I have a 3-year contract and called primarily because an email I received from a "friend" was actually a hacked email account. My call to Guruaud was to determine if my computer was compromised. Not only did I receive the service for the potential threat but I also had my applye and Window computers scanned and "cleaned" up. Service was great
