I ordered and paid for Saturday delivery as I had an event on Sunday. The order will now arrive on Tuesday. As I will be traveling for the next two months I simply asked them to cancel it. Not only did I not have a costume for my event yet apparently they also want me to be stuck with the bill. Do yourself a favor, buy from Amazon.

Customer service is horrible. My rep Faith made me feel horrible when I just wanted a response before the actual holiday. Their communication sucks, 2 hour hold for a costume? Purposely responds late to avoid accountability. Do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it on time.

I ordered a child's Mario accessory kit for my son that's supposed to be arriving today (I paid extra for express shipping) so I checked the tracking on FedEx and it says the label was created but they haven't even received the package to be shipped yet. So I tried to call customer service and got a message saying I've reached them after business hours. It's 1:00 pm on a Thursday, definitely well before their stated business hours end. I'm feeling like I got ripped off and there's not much time now before Halloween to find something else. I'm definitely disappointed and don't recommend spending your money with this company, seems like a scam.

Ordered costumes for me and the family weeks ago. Had an expected shipping date of 10/20 - plenty of time for parties leading up to Halloween. Call them on 10/24 to see what is happening. They are surprised and bewildered that the shipping label has been created, but has not shipped. Basically after talking to manager they could either refund my money. Or try to ship out again. First of all took a while in first place and now my daughter is missing her parties. Second "refund in full including your shipping" should be a given. I paid and got NOTHING. In fact, I got worse then nothing because now I have to scramble for another outfit. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop their again.

Got a completely wrong product- and XL 80's track costume, which I'm sure is not a high seller. My original order is a toddler's costume. Called to have them correct the issue and they are giving me THREE days to return the product or they will charge me for it. Such a clever way to sell items that otherwise wouldn't be selling.
Also, poor customer service seeing as how I have to print this thing out, provide packaging, waste my time for their mistake with no discount. They are using standard shipping for the correct item as well.

Good selection and good quality for the price. An inexpensive go-to for Cos-Players, Halloween, or fancy dress parties. Items are true to their descriptions and generally true to their size chart. They ship with the speed of sound, so if you need it soon, they're your best choice. I have never had an issue that wasn't eventually fully resolved.

Their sizes/measurements are completely off, and then you have to pay shipping plus 18% restocking fee to return... (and they won't even let you exchange for a larger size of the same product)... AVOID HalloweenCostumes.com!

Dont waste your time or money! This website is not Australian, they just make it look like it is.
We spent $300 on 1 costume, it arrived so late that I had to return it, I never even opened the package & there is NO reason why they would reasonably keep the money. Now I'm fighting with customer service for a refund. I knew it would be difficult when I read their ridiculous return policy but this is a joke. Google reviews are turned off... I dont think I'm the first person to be robbed by them.

This Easter bunny costume made me the hit of our company's Easter egg hunt! We set up a photo area and families flocked to have their photos taken. The bunny costume was very well-made, great quality and a perfect fit (small). It arrived earlier then promised and was well packaged. Price was exceptional; I checked prices on many sites before choosing Halloween Costumes, and then I got an extra 15% discount. I would highly recommend this company and certainly the bunny costume. By the way, 9 of my great-grandkids came to the event and they did not recognize me but loved the bunny!

Shipping took forever, which I was fine with since I ordered far enough in advance for them to get here on time. BOTH of the kids costumes I ordered looked used and re-packaged. The Batman costume came with a mask, which was stained. The Harley Quinn costume came with a headband that looked like it had been broken and someone haphazardly hot-glued it back together. I'm extremely not impressed. I thought I was purchasing brand new ones, when I could have ordered used ones from Ebay, saved some money, and gotten disclosures about stains or broken headbands.

I just received my order and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am. The quality of this clothing is WONDERFUL! I fully admit that I expected something far less, with it being "costume" clothing. I had counted on nothing more than functional. The colors are rich, the fabric is quality and the sizes are quite accurate as well. I ordered four complete outfits and I'm happy with every single piece. I will happily recommend you to everyone looking for renaissance wear.

The site was very well laid out. Key word searches actually turned up what you were looking for without having to get creative like on other sites. Products that were in stock were easily identifiable. The sizes are very accurate. At first, i was confused at which size i should choose as i am usually an xl in most brands. I was informed that the good folks at halloweencostumes.com measure the products themselves, and those are the sizes they have on display. Again. A perfect fit! Excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I called the customer service number as they were getting ready to close and the representative took the time to help me find what i was looking for and set up an appropriate delivery method. I received the package in days, which is ridiculous by all standards considering that i currently live in korea. I am telling all of my friends and colleagues to shop at this site for future costume purchases.

They sent me a completely wrong item and refused to get us a new onw for the date we need it for, regardless of any pushing we tried. DO NOT order from them!

Of the 30 costumes I purchased, only 2 had some minor issues. The issues were easily mended by myself, so I never bothered making a fuss over them. I'd recommend this business to others, but I'd also suggest getting things when they're doing some sort of promotion. I've gotten plenty of costumes from them for 15% to 20% off, which makes a big difference.

As a tall curvy girl, this company has the widest range of sizes and options for both men and women. I am happy with my previous purchases and would definitely buy from them again! Thanks for carrying trending, not just sexy, options for the plus size community.
