#guess Their system and customer service are terrible, awful and offense the customers because their service is unresponsable. Customers invest time sat in front the computers placing orders from their website. As a result, they take to long to respond if those items are available or not even in their website shows are available. They are doing false advertisement I placed an order 15 days ago and I called them today. Finally, after 59 min in hold Guess's people told me the rest of my order is out of the stock. So, their never sent me any email confirming this.
This company is an unprofessional, unreliable, their CSR and logistic are unaccurate. This company takes to long to review orders and after many days their said the pending items are "out of the stock". Then, I asked to their cust. Serv. Rep to give me any coupon or discount for the inconvenience, she disconected the call, that's so convenience for them!. I suggest to GUESS doesn't assume because their have a known name will be enough. This company needs to hire professionals with experience in Supply Chain because their ERP is awful.
I've never had an experience like this before. GUESS has the worst customer service of all. I wish I could give negative star. Never buy anything from this company.
I bought a watch online for someone else as a gift and I was flying to another country in 25 days. I live in New York City and I thought 25 days are enough for any company to deliver a product but no, they didn't deliver on time and I had to leave without that watch.
I sent couple emails and I called them multiple times but I never got a chance to speak with a representative. Every time I called, I was on hold and one time I waited almost 95 mins on a call to see how long it will take to connect to them but there was no one available and I had to disconnect. They did not even answer my emails
I went to the store to look what deal they have for black Friday. I know the price earlier before the Black Friday, they juck up the price and they put it on sale 30 % off. Shame on you Guess what a dishonest merchant you guys are I hate you.
I wish I could give this place a zero star. Never buy from this company! Its a RED FLAG! The employee at the store I visited Sparks NV, is very disrespectful and calls herself the "manager"! I wonder who gave her the job! Pretty disrespectful and racist! Never shop at this place!
I had the same bad experiences as most other reviewers. The items I bought often had defects or very low quality. The customer service was customer-unfriendly and refused to honor the legal warranty with ridiculous excuses. Maybe they have too many complaints...? I wonder...

