My experience this morning at Hair Cuttery, St Charles Place in Davenport, FL was wonderful! My highlights, lowlights, cut and style make me feel like a new woman! Thank you so much Barbara!
I got the worst haircut ever today at Haircuttery on West 7th street in Frederick. I told the stylist to take an inch off, she took 8 or more inches off. I went in there with beautiful hair, now it is destroyed and I have a job interview. This dumbbell answered the phone about 5 times during the haircut. The sides are uneven, it's absolutely terrible. I will Never return there. They are charging almost $50 now, a complete Rip off.

These people practice with clients and when they ruin your hair they refuse to refund what you paid for. They will offer to fix it with someone else and never get back to you. BEWARE! They're not cheap and u may end up paying 3 times what u would pay if u go to a reputable company from the start.
Hair Cuttery prices for color are becoming way too high especially for what you get there. They used to be praised as a family-friendly Salon but no longer. Their prices are as high as more exclusive salons in the area which have the niceties such as coffee tea juice and cookies which Hair Cuttery does not have.
Their hairdressers are not required to have continuing education and aren't up on new trends or techniques. Not to mention that the salon at Seneca Meadows hasn't been updated in many many years. That disgusting Home Depot Orange color on the walls is so off-putting, as well as the white fluorescent lighting. OMG can it get worse? There is no longer any value for what they offer. If I'm going to be charged almost $200 for color and highlights I'm going to go to another salon that makes me feel special with a more glamorous and client caring atmosphere.
Tip for consumers:
Add your own review for the Hair Cuttery. Hopefully with enough bad reviews they will read and respond by updating their salons and require updated education for their cosmetologists.
When the woman who was to cut my hair approached me, she wasn't masked. I told her I was not comfortable and asked if she would wear a mask. She said no.
At this time (12/20/21), with Omicron and Delta raging through the U.S., it is inconceivable to me that HC would allow anyone to work without requiring that they wear masks. Being unmasked in a salon is even more dangerous for patrons than being unmasked in a restaurant where contact with employees is fleeting, compared to the 10-15 minutes of direct contact in a salon.
Tip for consumers:
Even though Hair Cuttery boasts that it follows safety protocols and states that its employees wear masks, this policy is NOT enforced.
My friend had a haircut that really messed him up for life. It is so bad. Everyone is making fun of him at school and he is so embarrassed I don't want to be his friend anymore because it is so bad. He can't even brush it it is so crunchy and gross
This is a place you want to go if you are getting a simple hair cut or style. I wouldnt Have them do any treatments or big cuts and styles. They seem to be undergraduates working as temps or interns still learning the way. So unless you want to be a muse for them then go right on ahead
If I could, I would give zero stars. Meryame that wears a rag on her head does not have experience in all hair types like the manager Daisy mentioned. The shampoo felt like someone was getting crumbs off a plate. When you call customer service at *******919, the problem is not resolved. If you value your hair, time and money, do not go to HAIR CUTTERY.
My hair is worst after going to the Hair Cuttery than before going. What the representative and me discussed wasn't what was done to my hair. I was supposed to get a foil to avoid hair color applied directly to my scape but after 3 times giving me the wrong color (white, purple, and last some type of brown), all in the same day, they applied color to my entire head. I had enough and just wanted to get out of there. The outline of my face against my brown skin left a white ring which appear as if the color beached my skin. I have been wearing a hat every day since until i can figure out what to do next. I am totally disappointed. I do not want to post photo but will send one directly to the CEO if necessary.

I am crying as I write this. I just left Hair Cuttery. Quinn cut my hair 4 inches shorter than I ask her to.
Before she started I told her that I was starting a new job n Monday. I also told her that I like my hair long, that I only wanted a couple of inches cut off. The first thing she did was section my hair and about 6 inches off the lower back section. I told her that was WAY TOO SHORT! She said she would leave all the other sections longer and it would not show. While she was snipping (I thought), the lady in the chair next to me was telling me that I really did need the dead ends cut off. I replied to her that I agree, but in 2 in increments every 6 weeks, not all at once. It seems that Quinn can't tell the difference between 2 inches and 6 inches. The front of my hair is cut to the bottom of my neck instead of just above my breast line. The back is cut midway between my shoulder and my bra-line, when it was supposed to be left at my bra-line.
I am embarrassed to have anyone see my hair. To someone that doesn't know how long my hair was, you might think it looks fine, but it is a shock to me because it is not what I wanted. How clearer could I have been? All I can say is that Quinn turned my fun day of shopping with my friend and ready for my new job on Monday into a night of shock and tears.
Sucks They burned a Piece of my child's hair and they burned my child's arm my daughter got a fever that night because of crying so much
I scheduled a 1:30 appointment July 10 for a haircut, but I was denied service by the employees at Broadview Hair Cuttery
