The new Hanes socks are cheaply made. Definitely very thin, you can literally see right through them. I'm give this 12 pack of socks away to the community center. Will NEVER waste my money on Hanes again!
Ive had these two styles of hanes underwear for 4-10 years. What i recieved after ordering is absolute garbage. The seams are trash and the fabric is getting holes my old underwear took 4y to get in 3 washes. The stitching around the legs is horrible and the elastic chafes and rashes meaning i spent $30 for some shop rags. The waistband is cheaper as well and is already worn out with minimal use. Buy another brand.
I've been a loyal Haines guys for years. I wear socks once and buy more. How disappointing I can't buy my old socks. These new ones are made of something besides cotton. THEY SUCK. So tight on my legs. I'm 6'2" 210lbs. I'm not even fat. Why is it digging into my legs. I take my socks off and you can count the sock ridges per fiber on my skin.
HOW DISAPPOINTING. You all really dropped the ball to save money.

Ordered shirts April 28 to receive in NY state. Tracking says went from NC to arrive in Ohio on May 4th and that's it- My order has taken up permanent residence in Ohio for an inexplicable reason. Paid for it, complained- Hanes doesn't care- they marked my order "completed"! NEVER AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NOBODY ORDER AT HANES ONLINE - they'll take your money and ship your stuff to another state.
Hanes.com has many items to choose from. Delivery is slow. And all of order have had at least two items are the wrong size. Then you have to pay for return shipping which is there mistake.
I bought hanes comfort soft fresh IQ mens grey crew socks...the sane ones ive been buying for 20 plus years and these are HORRIBLE so think cheap material and lose as can be i loved thebfact their socks were so soft and durable and tight on ur feet NOT ANY MORE theyre HORRIBLE did i mention that yet beyond disappointed and i would give 0 stars if i could DONT BUY HANES ANYMORE THEY ARE NOW OVER SEAS AND NOT MADE IN AMERICA THEY SUCK the top right is 5 yrs old same type of if socks and the bottom is the new ones

Hanes underwear products have, over the years, gone from good to bad to downright ugly.
Where shall I start?
The fabric is becoming thinner and flimsier in both shirts and briefs to the point that it is almost see through. Yet, they dare call it "premium." Go figure!
To add insult to injury, the sizes are no longer accurate. I used to wear medium size shirts, Tees and A shirts, but medium no longer fits me although my body is still the same. Likewise, medium briefs used to fit me but I now have to wear large to feel just a tad more comfortable. The only logical explanation is that Hanes is manipulating the thread count and the sizes to save money although the prices of their products have gone up considerably.
Fortunately, new underwear manufacturers are producing better quality and less expensive products than Hanes's and I am happily breaking the shackles of Hanes and making the switch to these new products.
So long Hanes! When you take your customers for fools they will make you pay. I wish you a chapter 11 pretty soon!
I bought the flexi fit bra- The stitching went up over the cup seam so, it distorted the bra- It is an obvious flaw-It also had snags in it- I am not returning because I will only receive less than half of my payment since I will be charged over 6$---I will never order from Hanes again

