I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.
I thought I was calling ESET. After letting them have remote access and paying $110, I am finding the next day that a lot of the clean up they said they had done, they did not. They were able to fix my problem with my security, however, I was told it would take 40 minutes and it took over 8 hrs. I actually had to call them back because the tech left me hanging on remote for a long time without doing anything. Once he started working on it again he was finished very quickly. Don't know if I got him in trouble and he skipped over things or what. I even missed a planned event with my Grandchildren because he had told me I needed to stay by the computer. Would not use them again. I could have done most of what he did.
My experience began pleasantly when my call was answered immediately and I was connected with a technician (Sunita). She was friendly, polite and efficient. She corrected the problems with my laptop and made sure that everything was up to my satisfaction. I am now able to use my device as it was designed. Thank you
Nilesh Sawant did an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Nilesh, is very knowledgeable and was patient while talking me through the step-by-step process. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction and I would recommend Guru Aid to all of my friends.

Your technicians excel in their customer service. They have been on the phone since 8:30amest today and have been cleaning up my laptop. They did an excellent job. Your company sets an example for other companies that need improvement in their customer service.
We were not impressed, we felt that the 'Senior' technician tried to frighten us in to buying their services, and after giving us some unnecessary and complicated information tried to convince us that we needed over £500 pounds of work, to be done remotely. We took his number and put down the phone at that point. We shut down the computer and the next morning when we tried again the problem had been resolved, presumably by the server. Our own virus protection told us that we had NOT been invaded by spyware as we had been told. A lot of worry for us and anxiety caused by what amounted to a scam.
I have used GURUAID for over two years, and have found that they strive and do their best to resolve any computer issues you may have... And they have. I do recommend them for anyone seeking online assistance for any issues or problems they may have.
Once again after calling on Guru Aid their techs were able to rectify my problem within 25 minutes completely. I had needed to convert my xlr files to be readable in their normal format. That was done and i am able to move forward with some important work THANKS GURU AID.

GuruAid is is scam, don't trust it, it's making advertise about those stuff like 'Windows Tech Support' and then want to access my computer cuz they lied it have malware. GuruAid is not safe. Dunno why it's still here, dunno why it isn't censored or sued.

To whom it may concern: My technician, SACHIN KULKAMI, *******, THE BEST! He patiently worked on system which contained a virus, had to reach, but with his thorough knowledge, he got it, and destroyed it. He took time from a personal day off to come back and help me. Taking care of the matter, appropriately, competently, and good demeanor. A gentlemen to the end. As I said to his supervisor, he needs to be promoted! How about President? My tech rep - Bishwajeet Bose - was very thorough and obviously very knowledgeable in cleaning, tuning, and trouble-shooting my computer. My computer was running very slowly, had several viruses, and other issues. Bishwajeet took care of all those issues and masterfully navigated throughout the fixes. I would recommend him - and Guruaid - as an excellent service and an excellent return on investment.
I had a "fake" microsoft tech call me... did nothing to solve my problem and charged me alot. The people at Guruaid.com helped resolve the problem before and after the "fake" tech. I feel that I can trust what was done.ESP
I had an issue with my network, the info was not assigned to any program that I was useing and it prevented me from using programs by every user. Some programs would work, some would not so the network was eliminated.
