The new Hanes socks are cheaply made. Definitely very thin, you can literally see right through them. I'm give this 12 pack of socks away to the community center. Will NEVER waste my money on Hanes again!
Ive had these two styles of hanes underwear for 4-10 years. What i recieved after ordering is absolute garbage. The seams are trash and the fabric is getting holes my old underwear took 4y to get in 3 washes. The stitching around the legs is horrible and the elastic chafes and rashes meaning i spent $30 for some shop rags. The waistband is cheaper as well and is already worn out with minimal use. Buy another brand.
About 10 years ago I started buying the 2 pack support briefs for women in sz 6x, I still have some I bought a few yrs ago. They use to fit like a dream, but the last 3 x I bought them over the last few years they have cut down on there size. I've compared them to all my others and about an inch shorter and wider! So dissapointed good, because they are a good underwear brief. Please check your manufacturers to make sure they are sizing correctly. I, ll try one more time next tim3 I need some if not larger, will be my last time.

I use to buy hanes underwear because I didn't mind the price as it was a good product. They have cheapend the waistband and the material they are made out of so much that it is wiser finacially to buy my underwear at Giant Tiger. Good bye Hanes...
I am surprised at the negative reviews. I ordered from them twice during the past month and had good experiences. Everything was on sale and shipping was free both times due to daily specials. I haven't used them before this and plan to use them again. I like the products and prices. My shipments all arrived timely. I have not had to return anything yet... and, we all know that's the real service test. I'll update this when/if that happens.
Poor Customer Service! Not a company interested in individual purchasers. Giant corporation that is only interested in selling. You never know if what you buy is in stock and they don't want to hear about your issues due to their inability to fulfill your order!
Tip for consumers:
They don't know at the time of order if what you order is in stock. And they don't want to hear about it if you don't get what you had ordered.
I will never buy Haynes again I bought tank tops and 2 packs of shirts and the plain white t shirts I bought had holes in every single on.of them. They are junk clothes strings coming out of every single seam just really disappointed. I work hard for my money and feel like I wasted it on these shirts they are literally falling apart right out of the pack. Good job guys keep it up
I purchased women's Hipster underwear. Within 2 months the waist began to unravel! I had a pair that was at least a year old and they were still fine. I called Hanes to register my dissatisfaction. Someone apologized and asked for my address. I thought they were sending a refund but later I got a package of new ones. At first I was happy about that but again, within a couple months, the new ones began to unravel! They must have switched suppliers or material at their plant because they are junk!
I bought 2 packages of underwear at Walmart half of them where messed up the crotch area not lining up. I thought to my you bought them from Walmart maybe they are irregular. So a couple months ago I brought 2 more packages again at Kohl's the same thing the seams on the hips are way off not even close in the crotch area. I am done buy these high priced low quality products. So tired of wasting money and time.
First time customer... ordered some stuff for my son to start school. Took 3 to 4 weeks for half the order to arrive and it will be October soon and I still don't have the other half of my original order! Called customer service, said it will take another week before the warehouse receives them. Asked how long after that? Another 2 to 3 weeks to ship them to me... OMG Asked if they would make an adjustment in my original shipping costs or ship the rest of my order PRIORITY MAIL..."No, sorry", was the pitiful response. Told customer service I was a 1st time customer and this was gonna be my last order. They still didn't care.
I ordered five items on September 4th. As of today, October 8th I have not received any. I contacted their Customer Service Department via email. They responded several days later saying it could take up to 20 business days for delivery. They must ship book rate. Dont bother ordering if you actually need the item.
My recommendation is to stay away from Hanes.com. Although the company conducts a vigorous and enticing advertising campaign, little attention or resources are devoted to customer service. Recently company took 21 days to delivery an order. When order had to be returned due to problem, company never acknowledged receipt of it. Additionally, no information concerning the order was posted on company's website, and it was virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone due to interminable hold time. My email communications resulted in responsiveness by company, but also false claims of reimbursement. A refund was finally issued to my credit card a month after delivery of the return. --This company uses COVID-19 precautions as reason for delays and poor service. However, I think something more serious is going on.
Order clothes. Supposedly everything is in stock. Get a email a week later that they had enough stock when the order was place but some how ran out. Canceled whole order on there end.
No were sorry. No coupons for their blunder. Just got hung up on... Fxck hanes...
Tip for consumers:
Just don't deal with corporate incompetence.
I ordered some sock from hanes.com. They sent me different socks in a different size than what I ordered. I spent 10 minutes on hold trying to get through to customer service, but I gave up. From their website, it looks like they want to charge people 6.95 for return shipping. Really, for 9.99 socks?
I just pushed down a brand new pair of Hanes briefs that had only been washed twice and I ripped a big hole in the side of the underwear with my thumb? I have only worn Hanes underwear for over 45 years. When did Hanes start using such low-quality material? I guess this is the world we live in. Companies sell lower quality products at a much higher price. Remember when you could buy a bag of chips and it was filled to the top? Now, we pay a higher price for the air in the bag. Companies, if they want to remain in business, need to sell quality merchandise at a fair price. I guess I need to try Fruit of the Loom!
Tip for consumers:
Try a different brand unless you like buying underwear all the time.

