I stumbled across Aritzia when one of my favorite fashion accounts posted about it. I was in love looking at their site because of the aesthetic and ultimately the style of clothes. I ordered two shirts on April 1st and got my package April 4th & this is during a pandemic. So impressed by the quickness and the quality of both items. Definitely going to become one of my new favorite clothing stores for sure and will be recommending it to everyone I know!

I have been very disappointed with aritiza as their quality has declined over the years, I have experienced major pilling with all there clothing items. The seems and hemming are done sloppy and is simply not worth the price. They call themselves a "luxury" store, but their quality doesn't met those standards. I advise everyone to save their money and shop elsewhere as aritzia is using cheap materials and charging over 100 dollars for something that will only last one maybe two wears.
Worn for 3 days (see picture) wanted me to purchase new coat then send and wait for refund. My daughter also bought a sweatshirt that arrived with tears all over. Not worth the money or the hassle of returning. They should offer a replacement once item is confirmed shipped back.

Received a Sunday Best Peggy sweater as a gift. Washed it with care as per instructions. It shrunk to child size. Aritzia does not stand by its product as they would not offer an exchange. It was a gift, I did not have a receipt. It is clearly Aritzia's merchandise. I would give 0 stars if I could. $128 sweater now worthless.

I bought a pair of gloves which were torn in 3 parts as if they were made with rotten thread. Also it was supposed to be touch screen but didn't work from the beginning. I took them back to the store and they asked for a receipt which I definitely did not have after a few months.
They just said sorry. But I'm very disappointed because I used $44 for disposable gloves!
These business is taking advantage of young generation.

My first online international shopping experience with Aritzia was very disappointing. I received the Wilfred twirl black skirt with a white mark on it and threads coming from it. I paid 150 USD for the skirt in addition to the custom charges, but now I will have to return it. Aritzia claims on its website that it incorporates eco-friendly policies. But sending flawed pieces to your international customers will only lead to having these pieces shipped back again causing an easily avoidable environmental damage.
I got a winter jacket that never shipped even though i ordered with priority shipping, I had to call two weeks later and they told me, "well i guess you were never going to receive the jacket!" They refused to return my payment on anything but a gift card when I need a winter jacket asap and the store was sold out in my size. They then gave me the option to drive to the original store 8 hours away to put the money back on the original card. They were completely unapologetic. I was also on and off the phone for 3 hours.

People are very attentive in-store, the girls are always willing to grab you clothes or recommend pieces they like. Returns are very easy since everything is tracked with your phone number so usually they can find it through your profile instead of you searching for the receipt. Shipping usually takes 3-4 days.
My order was placed two days ago first thing in the morning PST. Two days later it still hasn't been shipped. I specifically asked the standard shipping speed before placing the order for my trip. I've contacted them four times already. So frustrating. This is my first time shopping there and this may be my last time as well.
My first and I now am sure will be many other trips to Ariztia. In this day and time customer service is the connection that I always appreciate and look for while shopping. I'm very pleased with the friendly and personal attention that Elizabeth provided to me while at the store on St Catherine street in Montreal. She was both attentive to me and helpful with offering alternative choices to my interests. Aritzia, you have a jewel here as an employee and she deserves good reviews and attention. I was the last one at the mall of America store on Saturday, January 6. The salesperson knew full well that money was an issue for me and walked me through the store getting more items for me, telling me that they're such a deal that they're on sale, indicating that I csn review what I got at home with home lighting. That I can always decide at home and bring back what I don't want. None of the three let me know that it was final sale. They even talked me into buying a hat at the cashier. There was no mention that the $600 in merchandise was final sale. Disgusting.

