I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.
I thought I was calling ESET. After letting them have remote access and paying $110, I am finding the next day that a lot of the clean up they said they had done, they did not. They were able to fix my problem with my security, however, I was told it would take 40 minutes and it took over 8 hrs. I actually had to call them back because the tech left me hanging on remote for a long time without doing anything. Once he started working on it again he was finished very quickly. Don't know if I got him in trouble and he skipped over things or what. I even missed a planned event with my Grandchildren because he had told me I needed to stay by the computer. Would not use them again. I could have done most of what he did.
I have found that GURUAID is one of the best maintenance firms on the market. I have been using them now for well over four (4) years and I have never had a problem with them. I would willingly recommend them to all of my friends.
I have also found them to be very polite and friendly.

I don't know, yet. This is my first time. So, far the tech's. Who I spoke to and who's helped me they have been very nice. I want to see how good they really are. And, the are w/ Norton Symantec. I've been w/ Norton for awhile now. So, far I trust them.
As always I have received polite and professional help in correcting any and all problems. The techs have been very patient with me also, and that is greatly appreciated, and the efforts put forth by your techs have put my mind at ease. Thank you for your help with this and all my previous matters
I called GuruAid because my printer is not printing. I have Technician BBose fixed it right away. I was very satisfied with his prompt attention and get my printer working. GuruAid is the best trouble shooter when it comes to computer matter. Thank you very much. Lee
My tech is FABULOUS! He went in and fixed my laptop which was infested with viruses. He was very attentive and didn't hesitate answering any questions I had. Before starting he wanted me to explain what issues I was having and he took care of them... and more!

My computer was running so slow that it wouldn't even let me open my home page today. It took quite a while, but Guruaid did a very fine job of fixing my computer, and making it like brand new again! The Tech was VERY helpful, & answered all of my concerns. I recommend Guruaid highly!

Every time I have needed help the technician are very helpful and polite. My issues have always been resolved to my satisfaction. Today I an with Harmeet and she is helping me with a flash drive problem.
The representatives at Guruaid were very helpful with finding the errors in my computers operating system. They were polite and professional throughout the process, and were prompt with their services. I would recommend them to anyone o know in the future.
Joining Guruaid was the best decision that I have made in terms of the maintenance of my lap top. I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree online, and I never worry about encountering any problems, because i know that GuruAid will always be there to assist me in resolving any difficulties morning noon or night. I am not very techno - smart. I have to rely on services to help me with problems that arise with my devices. Of ALL the services to which I have subscribed, GuruAid has been the most efficient, simple, and completely satisfying to use. Well worth the money - which was a stretch for me to begin with! EAGESH has spent at least 3 hours cleaning up the mess I have made in the last year with my PC. He has found and eliminated a lot of problems that I not was aware of. I just knew my system was very slow but now it is very quick. Eagesh knows what the customer needs and makes it happen.

For 3 weeks I was having an issue with SKYPE connectivity. I finally contacted GuruAid and they spent about 1 & 1/2 hrs to correct the issue to my satisfaction. The subscription is well worth the price for the support that this company provides

My computer was running slow and had unwanted things that needed removing and I didn't know how to get them all off my computer. There was also a very annoying pop up that popped up every few seconds. I was told by GURUAID that they could remove these and speed up my computer plus install a Microsoft Security with a firewall and would not have to keep paying for renewals all the time. I would recommend this to anyone to try before taking their computer in the a computer shop for repair.

I needed some help with a download, and they remotely "tried" to help me while they downloaded a malware app. The "technician" was very unprofessional, insulting me, and when I said that will not pay for his "help", he start calling me names!
I had a problem not being able to connect my windows outlook e-mail account to my Microsoft outlook account, I called Guruaid explained the problem and any other problems that I had with my computer and the people at Guruaid went into my computer and solved everything that was wrong with my computer. They are very friendly people and although it took a long time for the windows updates to re-load onto my computer they stayed and my computer now works perfectly with no issues what so ever. I was more than happy to take out a two year maintenance plan and although it's a lot of money it is worth every penny as they do a fantastic job. I will be recommending Guruaid to absolutely every bod. I couldn't be happier with there brilliant customer service. Guruaid are definitely very well worth the five star rating.
I hadn't cleaned up my computer in awhile and it was slow. My Tech Bishwajeet Bose did an excellent job of cleaning it and making it go faster. He let me know what he was doing at all times and saved me money by explaining the contract prices were going up so I was able to add a year at todays price. I highly recommend GuruAid.