Only in Outer Space - IF there is life in outer space - would a "body tone" be magenta, or bright blue, or soft blue. I ordered a 6-pack of cotton briefs and chose the "body tone" option. I got nude/beige (yes!), pink (acceptable perhaps if one were sunburned), light blue (what?), dark bright blue (what?), magenta (what?), and jet black (still way darker than any African Americans I know...). I wrote to customer service and got a very rude response along the lines that "mixed" packages are colors they have no control over. O. K. I agree - "mixed" is "mixed"... but I ordered BODY tones... not "mixed". So, I went to package them for a return with the pre-paid label they provided--- and glad I read the small print! - they deduct $6.95 from your refund for the shipping charge. I only paid $8 for the briefs. Hardly worth the effort to return by mail. UNBELIEVABLE. Their "100% guarantee" seems to be accepted ONLY IN OUTER SPACE. The closest Hanes outlet is just over 19 miles away from my house. Grrrrrrrr. Hanes.com has lost a customer - but, they've gained thousands of dollars worth of NEGATIVE advetrising... as I'm a big "talker" amongst my friends and business associates.
I purchased hanes women underwear last Thursday and wore a pair on Sunday. Sunday night there was a hole in them already. This is the 2nd purchase in the last month like this.
I placed an order and it took 12 days before it was even filled and shipped. Then it took 11 days to arrive with the FREE standard shipping. So 23 days to receive an order I could have gone to the store and picked-up in under an hour. I thought ordering online would save me time. In the case of Hanes.com, it was an EPIC fail. I called and they of course blame COVID, the out for all miserable service these days. Don't get me wrong, I know it is effecting everything, but I do not believe that was the reason for my experience, they are just really bad at filling and shipping orders. They refused to cancel my order - so by the time it arrived, I had already gone shopping and bought what I needed. I returned the entire order and they did ultimately give me a full refund after another 20 days went by for them to receive and process my returned items. All this to say it took 43 days to get a very simple order resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM WWW.HANES.COM

Placed an order, called because I got no update. Was told ny order was canceled because the items were not in stock but that they were in stock now so I could replace my order. I did so, over the phone, and then about an hour later I saw an email came through saying this order was canceled, too. Online it only shows size small is out of stock. I ordered size XL and size Med. In two different colors. So four items which are all saying they're in stock online but somehow none of them are? Two different ladies I spoke with told me that the items that I had ordered previously, that were canceled, we're back in stock now. Why? When I place the first order if they weren't in stock then why not fix your website, then? As of right now you can go on to the website and it still shows the items are in stock. Btw, I still haven't received the first email from the first order, that the order was canceled. Now I'm out $50 for however long it takes it to get back into my account. Considering I haven't received even an email about the first order, I don't know... I've learned my lesson about this online store. Now if they can ship my order to me I will change this review but we'll see!

If something's out of stock show online it's out of stock. Especially after someone has attempted to purchase these items multiple times. I'm sure I'm not the only one so why are they still being shown as available online?!?!

Ordered 4 pairs of the thermal waffle knit jogger pants but never received them.
I ordered one bra listed on their site and purchased the standard shipping which guaranteed the bra would be shipped out within about 6-10 days or something like that. It's been three and I have yet to receive any notice of shipping email. I emailed customer support asking about my order and they said that the item I chose was out of stock and that it could be 20 days until I receive it. Okay, why wasn't the item listed as out of stock then? If I knew I was going to be waiting nearly a month for a bra that was out of stock then I wouldn't have bought it. I really needed a new bra though so stupid me thought it was just that item and I could buy another one and have it shipped to me within a few days as they promise. Second bra has been purchased; it hasn't been shipped either and it's past their promised shipping date. If the item is on back order then it should be listed on the site. If the item is on back order, the company should at least email their customer after purchasing to notify them instead of making them wait weeks on end wondering what's going on. This seems to be a very common issue so if you can't wait a month for your items, don't purchase. I will definitely not be buying from Hanes online again.
Ive attempted to purchase items from hanes website. After multiple technical issues, finding out massive shipping fee, not qualifying for discounts as a canadian, and given bad customer service on email, i was finally able to place an order for the items i wanted.
Then a week after placing my order, they sent me two emails telling me two items "could not be fullfilled." Yet the order went through a week ago and when i went back online to check stock today it was still available to add to cart and checkout.
Why are they doing this to me? Are they intentionally cancelling my order out of spite, or to horde the items to sell to americans for future sales? I dont understand how such a large company could be so incompetent every step of the way in selecting and ordering and delivering my items.
Why cant they fullfill my orders? Give me an actual explanation. Why does the site allow me to purchase items if they cant fullfill? Why are the items still on site week after ordering and day after they told me unfullfilled?

