I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.
I thought I was calling ESET. After letting them have remote access and paying $110, I am finding the next day that a lot of the clean up they said they had done, they did not. They were able to fix my problem with my security, however, I was told it would take 40 minutes and it took over 8 hrs. I actually had to call them back because the tech left me hanging on remote for a long time without doing anything. Once he started working on it again he was finished very quickly. Don't know if I got him in trouble and he skipped over things or what. I even missed a planned event with my Grandchildren because he had told me I needed to stay by the computer. Would not use them again. I could have done most of what he did.
I had a lot to be taken care of and fixed on my computer. Sachin Gawalt was very polite, Very knowledgeable and fixed everything I needed done to perfection. I will recommend GuruAid to everyone I come in contact with that need help!

Periodically I get PC problems that I find cannot solve as I am out of my depth, Every time I use Guruaid they fix whatever the problem is, and believe me I have given some challenges.
Today I had a difficult issue and a Guruaid technician spent almost three hours solving the problem, throughout the process the technician was helpful, polite and solved the issue. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone

Yogesh worked really hard to resolve all my issues on my computer and did a great job! I think this is a great service for monthly maintenance program outside of the run of the mill malware and antivirus software.
Well what can i say apart from what i have said before Guru Aid are very helful do what they say. Don't believe what people say they are not scam merchants they do the job that they say they do, they have cleaned and clarified any problems on my computer and also my husband in total their service is excellent and would recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and even though it may take up to 4 hours to work on your computer you can sit back and watch the professionals do the work right in front of your eyes and if you feel uncomfortable you can disconnect at any time without worrying, they will only do the job you are asking them to do total satisfaction 5 stars all the way.
Pretend to be Mcafee support. Requested my mcafee account password so they could look up my account. The real mcafee people wouldn't do that. They asked me my name then verified my address, etc. and told me the information about my accounts.
Sajjad, I really appreciate the service & courtesy of GuruAid. They helped me out with all my questions fixed all my troubles really well. Even volunteered to quick clean my computer. I recommend the service to anyone!

I have been very happy with the service I have received from day one. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. This is the safest and best I have felt about my computer in a long time and it is because of Guraid. My technician was great, knew exactly what he was doing, was patient to make sure he covered all my issues. Checked and double checked everything. My computer is clean, tuned up and safe.

Nilesh Sawant was extremely helpful in restoring my internet service and the speed of my computer. He was professional and courtesy at all times which was outstanding as I am not a computer savvy person.

I have a 3-year contract and called primarily because an email I received from a "friend" was actually a hacked email account. My call to Guruaud was to determine if my computer was compromised. Not only did I receive the service for the potential threat but I also had my applye and Window computers scanned and "cleaned" up. Service was great
I have had some very helpful technicians on this site today that have helped me to have my Internet working again and now I just had a very nice technician help me get my sound back. His name was Tushar Basutkar. He was most helpful.
Prashanth Shetty this was an excellent adventure which resulted in three computers which improved, cleaned and issues free after his courteous performance. I highly recommend his work and his patience.
Very satisfied Sackin was very helpful, polite and fixed all the problems with pop up, spyware and junk ads and emails.
I was very happy with the results it took only 1 hour and 50 minutes. But the system was rebooted several times to insure problems were gone and corrected. Nice Job!

You will need to be patient . If you took your computer into a store to be fixed (Best Buy, Office Max or other ........) you could expect a 1-2 week delay on getting your computer back fixed with hopefully all the problems fixed. These guys do it over the internet in 3,4, 5 hours Quite a task and quite an accomplishment. Be patient let these guys do their job and plan on sitting by your computer for the time that they need. It is worth the money!!

I had pop-up coming up to the point I could use my computer, they were so bad that I couldn't even shut down my computer. Thanks to Guruaid they were able to access my compter from a phone call, after several hours of work all my pop-up were gone and a good cleaning my computer is running as if it were new. Thanks Guruaid for a job well done. I would recomend there service to anyone, it's a peace of mind we all need, thanks again..

I could not get windows ten to install avast internet after Microsoft had had uninstalled it to fix a problem with no start menu or catana not working. I tried to install avast the next day but would not, so I went to avast website to download the licence again but no way could I get it working.
I phoned guruaid and they had it installed soon as well as tuning up my computer.
Throughout the process of fixing my computer my technician, Ketan Kadu, was very helpful and informative of what he was doing and how it was affecting my computer. I am thankful for the great job they did. They saved me from having to buy a new computer.
