Horrible professional service, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. They hire Indian accountants that don't know IRS laws and fail to file your taxes properly!
Here are the facts:
1. I was a client in 2022
2. The accountant decided to stop working and passed me to a new CPA from India that had no clue how to file proper taxes in the US
3. They eventually realised that and matched me with another CPA who took 2.5 month to prepare the returns and failed to do a direct withdrawal and complete the filing.
I was ready with all the tax information by February 1st (early) and paid $2,000 to, 3.5 months later file an uncompleted returns.
Stay away!
