Every time I have ordered something wrong item comes wrong size I I'm so disappointed and for a quick solution I have to drive 40 minutes to the store the whole reason of ordering online is to avoid going out of my way I love gas and I have spent so much money on the actual store but now that there is no longer the store near me I have to resort to using online and I am beyond unhappy their customer service is amazing when you call but the fact that I guess has amazing clothes and I've never had this kind of problem except for when shopping online is very disappointing

Have ordered shorts online that needed to be returned I have a tiny waist but the shorts come with thick thighs? A winter coat size was too large for a small was more a medium and a dress which came as a tank top and is now apparently sold this two separate units
Got an e-mail offer for additional 20% discount over $120.00 shopping but the store declined it. What a SCAM! These kind of cheating must be stopped!
I placed a large order online recently, and one of the palazzo pants came in torn on the side. I only realized when I wore them for the first time weeks later. I asked about an exchange, and they said they would look into it, but they just kept ignoring me after. Awful experience with Guess Factory, especially considering how much money I recently spent there both online and in-store.
My purchases are most likely always sold out after checkout and my gift-card was charged! Then if they cancel items you don't get the discount that you where supposed to get you pay full price because you did not reach the amount spent for the discount! Are you serious about this Guess? I hope they get there inventory better under control before checkout this is really upsetting. And now I have to take care to get the right amount back to my giftcard. Next time just cancel my whole order or contact me before there is a change in the price if I still want the item.

Just don’t purchase from Guess Factory . Big orders always get canceled ! Paying with gift card gets charged and is a pain to get the right amount back bc they don’t add coupon !

I noticed when my phone auto filled my order my unit wasn't there. I immediately emailed customer service and asked them to update it. I did this 4 times with no reply. I checked the tracking and now it's being returned to sender. Not one email letting me know they can't update it or to cancel the order and reorder. Nothing. No response. Absolutely unacceptable
Went to Woodbridge Ontario location. Manager John told me they can't take return on a brand new sandals which I wore one time and they broke. Absolutely unbelievable how they are running this business with zero customer service
The same thing is also happening to me with the reviewer below (Paulina), except they dont know where my wallets went. My package arrived thats supposed to contain 3 wallets but inside is a pair of pants that belongs to someone elses order(obviously warehouses fault). I returned the wrong item to Guess and Im still trying to get my refund till now, and its been more than a month since I ordered. If only I could give them a 0 star rating for the horrible first experience. Never buying from them online again!
Purchasing online from guess factory proved to be the worst experience I have ever had. After returning two of the five items to them because of size issues and doing this directly in store, I still have not seen the refund on my credit card. After repeated calls and emails not returned, plus a visit to the store who had no better luck with there own head office, I have had to file a dispute claim with the credit card company to reverse the charges. Never again will I buy another Guess product.

They made a mistake in my refund, they don't respond neither on the phone or the email. It's been two weeks, 5 emails, 5 phones call. I can't handle it, I'm in the Customer Service since 10 years and I can't imagine let my people in no where like they do. DAMN, at the price they sell their freaking things, help us when we have a question - especially if they do the mistake!
I have been shopping with guess since 2013, having a family of 5 I buy alot. Yesterday they closed our loyalty card without any word... one day it works and the next the salesperson is telling us there is no card associated with our account. No idea why besides we were on holidays and went into a guess that we don't normally shop at. They have been so painful to deal with but we kept going back as we really liked their range. But now we've had enough. Their service is the worst we have ever encountered. From being ignored in store, rude service, constantly having items cancelled when shopping online to now them simply closing our account. Guess we were once loyal customers very disappointed by how you treat your customers. Taking our business elsewhere - save yourself a headache and don't bother your loyalty means nothing to them.
I bought two items recently ( in Canada) and I'm so dissapointed with both. One was a bodysuit I bought for an upcoming Christmas party and It's way too small. I followed the size chart as well. The second item was a shirt and the picture looks completely different from the product that arrived. I want to return because I barely have any money but it seems from other reviews that is not a great idea. I have been shopping at guess for over 17 years and this will be my last purchase. I am going to sell my items online and continue to buy from dynamite.
Three displays multiple shelves all displaying 30 percent off purses. Two different people in front of us same thing. After ringing up price no discount then have to ask person from back of store called up to check very small writing under signs in huge every shelf say 30 percent off say on certain purse. You have to still purchase or ruin shopping experience for who picked out purse. Same on you same happend on sandals last trip never to purchase this brand again for any one.
I placed an order with this company and made sure to read the fine print regarding returns. They assure you that returns are no hassle - that is not the case. Firstly, they do not advise you that shipping costs will be $26 between Toronto and Montreal. When you place your order, the payment is processed immediately - when you return the goods (even if immediately done) the waiting period is 18 business days upon receipt of the return. This is an outrageous policy. I have the utmost sympathy for the struggles that businesses must endure while we struggle through this pandemic, however this is outrageous. Goodbye Guess - you won't be seeing an order from me again and I will make it my responsibility to advise other unsuspecting consumers of your unprofessional tactics.