Such a poor website, I was purchasing Men's Pajamas and after several attempts to checkout the site kept bouncing back to reCAPTCHA page, when I finally was able to checkout, I'm so glad I didn't allow my payment method to be saved on site, because the next day I went to check status of order and was unable to sign back into site. So, after 5 attempts 2 reCAPTCHA pages and changing Password x 2 using the same password I had used the prior day I was finally able to get into my account order was shown as still processing. So, If and When I get this Order, I will not be ordering from this site ever again

I ordered 2 packs of t shirts and paid priority shipping and only one pack of t shirts arrived.
I called Lucy in customer service and she couldn't tell me what happened. Even though the original order was priority she never checked and never asked me when I need them by. I was told that I would get them "in a few days". Concerned, I politely told her that the original order was priority and firmly requested that they be sent before Monday. Lucy assured me that they would be shipped by Saturday. Today is Saturday and I have just been told that no one checked to see if UPS delivers in my neighborhood on Saturdays. I have never heard of UPS only delivering in certain areas on certain days. Now I have to go look for the shirts and hope I find them before Monday, there are limited stores in my area I am on an Island. NO ONE is verifying what customers are requesting it is management who needs to be verifying that employees are paying attention. I do not trust that the Hane's website will get you what you request that deems them an untrustworthy business operation.
So it has now been 5 weeks since I placed an order for 2 three packs of V-neck undershirts. One would think this is pretty easy for a company who is globally known for under-garments. I called last week to inquire about my order. I let them know I wanted to cancel my order if they could not offer any discounts. The woman i spoke with said she would check with her supervisor and call me back. I never heard from anyone. So i decide to call today and see what kind of response I would get. After being transferred from Customer Assistance to Customer Service (not sure how the two differ?) and being on hold for 7 minutes they hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for 17 minutes before anyone answered. Kay was not able to find my order when I gave her my order number. I supplied her with my name & zip code and she was able to find it. She then proceeded to tell me that the items I ordered were no longer in stock and this is why I did not receive them. I asked her if this was common practice for Hanes not to notify customers that their order could not be fulfilled for whatever reason. Then I asked her why my order was still showing as being in process when I log in to the website. Of course all you do receive from Hanes are empty apologies without a care in the world for the customer.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!
Ordered two packs of undershirts as they have larger sizes online than in the stores. Website indicated I would receive my items in 5-7 business days because I live on the east side of the US. Today has been 5 business days and still not shipped. Called customer service and was told they are switching over to a new system and it is causing many delays. I ask what they are going to do? I honored my part of the purchase by paying for my items and they are not honoring their part by shipping the items on time. Was told the shipping is just an average and it should read 6-10 business days instead of 5-7. Woman basically told me there is nothing she could do and I would just have to wait for my order but had no idea when it possibly will ship. Glad is wasn't something important like medicine. I have bought Hanes products for years but this experience has changed me moving forward. I will pay double the money to another company rather than buy form Hanes. Sad because I really like Jordan though.

Have brought hanes before seams like the plus size panties has gotten smaller and much thinner not as good as before.
Finally found a bra that fit and I can afford! I loved it so much I ordered another. It also had coupon code for 10% off and free shipping.
I ordered 5 pr of pants for my son just this week. $55.38 from the order which is the full order entirely came out of my bank account just as it should have so no complaints on that.
This afternoon I checked on my bank account (bc I've been hacked MANY times now from several different companies in the past so this is the first time that Hanes has ripped me off) and another transaction that I NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING ADDITIONAL FROM HANES has been taken out. The amount of $22.15. So I NEVER purchased anything additionally and they took $55.38 & $22.15 from my bank account! Ripped me off basically.
I called them (no cuss words were exchanged) and I have every right to be upset and aggravated but I explained in full what happened while she interrupts me and talks over me the entire time explaining to me that I shouldn't be upset and then she says I'm putting you on hold to look into this. 20 mins later im still on hold. So I had to hang up and call back. She never apologized for putting me on hold for 20 mins and not investigating like she said she was going to. So basically I'm out I my bank account for something I did indeed purchase and then I get ripped out by this company for something I didn't purchase and they are not helping me with customer service at all bc they don't want to. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HANES EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THE BBB AS WELL. IM TIRED OF PEOPLE THINKING IRS OK TO SIT ON THEIR $#*! AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!
