying they had received my product return. The contractor to grandinroad.com never delivered the item to UPS, therefore, I couldn't have sent the product back. Five days later, grandinroad.com had not refunded the charge to the credit card. I filed a dispute with the credit card company. The next day I received an email from grandinroad.com saying if I didn't withdraw my dispute, I "would not be allowed to make further purchases from grandinroad.com". I called the dispute people at grandinroad.com and was told this was a "form letter" response and it "did not apply to me". A day later grandinroad.com refunded the purchase price to my credit card. Of course their scam continues. They did not refund the sales tax or the shipping charge. Now grandinroad.com says it is up to the credit card company to "allow" them to issue the rest of the refund.
WHAT A SCAM. The company made an error, but they still have approximately $50 of my money for a product they never shipped.
I would not recommend shopping with grandinroad.com or their parent company the Home Shopping Network.

So I ordered two pool noodles exactly a week ago. The representative on the phone told me I couldn't combine free shipping with sale items, so I ended up paying $20 to ship 2 $40 pool noodles. With that costly shipping I expected quick delivery. The representative told me my order would be shipped on the 14th, then the confirmation said delivery between 17th and 23rd and apparently my order still hasn't been shipped. I asked for them to just cancel and I'll never do business with them again. In this day and age and with the cost of their products, shipping should be free, and if not, at the price they are charging, I'd expect expedited shipping.

This place is excellent at bait and switch. Went to their site where many items were 15% off the already reduced sale price. Then they tell you to use a code to get free shipping. When you use the free shipping code the 15% sale price disappears and it goes back to the reduced price. That is just dishonest. If it is on sale then it is on sale -- not on sale when they offer free shipping? Then the sale on holiday items changes the next week and the sale percentage is decreased? How to sale prices increase -- they should be lower than the last time -- not more. Today they said 50% any one item. But they took away the sale price so after 50% off the price was higher than when it was on sale. I wall going to buy about $250 worth of stuff from them but after seeing their deceptive pricing I canceled my order.

I ordered Jasper, Frank, pumpkins I was so disappointed they were so expensive they are made out of papier-mâché. I thought they would be made out of resin they are so light and hollow. Extremely disappointed do not buy. Unless you're going to put spray foam inside of them.

I had purchased a chest of drawers that arrived slightly damaged. I need it now and will fix the damage as best as possible ( as it turns out it's made of inferior wood product and split a bit). Weeks after I purchased it I received an email requesting a review. I wrote a review that said the chest was very pretty but clearly was damaged inShipping. I just received an email saying my review is rejected but have the option of editing it. Haha! The reviews are fixed. They didn't acknowledge that the product was damaged. They just censored my review. So dishonest.

Ordered an item online with a rep. Item never came get an email that I returned it and will be issued a gc. Mind you I never even received the item I wanted. I call up to re order the same item using the gc that I was given. Yet again never received the item and once again I received an email saying I returned item. I call again and canceled my order since I was apparently never getting it. I asked for the credit to be on my credit card for full amount. When I received cc credit it was for less than I paid. I had to call back again to get that full credit. Then I also recieved an email of a gc again of the lesser amount. I call to ask why and they said its invalid. They really need to get organized over there. Wont order again
