Amazing!

When I ordered I got a whole basket of free things! I was skeptical at first. But was I sooooo wrong?! I received my order in less than 5 days. I'll never go back to my other house hold products. I love the scents and how well they clean. The caddy I bought sits so beautifully in my kitchen it was all I was missing. I'm completely satisfied with the overall company, products and service. The box even had a personal note. How sweet?! You've got a lifetime supporter.

Damaged not replaced

I ordered my initial package and received two glass spray bottles. I use one for the all purpose cleaner and a few weeks later I went to use the other one and filled it with liquid and it leaked all over my counter, the bottom is cracked. I contacted Grove for replacement but they would not send out a new bottle I had to put in a whole new order over the cost of the bottle to get it replaced. No I don't need this stuff all the time it's a few months before I need anything else I just wanted a replacement for the damaged item I received in my initial order. They did give me a credit but again I had to put in an additional amount of money in an order to use the credit to get the bottle. I'll go to the brick and mortar stores where people have jobs that are in jeopardy because of places like Grove and give them my business. I've Realized lately that dealing with online businesses is more of a hassle than what it's worth. Better to go in by yourself you know what you're getting you know if it's broken, It was even better you can see the quality when you go and purchase it yourself.

In addition to carbon offsetting every order, we want to ensure that we're never shipping boxes that contain a small number of items. For that reason, we've set a shipment minimum. While we understand it's frustrating when an item is damaged in transit, instead of using the packaging, manpower, and carbon to send one single item, we add credit to your account so you can pick up a replacement in your next shipment. Show me how well it cleans! Cute bottles are NOT enough. The ads are really starting to annoy me with their lack of information. Some manicured hand gently wipes an already clean cabinet? Some weird goth girl keeps flipping her hair while she begs you to buy? Puh-lease! Not even that cute of bottles.

I got one package one time a year ago. Since then they have still charged me almost monthly even though I have emailed, called, chatted to cancel. I have to message them every month and hope I catch it to call and no matter what they still always charge me

I'll start by saying I like Grove's products. Both the brands they carry, and their own personal brands. They work well, and I haven't been dissatisfied with my products I've purchased. However, $20 a year for the free shipping when there's an order minimum of $30 is not worth it. If I'm paying an annual fee for free shipping, I don't want an order minimum. Not only that but they struggle to keep items in stock, so it's difficult to meet the minimum order price when 3/4 of the items you want aren't in stock.
Then another issue is that they claim your items will come in a few days. They don't. It takes about a week for them to process the order. Then you need to wait for shipping. Many of the brands they carry (excluding their personal brand) are found elsewhere. I can get the same stuff from Target or Amazon in just a few days, with no order minimum.
The idea of being able to shop for natural products from home is a nice idea, but other places do it as well and they do it much better. Save your money.

Bad experience with this company, I canceled immediately and still a year later I have been scammed! They took money out of my account for membership. The they Flooded my account with emails and when I replied cancel to everyone they just kept sending them, stay way not a good company!

I ordered products 1 time as you get some "free gift". After I received products I called to cancel auto ship. Then you have to change your settings to cancel membership yourself. I called grove and they reassured me I would no longer accrue charges. However they still cont to charge a yearly "VIP" membership to my credit card, they never informed me of this. They are sneaky. It is hard to catch as it is just 1/year. They refused to refund unauthorized charges other than store credit. But I don't want store credit as compensation for charges I never authorized. I don't want to do business with a dishonest company. Stay away from this company. This is a scam!

I love every item I've received from The Grove. Shipments have always arrived on time and in great condition. My only problem is reaching them. My app crashes every time I try to open it. Links in their emails crash as well. It's becoming a problem and I can find no phone number or email address to reach out to about these problems.

I narrowed down my list in the cart to 5 items and ordered ($37-39). Now all of sudden I have been charged for $70! And was told "I cannot cancel the order" why I have been charged for something I did not order! I am assuming it is some system error. But it is not helpful at all when the company does not want to fix the problem! All they say is "cannot cancel the order" so I have to pay for what I did not order!?!?!?

I have been using grove for over 4 years and I love it. They have quality products (their own brand) and offer other products such as method and seventh generation at great prices. Grove is the only place I purchase my cleaning and paper products from. I love that they care about the environment and are doing their part to protect it by using recycled plastic and paper products made from bamboo. With covid shipping has been delated but they are doing their best and always communicate to let you know. Any time I have had an issue they have been polite and have resolved immediately. Defiantly recommend!

