Most hosting providers have redundant network connections and power supplies, but at GTHost nearly everything is redundant, which is an excellent principle. The billing people are kind and generous and always answer my questions in a professional manner. Thanks.

As for the support, if something goes wrong they usually respond within several hours and check to see if the problem has been fixed to your satisfaction. Once I had a more informed opinion I saw some good hosts including GTHost and this one I chose; their bandwidth is good. Recommended.

I think GTHost.com instant server hosting is a good deal! I am also very surprised by the support. I wasn't expecting much. But the times I had a question, they responded within a couple hours, will a polite, and detailed response. The speed may be a bit slower than other web-hosts, but not too slow at all.

You can contact them about anything. It doesn't have to be a problem. Reliability has exceeded my expectations. GTHost technical support was very helpful when I needed to consult them in order to discuss different technical issues. The last reason was cPanel, which I consider the best control panel on the market.

GTHost support answered it politely i've decided to get an account. After i purchased an account (while we are talking) they then set it up the account immediately. But the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my dedicated hosting account as much a possible. Then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done.
