This company is a joke do not order from these people. They never sent product. I called tried to cancel they told me I couldn't and hung up on me. Still never received product. I would definitely look somewhere else other than this place. Still never received product
They pulled the money from my account for my order and 2 days later informed me that my email was involved with fraud and put my order on hold. Wanted me to send pictures of my driver's license and credit card front and back. I told them I don't send photos to anyone what else could they use. An alternate email address I don't have one they they said they could put a small deposit in my account and I could call or email the amount. After I emailed the amount the emailed me that they were still not satisfied and once again wanted photos of my driver's license and credit card I told them to cancel my order and was giver the run around. I had to file a complaint with my credit union and threaten growace to get my money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH growace.com HORRIBLE COMPANY!
2 WEEKS AND ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED:
After 2 weeks, my order still has not shipped. The seller did not tell me why or when. I just had to wait in agony. Finally I got fed up and canceled the order. Now I have to wait (not sure for how long?) for the refund to show up in my bank. What a shady business!
Its a damn shame I have to give grow ace 1 star. Takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete a order... while they boast 2 to 7 days for items to ship... You will be fed lies, and treated poorly during your wait. At the end of a 6 week wait... your items finally show up... and they're smashed, missing pieces, incomplete, and sometime even totally destroyed. At which point grow ace will take no responsibility and do little to nothing to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and go else where, anywhere, this company is fueled by incompetence and ignorance and will leave you severely disappointed. You can spend hundreds or thousands of dollars with them and the products they sell break after a few months and they tell you it's not their problem because they only guarantee them for 30 days?
So you buy a $100 fan and if I breaks after 35 days they say it's not their problem.
I don't know why people say they have great customer service they must have low expectations.

They are a rip off company. You can't call them. They say their business is open to the public but can't use their phone. I guess in the state of California you can have a business open to the public but can't use your phone? I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my items but nothing. They said it would take between 3-10 days to receive my items. I emailed them and didn't receive a response for over a week. Their response was we are out of stock. Why didn't anyone contact me? The reason why is they are a scam company. Don't buy anything from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
Horrible! Not reputable AT ALL! Do not waist your money! They have sketchy customer service and they are very hard to get in contact with. You will have to email them and then wait 24+ hours back for a response. If they even respond. Once they have your money, they are not going to answer. $#*!ty products. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau... they have an F. Can't get much worse then that. Stay away... stay far far away!

Order was placed. Email was sent asking for order status after two weeks of silence.
Items said to be in stock, yet still no shipment after 20 days. Doubtful that items were stock. Order was for two small items.
Customer service and satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
We placed an order for items that were stated in stock. Our card was charged immediately. For five days the order is listed as "processing" and we cannot get through to customer service on the phone to ask why they charged our card and what is still processing. This site seems inaccurate as BBB gives this company an F. Buyer beware.
Don't buy anything from this outfit. They are horrible. Horrific wait times from customer service, You can never get through. They have taken weeks to ship one item which they have in inventory. One star is being generous!
Had a couple separate orders from them. One took longer then said but got here. No biggie, but the other order never made it to my home. After a month of me emailing them and getting no answers on whats going on with it they finally decided to tell me it was out of stock. I've got everything ready for a grow and been waiting on the DWC Bucket for a month to finally be told they don't got one, garbage. I suggest you try another site.
Only sent a partial order but charged for full order of supplies. Contacted company several times via email and phone to no avail. Will not refund or send other items I no longer need. Requested a full refund and was told 15 perc restocking fee and i pay shipping for an issue they created.
Really bad service. Horrible slow shipping. Customer service is non existent. They won't reply to your emails. They actually have zero product and just act as a middle man. They can't get a tracking number because they are a middle man. Stay away.
I bought a light, came 3 weeks late. They didn't even pack it, until the 3rd week. After I received it, my garden was past due, to be in the flower stage. I still tried, and the light didn't work. Needless to say, my garden had to start over, so I lost months of work and a lot of money. Grow ace made me go through a video, to prove I'm not lying. So, I go to my nearest grow store, and tested the ballist, which was the problem. So I buy a new one, no choice, go home, show the video of the good ballist, and their bad one. They insisted, I send it back, my expense and they will test it. This pos is mass produced in China, which isn't worth my time and money to send back, only to get a bunch of excuses, why they can't refund my money, or just simply send me a new one.

Answer: Ok so it appears Grow Ace upset a couple whiners. I am a grower and I order from them successfully. If you have ordered 1 time and had a bad experience, stop being ignorant. They have huge selections at reasonable rates. Not a terrible company and reliable. I am not a rep or influencer or any of that crap. I am just a grower and it's a good site for supplies.
