I have been using this service for that past two years and I find it very helpful. It's especially nice when you can call and have the computer fixed in the same day. Mostly everyone I have spoke with regards to fixing my computer have been very polite. I would recommend them to my close family and friends.

The times i have had with a computer that's almost ten years old were trying until i hooked up with GURU. The techs here have clicked in in the issues with good results and left my mind -at ease. Let me also say they were very polite and quick to resolve the issue-

I had just purchased a refurbished laptop, and it had some issues, and these guys cleaned it all up for me, and they were very good to get along with, ask good questions, and made the experience very peasant. A job well done! Thank you guys

Since i have have been in contact with GuruAid they have always been able to help me with all the problems i have had no matter how big or small and i would advise anyone who has not got an account with them to have one as the service is second to none.

Very good service, the tech was able to fix my problem in a short time! He was excellent! However I did have to wait over four hours to receive service, the I got disconnected twice! This does not reflect at any way with tech! He did very well

The technician quickly solved my issues. I only go cut off once when the computer was restarted, but we reconnected in an acceptable amount of time. My computer issues seem to be solved. I am very happy with the service.

It is fantastic, I have a cup of coffee and watch the work being done, GuruAid does everything. They tell me if there is a problem with my machine and ask if I want it fixed. They inform you as to what they are doing and explain every step. They are very complete with their work. I have all of my machines with them.

Ive been having some issues with my computer. A lot of suspicious software. I called up Guru Aid and with a quick phone call and no effort they are on your computer cleaning it up. I had a slight issue with timing but they did a really good job on it. So it really didn't matter.

Nilesh sawant is a great technician. As usual, GuruAid is committed to giving the best professional experience ever. I've been with them for more than 2 years and I absolutely love what they can do for both of my laptops. You guys rock!

Guru Aid is A very fast efficient service to keep on top of trouble shooting your computer if any problems are there they will find them and fix them in very short order while they keep you informed of what they are doing. A wonderful way to keep your computer up to date and working fine

Was a little unsure of this company which I reached through trying to contact MacAfee! They are quite pushy and liable to do a hard sell, however after a lengthy seven hours with a lovely technician called Naeem Shaikh, we did achieve success on the issues that were causing me problems, so all praise to GuruAid! My only quibble is that I dislike taking on a contract and then being told shortly afterwards that it would be great to upgrade(further expense!) to an elite or premium grade! Annoying- but resist! Poor Naeem was obviously a little upset that that I refused the upgrade, however when he'd settled down a little he was super helpful and supportive! Suspect there is some pressure within the company to sell at all costs! This said, I am delighted with the service I received yesterday! Well done, GuruAid!

I have the service now for a few years. They are very helpful in getting the problem fixed. The only bad part is that you must sit in front of the computer till the problem is resolved, this can take several hours. I have recommended them to several people and they are happy with the service. GuruAid was able to fix my problems. Had a problem where boot command on the computer was block and a company wanted $500.00 to release my computer. Since I was in a contract with GuruAid I paid nothing. In the long run the company saves me time and aggravation with computer problems. I call them once a month just to clean up the computer.

Nilesh Sawant has taken the time and effort to make sure my computer was running correctly. He is professional. Courteous and extremely good at what he does. I feel that all aspects of my concerns were addressed thoroughly.

I was dissatisfied with GuruAid service, since I did not need the help they assured me was necessary. In addition, the service person said my emails were not being received, so help was needed. I later found out that my emails were being received. The service people are highly trained to sell you what you don't need. I am not tech savvy, so I would believe most of what they said. I spent $699.99 before I left the several hours-long "help" that I didn't need. When I asked for my money to be refunded, it took considerable time, but GuruAid refunded loo% of the money.

I would be totally lost without guruaid. Just knowing that I can call anytime and the phone call will be answered immediately is a great perk, Everyone should try them out and they will be sure to keep them every year. Everyone is very professional and

I've always had good luck with Guru Aid. I had an old computer and had to call a lot and they resolved the problems I did end up having to buy a new computer and they just finished working on it and solved it's issue and now I'm happy
