Bought from GUESS factory a few times and haven't encountered any problems. I was informed of out of stock items within a week, and the size charts/sizing are generally very reliable. I liked the occasional unconditional free shipping promotions! The most affordable shipping method is quite fast.

I ordered the "Tylar Quilted Logo Wallet" from GBG through Guess Factory on Sunday January 17th 2020. It was shipped the next day January 18th which I did not expect because there was a warning that orders might take longer to ship due to Covid. The wallet showed up at my house this morning January 19th in great condition, it's a very high quality product. The thank you note was a nice touch. Once again, I recommend ordering from Guess Factory.

I returned a product months ago, provided the Guess representative with the Canada Post Receipt because I yet have not been refunded. The purchase was made during Christmas, and my total bill was $244.00. Of that total, I returned a product that was $45.99 and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND! This is a billion dollar company, I've been a customer for over 20 years. They are cheap and a rip off!

I have never met such bad service. I placed an order on the website, paid, an hour later I have got an email that one product from my order (a backpack) is unavailable, although it is available on the website. After forty minutes I have got another email that my order is confirmed and the backpack is in my order, so I think everything is fine and I'm waiting for my package. A few days later, the next email arrives that my parcel is already on the way and the backpack is not in it. I'm writing a letter to the support service, I'm waiting for a response as indicated, 48 hours. There is no answer. During this time, the parcel arrives at the international warehouse and it is no longer possible to change the waybill, because of which I will face problems at customs. As a result, I got: unnecessary t-shirts that I ordered to fill the basket for free shipping, jeans that I was going to order from another store, but in order to group the order I decided to order here already, the lack of a backpack, for which I made all this order, complete ignoring of appeals by the store. By the way, the backpack on the website was and is still available to this day, but for some reason it was not sent to me. I will never order from this store again and do not recommend it to anyone
The girls who work there don't care about you and will make it obvious by ignoring you, giving you bad looks and pressuring the purchase to go faster.
Today, my wife (a physician by profession) along with 2 kids (8 years old and 1 year old) shopped at Premium Outlet mall. At Guess store (******* Quil Ceda Blvd Suite 500, Tulalip, WA *******), the customer service was highly highly unprofessional. As she a ton of bags from other places she shopped, she kept the bags in the center couch / table like couch with my son. They forgot the bag at 6:10 and came back between 6:15-6:18. The store manager was highly unreasonable and asked her to leave the store instead of helping her out. When we asked about checking in the camera and her response was things gets stolen all the time and camera are not for that purpose (the response seemed fishy to me...). She also asked us to leave the store. I called nine one one to report the stealing in response to which she also called the alliance security. The security guy was highly reasonable and took our report even though when we were reporting the store manager tried to go back from her stance. Since it was getting late, I just relied on stealing report to alliance security and asked nine one one to stop their due process. I also plan to reach out to the Guess Regional manager to report this incident. It should be all recorded on camera.
In short, highly un-professional staff with lack of ethics and compassion for the suffering ones. Lack of regard as well. The store manager does not deserve to be at this location. I don't know how the company hired her.

#guess Their system and customer service are terrible, awful and offense the customers because their service is unresponsable. Customers invest time sat in front the computers placing orders from their website. As a result, they take to long to respond if those items are available or not even in their website shows are available. They are doing false advertisement I placed an order 15 days ago and I called them today. Finally, after 59 min in hold Guess's people told me the rest of my order is out of the stock. So, their never sent me any email confirming this.
This company is an unprofessional, unreliable, their CSR and logistic are unaccurate. This company takes to long to review orders and after many days their said the pending items are "out of the stock". Then, I asked to their cust. Serv. Rep to give me any coupon or discount for the inconvenience, she disconected the call, that's so convenience for them!. I suggest to GUESS doesn't assume because their have a known name will be enough. This company needs to hire professionals with experience in Supply Chain because their ERP is awful.
I bought a jeans on sale and it was too large they would not honour an exchange they want me to return the itme then go online and purchase it again, too bad the sale is over and they wont give it to me for the price i purchased it,,, GUESS FACTORY FAIL
I am a huge Guess fan everything I own is Guess, I am a frequent online shopper and have had nothing but issues this year when ordering online. I understand that its retail and things happen, products get damaged and products go out of stock, but I have read over and over again on my order conformations that orders are processed within 1-7 business days. I ordered on December 1st 2016 received 3 items on my purchase within 7 days of ordering, I called December 8th last week to check on my order status and I was told by customer service that my order should be shipping and the item was in stock. Today I received an email explaining that the last item will not be shipped as it is unavailable... so it took 12 days for guess to process this order and let me know that they will not be shipping this item. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I am very upset that this has happened again for the third time this year. I have decided that I will not waste my time on Guess any more, as a customer service based retail store there should be a better way of handling problems like this, orders should be processed immediately and customers should not be informed 12 days after putting in an order that and item is unavailable.
So im or was a loyal customers would always order online specially when they had sales. I just ordered an order i had a coupon for 40% off 1 item and i had $15 reward for being a VIP. I ordered a pair of pants and got them for a real good deal. But guess what they send me an email saying they where out of the item. I called customer service they said they didn't know why my order got canceled if they had plenty of the item i wanted. They re order it and got another email saying my order got cancelled again. Irritated i called customer service she said that maybe the warehouse had wrong stocking number. So she apologize and return my reward points because i asked them too not because she offered. My friend later on ordered the same item size without a coupon and guess what her order didn't get cancelled it got shipped. What does that say that they hate when you get items for a good price! This is why I am no longer going to order from them i have spent so much money and for them to only decide thar the highest paying customer gets the item. Never again Guess!
Since a year i receive every day some mails from this $#*!er spammer how I don't know everything, I live in France and I had never shop in Canada and some less in guess, since this time I hate guess factory. I tried to unsubscribe their without success. I HATE GUESS.

I ordered a pair of Sienna jeans online Sunday, they were delivered the following Wednesday I used standard delivery, they were packaged really good and included was a thank you card very nice touch. I did not like the way the sienna jeans fit so I returned them to Guess factory outlet in Desert Hills, Ca. I was approached by two sales people that asked how they could be of service I told them that I purchased the Sienna jeans online but did not like the fit on me so they said they would be happy to exchange or return whatever would make me happy so I decided to exchange for the Nova jeans, I absolutely love the style and fit. Customer Service at Guess is wonderful I've never experienced bad customer service at Guess, Marciano or Guess factory. You will be treated the way you treat people in life. Some people you just can't satisfy Guess is number one and will always be in my eyes. I have a 15 year old pair of guess that I still wear so quality is excellent. Thank you Guess don't change a thing please make the black skinny cordoroy again they are the blackest softest pants I own.

The moment i pay my order i sent emai for this request detailed request and talk to 2 of customer agent so my request taking care of.
I am so excited with my orders to come and then when i open it i got dissappointed coz no gift bag and boxes! And the packaging for there item it a plain crumpled and lots of print that u dont understand. So how can i give it as a gift?! We need to buy paper bag outside to pack them?!
And i called again talk for almost 20 this agent accusing me that he need to investigate what the warehouse send to me( hello! I will not waste my time calling u if i got what i need!) and then he told me that the reason i didnt get it, bcoz your not really provide it so if its not why u let me Expect! Yes you put note on my order but if u guys have this policy YOU SHOUld tell me or reply to my email right! Guys be honest dont let your customer assume and expect! I know your a big company dint take us for granted. Dont lose us bcoz of those simple request.
