We called eclinical about 15 times before the end of the year and then called 5 times within the beginning of the year trying to get help to understand why our stuff was no adjusting the way it should. When we tried to get help they basically told us that they couldn't help at all. I know everyone is busy regardless of where you work, but taking the time to help people understand how things are suppose to work with your EHR system should be a priorty
