I took the protein quiz on Dr. Gundry's You Tube Advertisement BUT NO WHERE were there any results? Why have us take a quiz w NO individual feedback? On his protein powder - NO WHERE was there a Nutritional Label to read actual salt content and other very pertinent info. Also, NO WHERE was there a Phone # to call to get this crucial label information. VERY ODD!
Gundry MD have ripped me off over $1500 i never got any stock from them and they don't answer emails. I have had to file credit card Fraud against them with my bank to get it back. I dont have this sort of money for them to take. Shame on you Grundy MD! Please don't let this happened to you, please beware, be careful and dont buy from them
The taste of the Olive oil is really "Olive like" pure and strong. My health is pretty good in general, so I cannot point at a specific isolated benefit. I just love the feeling that I am getting the benefits of polyphenol. Thank you Dr Gundry.
I'm on my 2nd bottle of Dr. Gundry olive oil. At first I started with a tablespoon before bed, and I have found that 2 tablespoons each night is changing how I feel. I was a sucker and when I first bought the olive oil I got more to save. So after 3 months went by I was in the hospital and a few months went by. I opened up my olive oil and it had been in a cool dry place and it was rancid. I called costmer service I didnt want a refund just wanted to send back and get replaced with good product. They woulnd not do this. Instead Im stuck with 9 bottles of rancid olive oil and they refunded me 87.00. Thanks Dr Gundry for ripping off a old Lady. Bought this crap within 6 months.

After being an active outdoors person, I gained weight from a stroke that kept me from walking, talking and other things for a long time. I've been taking the Bio Complete 3 for a couple months now. What Dr. Gundry says about this product is TRUE. It does indeed give you a quieter gut and my bathroom experience is truly much more comfortable. My good gut bugs love it!
I took 2 capsules prior to going to Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, resulting in less bloating and easier digestion. I recommend this product for daily use, have been taking it close to one month and can tell a positive difference.
The BIO Complete 3 from Dr. Steven Gundry is good, but I still have to not eat all bad either. It doesn't make me hungry and I now have a smaller appetite when I take it on time on a daily schedule. I see results now after taking it and working out especially doing sit ups and exercise.
I still weigh around the same, but the stomach area shrink up, but like I said. It can fluctuate too and I can get back to the old look too depending on what I eat. Just like that line, "It takes two to make a thing go right"!

In each 2 large meal I take 2 caps of Lectin Shield. I feel light and comfortably having twice BM daily - one in the morning and one before bedtime. I have little craving for processed carbs like cookies, muffins, breads. Pizza, etc. I don't gain nor lose weight, yet I have more energy at work and more energy to walk exercise up to 3 miles 4 x weekly.

My doctor recommended that I try Dr Gundry's meal replacement shakes since I was having problems losing weight after 50. As of now I've tried the chocolate and vanilla and both are delicious, especially when I mix in some frozen fruit. I've lost 8# and find the shakes to be filling and satisfying.
