I have been waiting for over two years for the bed frame to arrive and not be damaged. They finally told me it would not come and when I asked for another bed frame from them ant their cost since they made money on the first one that was damaged, they said now I need to sue them and the owner. The owner would not even speak to me. The worst service ever and do not stand behind their products.
I picked out a bedroom set online yesterday. Before I checked out, there was an option to make an offer. I thought why not? They came back today with a price higher than yesterday. Lol. I tried the chat option. They told me to reply to the email. I called customer service, got nowhere so they gave me the US number. The woman told me she understood what I was talking about and wanted to get customer service on the line. It's literally a big circle. I got off the merry go round, and I think this is a scam. Buyer beware
This review is based on the service I received at Grayson only. I ordered a Sideboard out of my compulsive habits which made my husband very upset. Grayson was able to cancel the order without charging me the cancellation fee. They saved our marriage. I really appreciated their excellent customer service.
If you need to make a return, good luck! They will rape you with charges until there is nothing left to refund. It is impossible to return something.
I bought a table from Grayson Living. It was supposed to take 8-10 weeks to arrive. After 15-20 attempts to contact the company when it didn't arrive, they finally responded after 4.5 months. The table arrived almost 6 months after we ordered it, and it's damaged. No surprise they refuse to respond again. Unless you like hiring an attorney to handle your furniture purchases, I suggest going anywhere else.
Great place to visit if your are renovating your home and need a lot of furniture. Grayson Living has an easy to use website and the customer service are very polite and knowledgeable. They tried to understand what kind of sofa I was exactly looking for and helped me find the one that fits my wants.
