I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.
I thought I was calling ESET. After letting them have remote access and paying $110, I am finding the next day that a lot of the clean up they said they had done, they did not. They were able to fix my problem with my security, however, I was told it would take 40 minutes and it took over 8 hrs. I actually had to call them back because the tech left me hanging on remote for a long time without doing anything. Once he started working on it again he was finished very quickly. Don't know if I got him in trouble and he skipped over things or what. I even missed a planned event with my Grandchildren because he had told me I needed to stay by the computer. Would not use them again. I could have done most of what he did.
I have only been a client for about a week. We are still resolving some issues with the computer and access speed but so far everyone has been very helpful

Solved my problem and went the extra mile by changing the hated Windows 8 layout to Classic. Really impressed with: professionalism, courtesy, skill and patience with a semi-skilled luddite!
The Technicians are really kind and make sure that they have done everything they could, they always ask anything if needed and don't ever go through your files or anything important unless they have permission, I would recommend using GuruAid if you have any difficulty with your Laptop, computer, etc.

I would ALWAYS recommend getting the 1 year plan with GuruAid, you don't have to pay to get your laptop fixed for a whole year, just call them up and they get the job done within an hour or less.

Bought a new computer and McAfee would not load rang guru aid thinking it was connected to McAfee -they said problem would not be fixed under computer warranty but they would fix it for a price.
They did fix it but I declined the further annual fee
3 week later my computer is unusable - files have been encrypted with virus which can only be removed if money is paid

The tecks are very good. They gave me a1 service and took off junk and cluter to get the best perfomance out of my computer. I got to see what they were doing, they explained what they were doing and they cared best commuicating i had. It was avery good experience.

i was trying to install Mcaffe and i had too muck junk it would not install properly.the tecks showed me all the junk and installed my Mcafee i bought from the store.Very good help,Mcafee tecks are great
You must contact Guru Aid and they will then contact you. NEVER give any information over the phone from someone stating they are from Guru Aid. That is a SCAM. They will NEVER call you unless you contact them first.
To begin with, the help I am receiving from Mausami Nath is exemplary. However, ultimately I would like this problem fixed finally. Hopefully, this will be the case today. Thank you.
Had a lot of internet issues and they have been solved. Then a phone app for dialing was down and tech did not stop till it was fixed. Thanks, good work

Terrible I thought I was phoning Microsoft for a 6 pounds a month subscription but the guy was trying to charge me 300 pounds: I put the phone down and he phoned me back saying ok give me 80pounds don't phone them scams