My package was lost and at first they were going to start an investigation. Then I recieved an email saying they were going to credit me back, ok fine but didn't credit my shipping or tax! If I NEVER received the items why am I being charged shipping and taxes. You all try to find a way to rip folks off I guess. Still will never shop again and I will tell everyone how tacky guess factory is. I don't even give ya'll 0 stars but since I have to here is 1
Awesome except for the fact that it takes forever to leave the warehouse but after that shipping is fast and yes they charge and redeposit your money but the product came exactly as expects packaged nicely in a box on time!
They sent me a kids sweater riddled with holes, I decided to keep the sweater & sew it up since returning would be a headache. I called to have at least a few dollars of my money refunded & they refused. Will not be spending anymore money with these people.
After purchasing a cart of items, i was informed much later, most were not available. The tank top with the guess print that was... was HALF a shirt. In the picture the girl was completely covered... I got enough for one rib. Disappointed in this site.
I placed an order online with a coupon and it showed the discount, after hitting the final button to place the ores I noticed that it did not show the discount so I called weigh way to speak to someone and was told they cannot do anything even tho it was their mistake. I spend hours on the phone and couldn't get this resolved. Spoke to a manager and still no help. Unbelievable, they will do anything to get your money.
The website says Free tote w/ orders $125+. Well, I made a purchase of $150 but never receive a free tote. The only reason that I spent more than $100 dollars was because I wanted the Free tote. I'm very upset all lies
So, the item is a good, but not great. I was so excited when it arrived but not only that it didn't follow the instructions that is clearly posted in there, but upon opening the package, the crevices of the item is dusty. A little bit of the sewing in the crevices Are also a little torn. You can't see it at first glance but I just happen to be quite observant. The problem is the quality issues, but you get what you paid for.
I will give it a three because majority of my order was what I expected! I've ordered from guess.ca multiple times and I've never questioned the quality. I visit the guess sites quite often and never really seen much on guess factory until the i seen the cianna floral cross body! I instantly fell in love and had to get it! I rarely buy something full price but it was only 29.99$ so I was like why not? I ordered some other things on the website I was pondering for a while as well so I could get the free shipping! I received my package today and I was so excited when I unwrapped the purse it felt kind of weird and looked alot smaller than I had expected! The site honestly needs models wearing the purse so you can actually see te size. I also noticed the flap was sideways I just figured it was the way it was packaged but I tried clasping it straight and it just wouldn't budge! I have a purse purchases from Bentley in the same style for half the price and it's honestly better quality. Just sending out a warning because you get what you pay for when it comes to this site, and look at the sizing on the site to make your judgements!
While this store offers great price cuts on Guess brand clothing and shoes, BEWARE that they charge your bank account at time of ordering and then they put the money back into your account. THEN, they charge your account upon delivery again, causing you to possibly go overdrawn if you do NOT have the funds available delivery time, (thinking you already paid for the shipment upon ordering) as I have done. I have learned the hard way. Delivery times vary, and shipment may be broken up into two or three shipments. I have only heard of this practice when dealing with Motel reservations. I will not do business with them again. It takes 2+ weeks to get money refunded from them.
Received a couple of emails advertising free gifts with your purchase - I have 2 purchases one $168.88 and the other one for $102.74. No free gifts and called customer service spoke with Bernice "floor supervisor" and they will send me a 15% discount coupon to after January 3rd. B. S. - false advertising - do not think I will be purchasing from here again! Thanks but not thanks! -
