I fell for the " first up" on a google search when trying to reverse a suspicious renewal bill from AVG ( I had told them NOT to renew but got a MAstercard withdrawal anyway.) They politely claimed to fix it for me. At least an hour and a half later, yes, promises were made to refund, new ( it turned out it would have been free) Microsoft protection installed, and clean up/ tune up would be done. They smoothly got $100 U.S. out of me by sharing my computer site and clicking the Pay Now for me and I was caught., as I had provided myMC #. BUT, they did cleanup junk and my computer works better, faster. I realized after the fact that I could have done it all myself for free. Instead I'm out $136 Can. Lesson learned.

I had a problem with Firefox - phoned Guruaid and they sprang into action - taking a reasonable amount of time to put everything right. Also cleaned up my machine - deleting loads of unnecessary programmes. I feel confident that my machine is now working well and to its full capacity. I also feel confident in using them again.

Excellent service. I had some serious problems with my operating system preventing me from downloading Autocad. Issues solved. It must have taken a while to work out the problems, but the technicians kept at it and were always polite and helpful, all four of them! I recomend these guys to everyone.

I have been with GuruAid for 2 years now. Every time I have called, I receive nothing but courtesy, patience and very knowledgeable technicians. The service that I received today, much like every time I utilize GuruAid, was very professional and to the point of meeting my needs. The technician was excellent at getting my computer cleaned up and back on-line with my expired Internet Protection from Kaspersky.

I started with Guruaid because I was hacked and wanted to make sure that our computer was clear. Clean and safe again. I have had our computer cleaned twice now and am happy with the reps helping me. I now have my calendar marked so I may have this done once a month at least. I like the fact I can call 24/7 if I need help. Very good.

Am very grateful to GuruAid as they resolved a security problem which for me was very complicated with the minimum of fuss and I was able to understand the requirements needed by the remote technician. I recommended them for other computer illiterates like myself

I have used the services provided by this site on three occasions and have been very satisfied all three times. The staff is patient, polite, and thorough. I am very happy with the services of Guruaid. I was offered expert help, by a patient member of Guruaid team. My issues were fixed and my computer is finally emailing properly. It is great that the service is 24/7. Although it took several hours of my time, over a couple of days, sitting at my PC whilst it was fixed, it was worth it as I was unable to get the problems sorted any other way.

I really like this site. They have helped me numerous times to get my computer running fast and efficiently. The techies are polite and patient. Also very knowledgeable. I would normally hesitate to give up control of my computer, but I read reviews and looked at the Better Business Bureau and this company is legit. The customer service rep does a bit of the hard sell with trying to get you to buy a 3-year contract. I started to get annoyed. But I suppose they have to do that and the service you get far outweighs the hassle of the hard sell. I say go with them. Their rates are great too.

I come to GuruAid with an internet access issue. The technician (Sachin) worked his fingers to the bone to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve the problem. It literally took hours of investigating to locate the problem. Not only is proper access regained but the system seems to be a little more friendly (could be subjective). I have a two year contract and will opt for an Elite package at renewal. Great job GuruAid. 5 stars baby!

Our computer was pretty bad and I mean the worse. The people at GuruAid were very patient with my lack of computer software knowledge. I was quite concerned at first because of the cost but in the end it would benefit. After 4/5 hours working on our computer they were able to fix everything! Also any additional problems in the future they will fix.

Well it's time to call Guru Aid to get a clean up an sweep on mine an my sons laptops! I love it because they are the best of the best an such gentlemen! I'am always so happy when I contact Guru an let them take my laptops an put them tip top once again! I will never let anyone but Guru Aid touch my computers! Thank you Guru Aid! Your Awesome!

I was lucky enough to have contact with Fahed Sayed, he was/is a most helpful, thorough and efficient person. He took his time to thoroughly check issues requiring remedy and successfully completed all necessary amendments, updates and re-installations. A good ambassador for Guruaid.

I have had guruaid for almost a year and they are amazing no matter the time of day or night they have helped me solve all my computer problems my tec today and a few other times has been MR. Sajid Shaikh who is very helpful and very professional in this area of cleaning and virus scans and clean outs on my computer, I would recommend them to anyone they get a 5 star rating with me and I am continuing my renew plan for two years. I would thank my tech for all of his help in the past and today.

I had three or more infections from a down load from U tube that were attached to the download. Plus a voice came over the computer saying it was Microsoft and to call the
800 number to fix the infections. This was all cleared up by Bishwajaet Bose, my tech at GuruAid quickly and everything is better than back to normal.

Here it is one day after your tech guy cleaned up my computer and I am plague by media player advising me that I'am out of date. Also, more popups that require a lot of energy to remove on my part. Am I a target for some nutcase or is this something I have to live with?
