Second time I've been there. This cut was so choppy. Uneven. Terrible. I couldn't go back to fix it as I was concerned for what I might be left with. Salon I went to said not to explain. She could see everything.

Daughter's hair was cut unevened and when I asked the stylist to flat iron her hair, because it appeared to be uneven to me, she told me she did not have time to do it, because she was running a special. Location is Kingwood Texas on Northpark in krogers parking lot. The waiting area only had 1 other person waiting and 2 additional stylist were there working.

They stylist that answered the phone on Hill Rd should be fired, she was so rude and disrespectful. I called to ask about a wash and flat iron price. She said I don't know you would have to come in. I said ok u don't have a price for wash and flat iron she like well I don't know how long ur hair is I said the middle of her back it's for my 3 year old she still said well she doesn't know. Her tone and and unenthusiasm on the phone. I would never take my daughter their or recommend any one else either. That was ridiculous how she act on the phone. She needs to be fired her customer service suck

Stay sway from the Great Clips at Stone Creek in Cincinnati, OH. Hairstylist was friendly and talkative but took over half an hour to cut hair and it was one of those lousy bobs that's shorter on the sides and was square to pointed in the back. I told her 3 times "NO LAYERS"; she still gave me a layer in the back. I had a relative even out the back as best as they could without making it shorter, and that relative is no hairstylist. Now I will have to wait a while for the sides to grow before I can get a decent cut again, but I doubt I will ever go back there if that means I will have to spend more money. This will take at least a few months. I'm very angry that it looks like crap. I agree with another reviewer; I don't think these women are licensed to cut hair at all.

Do not use the Fort Smith, AR location. I went in with hair down to my waist and when I left it was barely shoulder length, uneven, and 4" shorter than what I requested. The stylist that cut my hair was grossly inexperienced and the only stylist in the store when I signed in. A second stylist came in while he was cutting my hair and at one point made the comment to him "its not too bad". I realized at that point just how much hair he had cut and that it was not even. I asked the second stylist to take over but at that point it was to salvage the damage. The first stylist did not know what he was doing and should not have been allowed to cut hair unsupervised. For the owners to allow this was unconscionable and demonstrates a lack of customer care. I will not be back to Great Clips and recommend going anywhere.

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. I got some soviet Russian lady who could barely speak english I said 1/2 inch off the top, she did like 2.5. Wouldn't recommend going here, because you might get a john cena haircut

Used my app to checkin online today. There was a 179 estimated wait time. OK, went out shopping to kill time while I waited. Showed up at the salon 38 minutes prior to my estimated appointment time, only to find out that there online system dropped my reservation because too much time had elapsed since I originally booked the appointment. Again, I was 38 min early from the original 179 min wait time. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to wait an additional 2 hours, because they could only go off of their iPad, even though they could see my original booking on my phone when I pulled it up. Wait time estimates are more than their system is prepared to handle. If there is an excessive wait time estimated, you must checkin in person, otherwise their system drops you.

My sister came in and tried to apply too boss came to her with rude attitude and telling her if she "even does hair" "what job are you looking for really" nasty attitude towards her for no reason (boss Jennifer) she treats employees terrible in front of her customers

Some times I've went to great clips in the past and got a decent haircut but other times and the last few times it seems like I'm either getting my hair cut by someone who has never cut hair in their life and the other woman that cut it the last two times was definitely on pills, they don't listen they don't get reassurance they destroy hair! They get attitudes, I remember when I was a kid this one woman blew in my face! And dug the clippers hard in the back of my neck. This place is a real horror comedy and a big joke, if you find a good one that's great but I haven't yet.

The few times I went there they gave me a haircut I didn't ask for. I recently asked for a Mohawk and they cut half of my hair off which I didn't ask for. I would not go here at all, the workers should get more experience with hair cutting because they do terrible jobs.

Signed in online at approximately 2:15. It said 1 hr wait so ok no big deal waited about an hour and 15 minutes called them and they said yes your on there but it gonna be another 40 minutes. Ok waited over an hour and went to great clips this time and they said we are closed?! I said I've been signed in for over 2 hours and she said sorry we can't help you. The worst part? This is the second time in a row this happened! Absolutely pathetic and a $#*!ty $#*!in business. I always went there and tipped waaay more than I should've! They are absolutely pitiful to treat good customers like that. If I could give -5 stars I would

We went ot the store at 7:25PM and and stor closing close hours was 7:30 but employees locked the door before 7:25. When we told them it not even 7:30 they were start cursing on us.

