I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.
I thought I was calling ESET. After letting them have remote access and paying $110, I am finding the next day that a lot of the clean up they said they had done, they did not. They were able to fix my problem with my security, however, I was told it would take 40 minutes and it took over 8 hrs. I actually had to call them back because the tech left me hanging on remote for a long time without doing anything. Once he started working on it again he was finished very quickly. Don't know if I got him in trouble and he skipped over things or what. I even missed a planned event with my Grandchildren because he had told me I needed to stay by the computer. Would not use them again. I could have done most of what he did.
It was great the gentleman that fixed my computer worked about 2 hrs. He was very knowledgeable and I had no problems. Session was very long but worth it.
Sachin was very kind and explained all he was doing along with showing me other issues needed to be fixed.

Absolutely great service and intelligence to help me, when it comes to computers if they work its ok but when they don't I am glad for this expert help.
Tushar was my tech and he fixed all my problems in a timely and very polite way. I would like to work with him next month when I get my laptop cleaned up.
I was happy enough with the technician who was very patient with me, However when I first contacted this coy, I was told I could take a 3 year, 2 year or a one time fix for $100. I took the latter as the other were $399,99 and $299,99, neither of which I could afford. I decided to take the one time fix of $100, but was aghast when I searched my mastercard account to find they had charged me for the 3 year option Another problem is that they are not $AU, but $US which means they cost a lot more. For the Australian market you would automatically think they were $AU, but not so. Nobody mentioned that until it was too late. I finally got onto Customer Service who is now going to refund portion of the amount I paid, for which I am grateful, but have to wait 5 to 7 days for them to process. It only took them 5 seconds to debit my account. Overall I feel I have had a very bad experience, and unless this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, I shall not give them a very good rating, and advise future customers (by social media/facebook etc) not to deal with this crowd.

This is a great online business that does great work for you if you are having computer problems. They stand behind what they fix and do a outstanding job fixing your computer.
Nilesh Sawant did an excellant job in correcting my problems on my computer today the 31st of Jan 2015. He was very proficiant in his dutys that he performed and was very polite on the computer and also walked me thru what he was going to do next and asked for my approval. I greatly appreciate this. The Tech person was very patient and didn't make me feel dumb when I had questions or he had to explain more than once what I needed to do. I would recommend this service to evveryone.
Each time I have called GuruAid for help I have been greeted by a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable individual who spoke with me first by phone and setup remote access to my PC in order to understand my problem. The "greeter" then forwarded me to a capable technician. In each case, the technician continued the assistance via a chat line interface and did a great job of solving my problems.
Dhaval Shah was the technician who helped me during my latest visit and he was as capable and helpful as any of the GuruAid support staff. However, I have been helped by at least eight staff members with a mix of about half-and-half male and female. Each and every one of these individuals provided a top notch level of support.
In this age of incredibly poor customer service from so many companies, GuruAid stands out as a great example of the way things should be done. I have paid them a substantial amount of money to maintain two laptops in our household for several years to come. When I first made this commitment, I was nervous about the value of my decision because I had tried things like this before and they had not worked out so well. Now that I have had several chances to ask for and receive their help, I am delighted to feel that I actually got this one right.

I have used GuruAid our times. It always takes quite a while to get the job done, but they resolved my problems each time with courteous and capable support staff.
I had a pop up virus on windows 7 and Guruaid fixed it. I didn't call the number on the screen but I have been using Guruaid now for a few years. They have really come through for me.
Guru aid cleaned up my computer and got rid of the pop-ups that were keeping me from using the internet. They are always patient with me and my computer, both of which are slow at times.
My experience with Guruaid today was first class and very helpful. I recommend the service as I have been helped with all my computer issues this time and any time in the past. Thank you Guruaid!
I like the idea that I did not have to leave my home to get my computer repaired. Also if i have additional concerns or questions i can always call and check back to fix problem.
This is a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want all your bank and credit card info stolen. Don't pay attention to any of the reviews, they are all spam and untrue, and they were all done by the person. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Mr. Bose did a great job checking, cleaning and updating my computer. He did this quickly and completely. Nice job! He was also very polite and clear in his communication.
They are running one of the biggest SCAMS with the help of A search engine Giant, they are paying that Giant a huge amount to redirect any computer related searches in there search. I am telling this because, I used to work with GuruAid, If anyone from US and UK searches for any computer related query like ''how to install a antivirus, how to remove a software or Any antivirus software's tech support number'' the partnered search engine will show first 4 or 5 result pointing GuruAid website. Or show GuruAid toll-free number as some other company's number.
