I have been trying to place an order online for two days. It goes to Checkout but will not go to the next step to place the order. I called and talked to someone who could not help me but told me that someone would call me back shortly. No one ever called me. I give up and will shop somewhere else.? Strange
I was extremely disappointed having recently purchased several packages of men's undershirts. I purchased the correct size (L) and after the first wash, I now owned 12 (M to S) undershirts. The shrinkage was unbelievable. Buyer beware and don't believe the marketing hype from Hanes on sizing. Terrible experience and will not purchase Hanes products again.
Spent $244.86 while vacationing in Virginia, returned home, opened and tried the various products and the quality was awful. Went to local store (Ellenton, FL), where they REFUSED to refund. Attempted contact with the store manager to no avail, attempted national customer service with no response, called corporate and even the executive office and left 3 voice messages on different dates and times, approximately 1-2 weeks apart. All efforts fell on deaf ears. Disgusted customer.
I ordered two item, I paid for both of them. Two days after, they send me a mail saying that one of my item has been cancelled because it is no longer available and that they are sorry but can't do anything. Then I send them a mail saying that I wanted to replace the item that has been cancelled or to be refund. And they never answered.
Short and simple. Everything is easy with buying from Hanes up until the moment you complete your checkout. Immediately after that the money is deducted from your account and it's up to them whether they send you your products or not. I purchased $70 worth of tanks tees and sweatpants from Hanes and ONLY received a 6 pack of socks. This is the absolute worst experience I've had shopping from any company online. It's clear Hanes gives no **** about customer service. I recieved no confirmation email or any emails updating me on the status of my order. If the majority of my items could not be shipped due to out of stock or whatever they should have updated me and I would have cancelled the complete order! What do they ask for your email for if they don't use it! Still waiting on either a refund or my products to be delivered. I have no idea what's going on
I purchased hanes women underwear last Thursday and wore a pair on Sunday. Sunday night there was a hole in them already. This is the 2nd purchase in the last month like this.
I have been buying Hanes mens cotton underwear for years and felt they were the best available. Now, after several purchases I feel their value is nil. The waistbands don't survive three washing so the briefs fall off your hips.To me they have a negative value and I would obtain any in the tuture, even if they were free.
I've tried many different options and can honestly say that the cut and quality of the plus side from large to 2xl are terrible. The seams tear extremely easily, the waistband cuts in and rolls all the time. Due to a medical condition I went from a size 8 to a size 18 in the past year and I have never experienced the issues I've had with this brand before. I'm a Hanes girl all the way. Or, I was until I saw the lack of care and quality inn the plus size garments.
Hanes use to make the best quality socks. Not anymore.The socks they make today are the worst quality socks available. Go back to the quality prior to 2013. Use thicker material with minimum of 80% cotton like like they use to do. Polyester does not work well for socks.
Placed an order, called because I got no update. Was told ny order was canceled because the items were not in stock but that they were in stock now so I could replace my order. I did so, over the phone, and then about an hour later I saw an email came through saying this order was canceled, too. Online it only shows size small is out of stock. I ordered size XL and size Med. In two different colors. So four items which are all saying they're in stock online but somehow none of them are? Two different ladies I spoke with told me that the items that I had ordered previously, that were canceled, we're back in stock now. Why? When I place the first order if they weren't in stock then why not fix your website, then? As of right now you can go on to the website and it still shows the items are in stock. Btw, I still haven't received the first email from the first order, that the order was canceled. Now I'm out $50 for however long it takes it to get back into my account. Considering I haven't received even an email about the first order, I don't know... I've learned my lesson about this online store. Now if they can ship my order to me I will change this review but we'll see!
I bought a pack of 10 cushion ankle socks at Walmart. The pairs matched up has one small one and one a little larger. I wore one pair after much stretching and after I washed them they are so small even a small child would have trouble wearing them. I am very dissatisfied with them. I am on Social Security and I don't have money to be wasting on trash products like this. I don't know how to upload a copy of my receipt.