Bad quality bought a purse and in less then 2 months the colour changed and looks so bad now high prices with cheap quality it's just the name guess other then that quality is just like Wal-Mart or oldnavy lol but yaa seriously very bad quality
I purchased several dresses (non formal variety) two days ago. I came back to the store today with one of the items, tags still attached, receipt in hand to return it. I am told it was a sale item so no returns. The price on the tag does not reflect a sale price nor does the receipt. There is also no signage saying there are no returns. In fact it states a date at the bottom of my receipt as to when returns are accepted. I also mentioned to the sales person who helped me that I couldnt decide which ones to get and said I would see what the husband thought and bring the other one back. Nothing was said. I asked the girl at the register to show me how to identify what was on sale on my receipt and I would bring one of the other items back and exchange as there was nothing else in the store I wanted or I would have bought it while I was there. Nothing on my receipt reflected a sale price on any of the items! I am disgusted by the idea that I would purchase something less than 48 hours before and am told that I cannot return it because it was a sale yet nothing on the tags or receipt indicate that it was on sale and would not be eligible for a return if need be.
Just left the Guess Store in Edgewater, NJ and I will never go back. My son wanted a T-shirt that he saw in the window so we walked in and immediately we were greeted by what Im guessing is the store manager or assistant manager. All normal and typical. As time progressed my other son came with his girlfriend as we chatted it up, my sons girlfriend decided to go off and browse. I asked my son where was his gf and the store manager directed us in the direction of where she was, again normal and what appeared to be courteous until she felt it necessary to advise us that she knew exactly where everyone in her store was. Not once but three times. Gee thanks. First, I wasnt speaking to you when I inquired where my sons gf was but thanks for letting me know. Second, I heard you the first time, didnt need you to repeat that you knew where everyone in YOUR store was. Last time I checked, I walked into Guess, NOT YOUR STORE. As Im trying to ignore the fact that this store manager was implying that we may be shoplifting and we needed to be warned that she knew exactly where we were just in case. At the same time my son was at the register and the cashier apparently was warned about us because she was steady studying the sales price on the ticket on the jeans he was buying. How petty! No, we did not add or switch sales tickets! Clearly, the staff at this Guess Store needs the same sensitivity training the Starbucks Employees received not too long ago. If its not offered by corporate perhaps the staff needs to research some resources to help them on how to treat customers
Guess clothes use to be so nice but now it really just looks like clothing old men (Marciano brothers) want to see on young girls. They are not comfortable nor practical for any female and are not designed with any of that in mind. They only show models with implants so there is no way to tell how clothes with look on women with basic natural bodies who have not been surgically enhanced. This is not about size, because I am slim and athletic (cirque du soleil artist), but about the reality that these clothes are how perverted men want young girls to dress.
BAD QUALITY!
I bought the crossbody chain bag. The bag was nice in the beginning. So, after 1 month of having and keeping good care of it the handle fell off. I tried to contact Guess several times but every time someone else of the customer service told me they haven't received any email of photos that they had requested for and etc. So after 3 months of trying I give up. So now I found a DIY way to fix it and now the other handle of the small grip is also defect. I will of course never buy something of this poor company again and I have all the rights to let everyone know! The worst ever
Bought a handbag at Malta airport last September for £117. NEVER AGAIN. Very poor quality, started to disintegrate within a month. Returned it to company who eventually offered credit voucher - which I did not want. Remained adamant that was the only option. I finally, reluctantly used it, but, inevitably, when the goods eventually arrived they did not fit - my exact reason for requesting a refund, not credit. Now, (6 months down the line), they have refunded me 98 pence, claiming that the voucher value (£117.02) was a discount. Dreadful company to deal with, every stage take weeks, replies are slow and goods poor quality. Am fed up with the hassle but am not prepared to write off over a hundred pounds to their rubbish company. DO NOT USE THEM.
Most Items are too expensive and just as good a everyone else's products. Your just paying for the name
Nice to look at from afar. All though guess has come along way, lets be honest. I dont see the difference between Guess and lets say Forever 21. Go ahead and waste your money. But if you ask me, Ill spend the $7.00 at Forever21 versus the $120.00 at Guess!
I like Guess clothing and I've had this really cute pair of Guess sunglasses for a few years and they're durable and held up great.
One of my favorite brands. They have great collection of dresses at affordable prices. Natural materials. Recommend!

I oredered my package before one month and I am still waiting for it. Nobody in last two weeks writted my anything about parcel, will my money be refounded. I sent lot of mails, but there is no respons.
Terrible service. I ordered a few items on the basis they had this one product which they said they did have in stock. Then i receive a message saying we have taken the 1 item off so i messaged them first thing to say i want to cancel the order in that case.
They ignored my request and had a message saying its now being sent/shipped.
So now i have to go out my way to send the items back and has just caused me lots of inconvenience and a missed birthday present.
I have still yet to receieve a email back and customer services on the phone is useless.
There is a reason why so many bad reviews and there are better companies to spend your money with

I searched for a while for a bag with ID. No. HWMP******* in guess website and finally, I ordered it in guess website as soon as I found it was available, and I also received the confirmation email. But, later they sent me another email with rejection content.
I'm wondering to know how it is possible that I ordered a bag, and received the confirmation email, and finally I could not receive the bag.
Guess shop online should have a responsibility for their customers, and they cannot easily cancel an order by an email.
I have purchased $1000's of dollars of clothing through Guess over the years.
I went to Canada and purchase a pair of pants from one of their outlet stores.
The first day I went to wear the pants the zip broke.
Unfortunately it was the day I was heading back to Australia so I didn't have time to return them before I left.
I was straight on the phone and sent pictures to customer service.
It has been 3 months since my complaint, I have tried to follow up with them numerous times with no response.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!
I will never purchase from them again