A change in women's cotton briefs production has resulted in a very inferior product: The briefs are now very thin, non -stretchable cotton, with no crotch support. They are not comfortable to wear, with loose thigh elastic, and they haven't been washed yet. I see there are many such complaints, so why have you continued to make women briefs.
Where is your quality control?
I have been wearing the microfiber hipsters for years. They were the most comfortable underwear ever. Yesterday I went and found them again. Same RN number *******. I bought 20 pairs and came home and threw them in the washer. The quality is horrible. Hanes changed the elastic on leg holes and band to thin cheaper elastic and stitching is unraveling. So disappointed. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy these.
I buy 2 packs of winter socks each year from Hanes. One's that wik the sweat from your feet. Usually they are good quality, not this year! They are so thin that you get one wear before your big toe comes though.
Yes I did clip my toe nail, it's not the problem. Other pairs of socks don't rip even last years Hanes.
They are using cheap materials to save money for their stockholders instead of looking after their customers.
I won't buy your cheap merchandise at your rip off prices.

Bought a 4-pac at J. C. Penneys, after all is said, a $40 purchase. Too late now, have worn 2 pair. They've engineered a product with half the material, as tight as a Size Small stocking on the thigh of a fat woman. They need to be hauled to court.
I think that Hanes.com needs to re-evaluate their customer service. I purchased a number of items to arrive before Christmas. Their website stated that if you purchased your item by such and such a date, you needed to purchase this particular shipping in order to have it arrive on time. I purchased the Priority Shipping, which cost $10 extra on top of the regular shipping. My package should have arrived in three days, basically the Wednesday before Christmas. My package not only did not arrive before Christmas, it did not arrive until after New Years Day. Numerous emails requesting where my package was were never responded to. I called their 1-800 line, and either never got an answer or was put on hold indefinitely. Hanes.com has not only lost my business for good, but I will never purchase another one of their products as a result of their insulting lack of customer service or responsibility.
WOW. Talk about less and less. I have been a size 40 for 20 years. I just opened their XL (40-42) LOL. These are 36-38 at BEST. I don't want to go on. They are HORRIBLE, you need to buy the next size up and keep your fingers crossed.
BYE-BYE Haynes, no longer America's Underwear. Shame on you. But you know, Corp Profit is what matters...
Just keep on cutting back material. Soon Your XXL will be 40.
Worst company ever. I have been buying products from hanes since I was a kid and I will never purchase anything from them again. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, it has yet to ship. Last monday they said it would ship by friday and today they said the same thing. In both cases I asked them to cancel the order and they refused and said they could not because it was "in the system". I work for a small non profit company and we ship items out frequently and so long as the item has not shipped you can always cancel the order. They use covid as an excuse but again we ship items out weekly and in no way shape or form does covid prevent us from shipping or slow the shipping process down. Lazy employees, garbage company. They will be out of business sooner than later.
Ordered 2 pkgs socks on 11/29, supposed to ship in 7-9 days. It's now 19 days, almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't even been processed. Customer service is could care less, no answers, they don't know why it's taking so long. NEVER AGAIN and going to look for a different brand.
I used to love Hanes underwear I have worn Hanes for over 30 years. Sadly their new underwear is so low quality and cheap feeling. The elastic waist band part is much thinner so very painful on my waist now compared to my older Hanes underwear I still own to compare. Fabric is much cheaper quality, rough and scratchy on skin. Very disappointed in Hanes I have worn only their underwear for almost my whole life and now I need to find a new brand sadly unless they change

A $14.00,7 pack of cotton briefs are now a scratchy cotton-polyester blend made in Vietnam for maximum profit with total disregard for customer satisfaction and comfort. In order to get 100% cotton briefs, you'll have to pay $38.00 for that same $14.00 7 pack of underwear. That means about $5.50 a pair ( 1 pair for $5.50). I, for one, am changing brands after many years of patronage and I highly recommend that every other customer of Hanes products do the same. Increased profit at the expense of quality is unacceptable. BOYCOT is the only way to make a difference.
F* this idiot company. I recently ordered several front-close bras that were on sale. But when I got to the shopping cart to pay, the website went buggy. I tried refreshing the page, and everything disappeared! I will go to Amazon where I KNOW I will receive my stuff!
Tip for consumers:
DON'T BOTHER
After I went to check-out, the shopping cart wiped out my order!
Used Hanes for twenty years, but things have changed. Eco Smart sweatshirts equal trash and may as well be called disposable, since they pill and are embarassing to wear after literally only one wash. Sizes are not consistent; I know this because I kept giving these sweatshirts a chance and purchased more and was privy to see the inconsistency of sizes. After many repeat purchases of the eco smart sweatshirts, I have thoroughly concluded the ecosmart sweatshirts are truly disposable trash after one wash. Soft- not after one wash because they are bumpy and rough with so many pills. If you can afford to wear disposable sweatshirts which you must trash after one wash, then this is your company.
