Not a good experience! I ordered customised cover case for my mobile! They gave me 2 options for that & printed the wrong selection! It was there communication mistake between there team & later after a week they say that sorry we don't replace or take any action on customised orders. Totally unsatisfied!
It has been around 10 days after I placed my order and I still haven't received the product or any updates on where my product is exactly. After sending multiple emails I've not received any reply yet. I don't even know if I will ever receive that product... Not going to recommend this website to anyone.
The two mobile phone cases I ordered are not what those were advertised on the site. Irresponsible staff don't even bother to provide correct answers. The information displayed on the website is also not accurate. Worst than 3rd class products sold on the website. Will never buy anything.
I have not seen such unprofessional people in my entire career. For a sample order they have wasted two days of my time after, and only ended up saying they can not deliver. NO ETHICS, NO KNOW HOW either. Changed their statement 3 times over several conversations on phone
The cover received was cheap, and no body is replying for a return or exchange, when i mailed to cancel the order immediately they called me. Now nobody is replying.
I need the response or a call for the mail I sent.
I don't know when my product will be delivered.
Kindly guide.
The product doesn't is too big for my laptop... have put them email and its been so many days no reply at all..
