I just renewed for 3 years for $399.99 and I am happy to do it. I can call these experts as much as I want ( they encourage me to call every 30 days) and they keep my computer in tip top shape. Their services are comprehensive and include my printer and scanner. I have subscribed to them for 7 years. Worth every penny. I even have Costco concierge service on my newest computer but I purchased Guru Aid anyway because their service is better and on point. I have read negative reviews about GuruAid but that has not been my experience with them at all.
I called Dell customer support and ended up being switched to this Indian tech company. I had a problem where the computer would not boot up. I am still under Dell warrenty support.
The support people kept passing you around from one person to another and end up conning you into signing up for their service. The day after I went to their site which shows I can get a full refund within the first 30 days without question. I called but they refused to do that. It cost me $100.
Stay clear of this company.
In general I would stay away seriously. They are very dangerous. When I feel better and I have more time I will give you more but after being with them for at least 15 years, I have gone to hell and back.
I contacted a company found online and for £39.95 they totally screwed my computer, can't remember the name of the company, Guruaid in about 45 mins sorted out the mess and got me back up and running, only thing they did not restore my windows programmes which were deleted by the first company. I contacted windows direct and they re=installed all my programmes, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I TRUST THEM.
Adriel was as professional as any one that I could want. He was patient and understanding and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in his answers and didn't feel that is was in any type of "in a hurry" me cut me off" to move on to the next person. I felt very comfortable. I have used Guru Aid for several months now. They do an excellent job assisting me and fixing my computer when it is slow or has any type of problems. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computers. They are also very courteous and patient.

I had such good service by guruaid that I extended another year. They are prompt and online remote access combined with chat is very effective and convenient. One time I was in Asia with no phone access but was still able to get my problems solved. Different technicians have different skill sets, they could be more uniform, some tend to want to eliminate all default programs, others target specific possible program corruptions-thus rate 4 stars. But the bottom line is my PC works again and with better efficiency.
Every one of your technicians that I spoke to were courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job bringing my computer back to good health. I was very happy with this experience. Thank you all very much.
The dvd was not opening properly in my desk top. Guru rectified this after some battle with the machine and now all is fine. Such a relief. The process was explained as we went along very well. I have great satisfaction knowing I have this backup. Excellent performance from technician Sachin.
I find guruaid.com to be an excellent company. They have helped me through a number of problems. The technicians are polite and helpful. With other sites, the people were very rude. I trust this company.
As someone in the older generation that was not raised on computers, maintaining a computer is often daunting. I had my previous email account attacked and it caused all kinds of problems. I luckily found GuruAid. They are worth every cent for their service. I plan on maintaining my contract with them. In today's world of cyber attacks, identity theft etc, I feel more confident that I can utilize my computer and not be jeopardized. Every contact that I have had with GuruAid has been outstanding in customer service and problem resolution. It is apparent their staff are well trained as well as having the skills to communicate with those of us who are not as computer savvy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have the support of an entire team and the piece of mind that any issues will be resolved.
Very efficient helped to solve all the problems I had also cleaned the data and checked all working again. Windows 8 has taken me some time to get used too. Guruaid has helped on a couple of occasions. Well worth having them in the background.

I have been having problems with my PC for the last few months. It kept getting progressively worse with ad pop ups and sites I could not back out of or x out of. I called on the guru's at GuruAid and low and behold my PC is just as it was when new. They cleaned everything up added ad blocker and returned the performance to the PC I'm accustomed to. Thank You. I will stay with GuruAid. But hopefully I won't need their services again too soon. But it sure nice to know I can call on them.
I Unexpectedly fall in Rajesh's hand and have a very satisfying experience. He was patient and highly knowledgeable individual. I will come back in the future and also tell my friends to go to GuruAid if they run in to trouble with their computers. My Computer is as good as new after he was finished with it. I would also like to say Mr. Abu Kazi helped me to solve my email trouble with Google that I have not been able to solve thru Google's customer service for the last 60 days. Thank you Guys!
Asked Guruaid today to update our computer. I was last done one year ago. Although we were experiencing no problems, I had been expecting a difficult cleanup. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and the entire cleanup was done in under 45 minutes. I am very impressed and will extend my contract with them when it comes up for renewal.
Used services following a scam call from "Microsoft" techies. Not being particularly technically minded. I used Guruaid to put my mind at rest & put some security measures in place.
Very helpful & hopefully all the problems are sorted.

I had 3 phone calls from clients this morning saying they had received odd emails from me that I had not sent. My computer was running very slow too. I called Sachin at Guruaid and had the problem fixed within the hour. Infection removed and everything else tuned. Highly recommended.
