How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at growace?

Answer:

Our business hours are Monday- Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. All emails are responded to within 24 to 48 business hours.

What made you choose growace over similar businesses?

Answer:

Ok so it appears Grow Ace upset a couple whiners. I am a grower and I order from them successfully. If you have ordered 1 time and had a bad experience, stop being ignorant. They have huge selections at reasonable rates. Not a terrible company and reliable. I am not a rep or influencer or any of that crap. I am just a grower and it's a good site for supplies.

Yes i will be setting up outside and in the winter at night it gets to be high 20's to 30's inwinter months. would the leds not work because of heat

Hello, For the best results, we would advise not storing the LED outside during the coldest months. However, if it is secure enough you should not run into any issues with the factory of the weather
