I have been employed in the financial industry for more than a year, and I requested for a chargeback with the bank right away. Although the guys promised to refund my money, the broker is uncooperative and doesn't seem to want to do so.I went to a "Hi-gh Forest-Capitall"co for this reason, and I was able to get my assests back by filing suit against them.

1. Of course no information from Green Ultra to me (in the chat)
2. No response to my email to "management", which is supposedly in England
3. All "advisors" who work with Austria or Holland cell phone numbers are also silent
4. IT fraud lawyers (I can attach the info if desired) are of the opinion - these people (currently my alleged balance on the Green Ultra portal shows US$ 44 T) can only be about one thing - FRAUD!
5. The business model of this or similar "traders" is simple - the customer invests, for example, €250, which is supposed to be refunded after a week. An hour of work by a qualified lawyer costs around €300. I think it's clear...

I discovered that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the funds! Despite the fact that my issue was valid, customer service did nothing after I made my request and exchanged a few emails. I would have been deeply in debt and would have lost all of my money, including the account, if M-E-R-S-E-Y-H-I-P.C-O-M hadn't stepped in.