I placed a major order for cleaning supplies on Nov. 13,2020. As of Nov. 28,2020 I have not received order.
Tonight I received an email saying that there had just been a delivery... which did not occur! I am totally frustrated, and I will never order from them again! I just hope that they will give me a refund.

Fortunately for grove I read the reviews after purchasing. I enjoyed the fact that they had simple clean products, however to make a long story short I wouldn't recommend due to product not being up to date. I was sent an 8 year old bottle of toilet cleaner and told I would be credited, the other products were from 2017 the meters 2018, 2019, there is a shelf
Life of 2 years on products and they are satisfied sending products from 2017?! That is unheard of and to receive a 8 year old product!? You are suppose to be B rated for the better people however your scamming, & taking advantage of good products that some of us can't get ahold
Of in store, & than reselling old product. I had to speak to 2 different people to even get a credit. I'm apples and disgusted, I would not recommend I DO NOT WANT OUT OF DATE PRODUCT!

These dates on the back of the Method bottles are the date that the specific formula was copyrighted, not the year the actual product was manufactured. The ‘©’ symbol in front of the date indicates that it is the year of copyright, rather than manufacture. We know this is a bit confusing, as there is not an additional sell by or manufactured date on the product. If you're ever concerned about a products expiration date, you're always welcome to reach out to the company that manufactured the product, and they'll be able to provide that information based on the product ID, usually located on the bottom of the bottle. Method stands by the integrity of their product for 2 years, but we sell through product much quicker than that in our warehouses. We hope this helps clarify and eases your mind that you can shop at Grove with confidence, knowing that you are purchasing a new product. What an unethical company. I ordered from Grove Collaborative website which somehow triggered a VIP Membership with a recurring membership fee which I never registered for and regular subscriptions for products I didn't order! I would get email notices for upcoming shipments and have to go in and cancel things I never ordered! It must be in the fine print and they make it hard for you to cancel things you didn't event ask for. Deceptive and unethical.

Although this is a default setting, your flexible monthly shipments can be turned off at any time, allowing you to shop on an as-need basis. Your first order also includes a free VIP membership trial for 60 days, which is also noted upon signing up. We send an email reminder with an link to cancel this separate service before it renews 3 days before the trial is up, and we apologize if that was missed. HAPPY customers!

We have been customers for 2-3 years! Have always been treated well. If item was broke they replaced it with no questions!(even when replacement arrived broken they sent a third one immediately!) They sent item we didn't order once and i contacted to see how to return and they said to keep it as a gift or donate it. Love about 9 out of 10 of the products we try. Love the microfiber towels! Streakfree clean with just water on all my SS appliances! Pre Covid they were super fast and always in stock but they are suffering like the rest of the world these days. The VIP membership pays for itself with the free shipping!

I love the ease of the app and trying all the products. 99% of the products I've tried I love. However, today the majority of my order did not show up due to "damaged goods". This is fine. Inconvenience but it happens. I was hoping when I called customer service they would at least overnight or rush my order. Instead they are resending my items but I have to wait a week. It's Thanksgiving week and I have none of the essentials I order. Not only do I have to go to the store but also I have to spend even more money to get the essentials I desperately needed today! Not happy at all. Although I hate to go I just can't risk this happening again.

The ONLY reason I ordered from this website was because I got a coupon in the mail, and I needed some cleaning products. The coupon said you would get an entire package of free cleaning products with your first order. I ended up spending $50 to place an order that I thought was going to be giving me a free hand soap, free dish soap, free spray cleaner, free ceramic soap dish, free cleaning pail, and free cleaning bottles. In addition I had ordered quite a bit more product. Without advising me of any changes, they took off three of the things I had ordered in addition, but my total came to $40 instead so I was okay with that. I just received my order in the mail and am so disappointed... I thought I was going to be getting so much more but out of the free things they only gave me the hand soap, dish soap, and spray cleaner. None of the other free items were included. The other part that is really disappointing is that all the soap they sent me is in the lavender scent, when I had specified on my order that I wanted different scents. Lavender smells give me migraines, so I don't think we'll even end up using any of that stuff. The other items that I paid for came as I wanted them, but I truly feel like I was tricked into buying them. Don't waste your time or money. Just order what you actually want elsewhere.

I tried to cancel my subscription. I went to their customer service chat. I explained what I wanted to do. They gave me clear directions which I followed. Then a week later I get a notification that I am getting a shipment. I went back to customer service and they said there were additional steps I had to take which they never directed me to do before. This is misleading.