On Tuesday store was locked until 1pm or 2 pm came to the store to shop two associates in the store but they did not open the doors until after 1pm.
Came back to the mall on Saturday stop back in their stores it smelled so bad someone bought cooking burnt bacon.
The service used to be excellent not sure what's going on.
I bought a sports bra end of November and didn't even wear it or anything and i had until March 15,2020 i went back to Great Lakes Mall first week of March to exchange it and of course the store was closed due to the Covid-19 issue even though i called before i go because it's a long way to drive from me and whoever answered me said we are open, and of course i didn't exchange it or anything.
So, today i decided to call them to see if i can exchange it with something i can wear and Rachael the manager or so she said told we can't in a very very rude way so i asked her when can you accept it exchange she said we don't. That's not what i am expecting from Hanes and i am an old customer... What a shame to have a manager Rachael for a good store. Thanks
They have no way for you to contact them other than by phone! I have photos that I could upload if they had a way to contact them through messaging or email because I ordered 3 bras, exact same type of bra, exact same size, only difference was colors. Someone was so lazy with their job, that they sent me a bra that wasn't even the same brand, even though the paper word says it's supposed to be a specific brand and everything, and it's also a 3D cup when I'm a C and all my bras were set up to be C cups. The only options they had was either I'd pay for the shipping to return or I do their pre pay slip which was more expensive it was $6 versus $4 and it would come out of the money they should refund to me. I don't think that I should lose any money and I think that they should refunded completely or refund what I had to pay to ship it back and get the actual bra I ordered!
Ordered a Christmas present on Dec. 11th Never shows up. I give them the benefit of the doubt, you know it's Christmas time, ordered get backed up. I keep checking my email waiting for the shipping status to change. Nothing. Christmas passes, new years passes, still nothing. No email telling me that anything has changed. Finally I decide to call and see whats up. "Yea that order was canceled. It was out of stock when you ordered it. You should have gotten an email telling you that." is all the guy says. Im LITTERALLY looking at my email telling the guy I got nothing telling me my present was never going to get here. No help what so ever. Customer service was horrible! Why even pay someone to do that? HE DID NOTHING TO HELP! If anything he made matters worse by hes smug attitude.
End of story there's Nothing they could do. And you know what there IS something i CAN do. NEVER buy from this company again. And go out of my way to stop as many people as i can from buying as well...
This is the second order that was canceled when I purchased an item on sale. I am sure Hanes is more than willing to ship something at full price but they are great at advertising a sale then canceling anything purchased and not giving a reason why. Customer service is terrible and the brand is subpar, avoid at all costs.
I I have always bought your undergarments but after watching your all your last commercials that you have made the new ones they're disgusting so disrespectful I just I threw away all of them and I am buying from someone else I don't care what people do in their private life but what you do in these commercials are ridiculous and you know which commercials I'm talking about it's the new ones.

Such a poor website, I was purchasing Men's Pajamas and after several attempts to checkout the site kept bouncing back to reCAPTCHA page, when I finally was able to checkout, I'm so glad I didn't allow my payment method to be saved on site, because the next day I went to check status of order and was unable to sign back into site. So, after 5 attempts 2 reCAPTCHA pages and changing Password x 2 using the same password I had used the prior day I was finally able to get into my account order was shown as still processing. So, If and When I get this Order, I will not be ordering from this site ever again
Today's Hanes Beefy-T shirts weight 10% less than 20-year old Beefy-T shirts still in my possession and yet they cost more. Today's Hanes crew socks are made mostly of plastic (polyester) and are very hot to wear. I've chased all over my city (Kohls, WalMart, Target) where Hanes told me I could find their crew socks with a higher cotton content but either they are lying or these socks don't exist. I still have a 6 pack of 100% cotton Hanes crew socks (marked size 6-12) purchased several years ago from WalMart, but they wouldn't fit a person with a foot size of 8 or larger. Why are these people still in business?
