This knife has a good amount of weight to it and the sharp blade makes it easy to slice any meat or fruit. I was even able to easily fillet a tuna. I like that there is a hole for my index finger to rest while I slice. It comes with a leather sheath that you can wear on a belt.

My Haarko knife was delivered today. First of all, the knife came in a nice sheath, and it's sharp. I ran it down my arm very carefully & it shaved my arm hair off like butter. The blade is thick & hard steel. I bought this to take hunting & it seems it will do good out there.

I absolutely love this knife. I was looking to get a knife that I could pack with my survival gear for use camping or out hiking. I have a liking for a viking style blades and thought this would suit me perfectly. Thanks!

Haarko is an addition to my collection. I keep kitchen knives sharp but this one was sharp out of the box. A week into it, I was thinking "ok, but expensive" but the longer I use it I find that the knife stays sharp and has great quality. It also has an ergonomic handle. Definitely would buy again, my only original hesitation was price but value is there. I should have bought earlier.

This is indeed a very useful knife! I brought this in our family camping and it sure made a great performance. It is extremely sharp and the grip is just perfect. I used it to set up our tents and for cooking our meals. My son enjoyed using it too, he's 18 yo by the way. Says he wants to have one too! Quite handy this Haarko knife.

I had just received this santoku knife few days ago, believe or not, it's just a lot of more than I expected. This knife is looking great and very comfortable to use. Sharp enough, it's really worth with this price.

I have been using Haarko for 6 months now and it's still very sharp. Figured I'd have to have sharpen it at least once by now. Very convenient to use in cutting veggies and some meat. I will buy one more of this.

Gotta love this Haarko santoku knife. It took some getting used to, as I have always used a conventional chef's knife. It's not quite heavy enough for chopping duties, but again I like the balance it has.

Let me just start by saying Haarko's a great knife. It's razor sharp and cuts through everything I've put it up against with smoothness and ease. The handle is good sized and comfortable to hold, and the knife is easy to maneuver to make fine cuts in meat or just for general slicing. I've used it to trim fat, slice chicken breasts, and carve a roast so far and I can't find anything to complain about with its performance. Highly recommended.Thumbs up!

I love the features of Haarko knife. The blade is sharp and its quality is promising, it has a hole that I think was designed for superior control. Handle is made from premium oak wood. I got two of this in my kitchen and I really love them.

Solid knife. The santoku is a better chopper knife with a forward motion. Incredibly comfortable in my hands. I hand wash and hand sharpen it with wet stone twice a year. Excellent value for the price point.

Haarko santoku knife is perfect for a multitude of kitchen tasks, with its characteristic dimples making it easy to zip through prep tasks. You can spend 4x more and get lighter knives made of more exotic alloys, but if you're new to using a santoku you can't go wrong with this.I definitely recommend this.

After almost three weeks of using this, it's actually practical and very convenient to use. It fits my hand perfectly. I love the grip. Definitely recommend it.