Disgraceful return policy. 48 hrs after purchase, rude manager would not take a return bc 1 tag had been removed, not factory tag, just price tag. This store will be reported to the better business bureau. No where on the receipt is this policy stated.
Basically any "sale" items are not refundable. I have previously been appreciative of their design, but after my last experience of online shopping (only because the items were unavailable in store), which included a very marginally discounted "non-returnable" item and wasted shipping fees, I am sure I will not be shopping at Aritzia ever again. Luckily, there are so many clothing stores now! No need to be back to a condescending, non-accommodating customer service.
They should remain customers that anything have a discount cannot return only store credit in a few days. It was first time I shopped with them and never ever again. I asked the sale associate before purchasing she told me can return or exchange within 14 days but it's not true.
Ordered on Dec 4. Estimated date of arrival is Dec 9. When I track my order it says 'label created' so my order hasn't even been picked up to ship yet. No way to reach anyone by phone or live chat. What a disaster
Used to be my favorite store. I'm petite and they have my size. I love clothes here, but due to my experience:
First, never buy anything cropped or any sweater online, especially if it's final sale or sale at 50% off or more. Go to the store and try them or you can't return. I have purchased a sweater for $60 and super itchy and way too cropped, had to throw those money away. Couple crop tops that are over cropped, dresses that are smaller than usual. It's better to spend $10 on gas than throwing hundreds away.
Gave 3 stars because of some stuff that I purchased were good quality and fit me well. Just need to shop in store instead of online, that is the only con.
This business is great- been shopping here for 12 years. Yes they have sales that only discount the item by 5-10% which renders the item not fully refundable to your original form of payment. Simply read their return policy or ask in store and they will kindly explain; it is not that hard. The customer service has been 100% perfect and I order multiple times throughout the month. The only thing I can note is the warehouse has started to miss items when you return by mail so I do video record all return packaging now. CS still is super helpful every time.
Why bother having items on your website and have stuff that can't be shipped for over 2 months or more? Lame. If you don't have the product, don't put it on your site. This company leave a lot to be desired. Actually, so much so that I no longer shop there! They failed too many times and are now history. Goodbye Aritzia, you blew it and I'll be surprised if you're still in business by the end of 2020. Oh, and nobody will miss you and your ignorant sales associates and $#*!ty change rooms with no mirrors in the stalls.
Quality of products is horrible. Paid $80 for a sweatshirt, washed once and the color came out in random spots. You almost feel bad for customer service team because they have to stand behind their bad products and policies. They knowingly sell defective products and target young people into thinking it's "high end fashion." They're an unethical company that pays and treats their people poorly. The CEO is a disgusting privileged white male that is taking advantage of people and our environment by producing garbage clothing. I hate to even give them one star.
Aritzia is not going to be around for long if they continue their current operating model. Their price point is much too high for quality that is on par with Zara or a fast fashion brand. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. Takes days to get a response, you'll pay for overnight shipping and when it hasn't come a week later absolutely no accountability and the customer is always a burden to them. Their return policy is also overly harsh and sales people in store are too pushy. You can tell they're completely focused on bringing in revenue with absolutely no thought to sustainability of brand, building customer loyalty, and customer experience. I will absolutely not spend another dollar - this place is a rip off.

Prices go down very quickly and even though you're a loyal Clientele member for over a decade, Aritzia doesn't care. They want to save every penny and don't think about their customers and what loyalty really means. They'd rather make jump through hoops for a price adjustment, instead of just giving you back the few bucks you're asking for. This apparently is too much of a huge demonstration of their appreciation for customers who've shopped with them for years and years. I'll soon be moving on to another retailer. When companies can't show us loyalty, why should we show it to them?
I hate that they refund as store credit instead of direct to bank. Price high, quality okay. Oh, I always buy online, customer service in store is always very rude, felt like walked in a crowed of high school girls who are all just too popular. However, customer service on the phone is awesome.
I've been eyeing the famous "Melina" leather pants from Aritzia and I finally caved and bought them. Although my bank account wasn't too happy, I am! These pants are so soft, comfortable, and fit me like a glove! The packaging they came in was aesthetically pleasing too, and the shipping was so fast! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future :)

I gotta say I love most of the stuff I buy from Aritzia. I also like that it has resale value, so if I decide I'm done with it someone will buy it off marketplace or something for a decent price. But I'm so disappointed with their return policy, I feel like they rip money out of my pockets. I bought a hoodie and pants in the same transaction and used up a gift card that wasn't enough to cover either item alone. When I returned the pants, they gave me the gift card before refunding the rest to my bank card, though I kept the hoodie. Makes me mad that they lock in my money like this.
