We thoroughly enjoyed working with Haggle Me. They helped with the inspection and shipping of the truck, just a few days after we purchased it. The truck was just as advertised we couldn't be happier with the whole process. Every piece of information we requested was provided quickly and Kim with Haggle Me was great to work with. She managed every step if the process for us to purchase the truck. Haggle Me communicated with the seller, so we didn't need to do this. They provided a list of companies that provide inspection services, we selected one of the companies and they gave us a very thorough report. We would recommend working with Haggle Me for any automobile purchase.
They post pictures of vehicles that a person would maybe be interested in. Then when you contact them about a question, number one the service person is very hateful and rude. Number two the descriptions often do not fit the picture posted. So type of a bait and switch tactic. So stay away from this site.
Tim told me he couldn't give out any information about a car I found on the website and on another site for a lot cheaper price. It was the same exact car. He just told me that it was an older listing and that was it. Complete $#*!! I wouldn't buy a car even if he wasn't trying to scam me!
Great customer service good people and fair I recommend no lies just fair and great to deal with I transport alot of there cars there customers are always happy.
I found a truck online and contacted this company, who had no details about the vehicle even though they are selling it for their client. They would not put any details into an email and when I asked specific questions on the condition they said they would ask the seller and call me back which did not happen. It's seemed really odd if they're selling a vehicle and not even know what state the vehicle is located. I called back and was told it was sold and they sent me an email which they did not. The person I spoke with begin to raise his voice to me and was very rude. I'm sticking with only dealing with private sellers because not sure if this is a legitimate business. Only seems to be one person that answers the phone.
Henry, So sorry you feel you received poor service. Locations can vary, especially when we're dealing with several people with multiple homes. A few that come to mind go to FL winters and take their cars with them. Another one that comes to mind is a man with homes in 4 different states whose always moving things around. We've been in business well over 2 decades. If we didn't have what you were looking for, we're more than happy to put you on a list when something similar comes in or we have some other resources to locate something for you. Let us know how we can help!
Purchased a vehicle from HaggleMe.com that was advertised as 66,000 miles and change, once we purchased the vehicle and received the title, found that the vehicle had over 140,000 miles in 1986! They even sent written confirmation verifying mileage and condition. They misrepresented with photos, misrepresented the condition, the sales person called every day until after the purchase and when there were problems, then no one responds to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO. THEY MISLED, LIED ABOUT CONDITION AND MILEAGE AND REFUSED TO COMPROMISE WITH A SOLUTION. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, ALERT! ALERT! THEY ARE UNTRUTHFUL AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, DON'T BE FOOLED BY YOUR INITIAL INTRODUCTION, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
Enzo, FIRSTLY, we don't have any record selling you or anyone by this name a car anywhere near the time frame of your review. There's a company with a similar name in MI, that could possibly be the company you're referring to?
I recently purchased a car from HaggleMe.com. Haggle Me claimed at the time to be licensed, insured and bonded. They sold me a car that they claimed was convertible. After communications and finally trusting this dealer I bought the car and had it shipped. When I received the car I learned it was fraudulently advertised and was a cut off Chevy instead of the advertised convertible! Haggle Me now refuses to refund me and take their falsely advertised car back! The owner, Steve Glanton's response to me was to refund me $600 and sell the car for me! In my opinion, this wasn't even the car I purchased according to the description so taking it and refunding me my money is only fair! I just want my money back now. No one else should be tricked by this company again! Help me call them out for their horrible and unlawful business practices until this is handled to make sure no one else is scammed! Since my purchase, they removed the false information about being licensed, insured, and bonded. They also seem to disappear off the Earth unless to ask me to remove my negative reviews which to me is all an admission of guilt!
Lamike, So sorry you were disappointed in your purchase. As with anyone who cannot view a car live and in person, we recommended hiring a professional inspector. Since the car was a "gift" for a girlfriend you opted not to spend the money on a professional. You insisted on dealing direct with the owner of this car and we were not involved in the conversation between the 2 of you so what was said, we were not privy to. It was clear from the description, this car was not a factory convertible. We do have 10s of 1000s of very satisfied customers! We're truly sorry you're not one of them.

Glenn, we'd be interested in knowing what car you're referring to? If you haven't purchased a car from us, how can you claim the car was not as described? We strive to please everyone and we're truly sorry you feel you did not receive excellent customer service. Please feel free to call anytime and we're happy to clarify any confusion. We'd love to EARN your business!
