Yep no returns. I tried, I sent pictures of how their design would cause me issues. They didn't care. Said the shoes were custom made, which I don't believe, so now I'm stuck with them. I'm out 120.00 for 2 pairs of sneakers I cannot wear due to a design flaw that causes pain in my heels and possibly blisters if I choose to wear them. Stay clear of this company and do your research on their policies before you hand over your hard earned money. I enclosed pictures of the inside panel of the back of the shoe. That panel that is there is what catches on my heel. Why is that there? I own lots of canvas sneakers and that panel is not part of the shoe design.

Advertised delivery date exceeded more than a week, to late for my vacation. Wouldn't refund or allow a return due to fine print showing stating there might be excessive delays in shipping, bs. No return possible. Avoid this business, several emails sent with apology emails received that they will not refund.

SCAM SITE! Avoid at all cost! Very delayed sipping, over a week before sit shipped from when I received email. Wouldn't allow a return. Return policy is very unclear and uses indecisive wording such as "typically". Horrible customer service. AVOID
