Haarko

The HAARKO knife was delivered in about 10 days. Have not used it yet but the blade is extremely sharp. Good experience with haarko.com. I will surely buy from them again.

Haarko is a household knife. Everyone loves using this, especially me! I love that it has a hole for better hold during food preparation. Quality is very good.

The metal part is a bit chunky and adds little more weight at the front. If you use it once in a while you will feel the weight difference but with everyday usage you will get used to it.

Although I am still getting accustomed to the difference in my hand, I find the knife to be invaluable in food prep. It's a sharp and sturdy knife. Does a fine job.
