The only area I'm having a problem getting addressed is incoming spam (not getting a lot though), but overall I'm very happy. Everything works well GTHost storage dedicated hosting and reliability is great. I've only ever had to contact customer support twice for technical issues. Both times the response was prompt and fixed my issue right away.
I have an E3 server in Chicago, it costs $59/mo. To be honest I was skeptical a bit before signing up regarding the service quality. But I was amazed by server delivery time. I ordered server at 12:22 PM and got Centos 7 x86_64 installed in 12:35 PM same day! It took minutes! I have good server speed and uptime. I recommend GThost!
Awesome email customer support. Because they respond in minutes, you don't really need phone support. GTHost is great vps hosting provider in my opinion!
In reality, though, VPS hosting can only offer so much, and GTHost offers exactly what is in the realm of possibilities of a VPS host and their price is adequate.