Had my hair trimmed in Cheney wa. I have natural curly hair and asked for an inch taken off. She only took maybe a half inch off. I have cosmo experience and when I asked about how much she took off she proceeded to show me on a comb what an inch is. Then I asked her to give me Bangs and showed her how long I wanted them she didn't listen to me and cut my bands really short. They still to this day which is 3 months later are still to short to do anything with. Never go here. I never will again and neither will my family.

I have used Great Clips for 2 years about every 4 to six weeks... I went online like I always do and made a reservation that said I could get the haircut in 6 minutes... I drove there in Pace, Florida and walked up to the door and it was locked yet I could see people getting haircuts and no one was waiting... Thinking that they might be closing early I walked away just as a dad and his son got out of their vehicle and as I approched my truck I looked back and an employee unlocked the door for them! I tried to call and got an intercept that said, "No one is available to answer at this time"... I wanted someone to explain why they locked the door on a 76 year old just looking for a haircut! Unfortunately, there is no means of giving less than a one star or they would have recieved one! I will never use Great Clips ever again! And, will make it a point to tell this experience to anyone that will listen!

Went in for a fade, left with a buzz cut and when I pointed it out the stylist looked at me and told me it was not her fault! WTF! I could have done the same thing at home and saved $15! I am beyond pissed! I will never go there again!

Cheryl and Lisa are amazing! We have a teenage daughter who is non-verbal and Lisa occupied our daughter while Cheryl trimmed her hair! Their patience and expertise was by far the best experience we have had with getting her a haircut! Thank you!

Of course I used the on line checkin because well that's the only way to check in. I said well I need a haircut, let me go on line and try Great Clips they just opened up. Estimated wait time 45 minutes, ok, I guess I will check in and then find something to do. I see do you want a text message heads up as to when we will be ready for you? Sure. We will send a text message to you so you have 15 minutes notices prior to your appointment. Awesome, saves everyones time. Text arrives at 12:40, I arrive at 12:55... I'm sure you are no longer in our system and there are now 2 people ahead of you, please wait another 45 minutes. Are you kidding me? Not a chance. Went on line book Great Clips Wallingford, walked in got hair cut and moved on with the rest of my day.

I have a 17 years old boy, but he looks like 13 or 14 years old. He went for haircut by himself. He paid $15 for a hair cut. When he tried to pay $2 or $3 for tip as I told him, the lady who cut his hair told him people normally pay $4 to $6 tip, of course my son gave her more.
I've never heard people asking for tip this way. Also $6 tip for $15 boy's hair cut is too high.

I went to get a haircut at the western row great clips in mason and as I was sitting there for 45 minutes I watched my name on the list get dropped down cuz on online check ins. If you walk in and people online check in after you've been waiting 45 minutes they have priority over you. I've been going there for years now I will not go back. Plus I was never told how the the wait was. On the window it says walk in welcome I find that to be false advertisement cuz if your a walk in you still have to wait for the people who check in online after you were there first

I went to great clips recently and wanted to try something new so i have it a shot and got a haircut. I show this woman a picture of what i wanted and she did nothing i asked for. She $#*!ed up my hair very bad and i hate it. Worst place, never going there again. If it had a 0, i would rate it a 0 but they don't have that. Don't go there, they will mess up your hair.

I was at the Nichols Hills Great Clips this a.m. 11-30-2020, got a great haircut from Bridget, give her a 5 star... looked liked a shaggy dog when I walked in, looked liked a human afterwards... thanks Bridget... linda ross

They messed me up so bad. I had to wait 30 minutes to finally get a haircut and when I did they took 10 minutes and I asked for half an inch and they took off more than an inch. Never go to this barber ever again. I'm never going back

Not sure if these people are even licensed hair stylists. Really dont know how to cut hair. Never had a hair cut where hair wasnt wet before cutting. They dont listen to what you want done and you have to keep telling them to cut more hair. They definetly dont know how to layer hair or do pixie cut. They are super slow in cutting hair and hair cut is horrible. I would not recommend them i see why hair cut or cheap as you get what you pay for. A child could cut hair better!
