Gs Richcopy easily backup the data over cloud, ease of implementation because a newbie can easily deploy it on cloud, customer support is very good and team is responsive, I'm using it on a frequency of twice a week, it has a lot of number of features and the integration is easy.

Our task was to send files via Synology Drive to a special folder. As soon as they arrive on the NAS they should upload to a given FTP server and deleted on the NAS. That was possible by a powershell script but it was headache!

Good auditing of all activity Option to keep multiple versions and deleted files and It can run as a service.

Running it is a breeze,choosing source and destination and transferring files is so easy. It has needed features like scheduling backups and copying open files. Also I can even set it to run silently in the background, ensuring that data is safe without interrupting the flow.

GS Richcopy has a lot of features, but easy to use if you want to be minimalist. However, lots of features to address various scenarios. We use the WebDav connectivity feature which is great for Cloud storage connectivity.
The customer service is great and very responsive. I was able to work out a fair price for a particular situation, specific to our situation, I am very satisfied with both the product as well as customer service.
