Target had an offer for a while where you bought a Harry's razor and had to use an included code to get 4 free blades. Turned out that you had to subscribe to the blades being delivered to get the "free" blades.
At the end of the day I get more miles out of regular "high priced" blades than Harry's.
I love the idea of the little company that could... I'm just not going to have a "blade subscription" and feel taken advantage of in the 4 free blades but only if you subscribe garbage. Not free at all.
I took advantage of Harry's online deal after a referral and I have not been disappointed. I ended up purchasing a subscription for my husband and recently bought myself an extra handle because the razor is as nice as the Gillette Venus I used for years & years at a fraction of the cost!
I have been 100% satisfied with the shaving products that I have purchased. I have been using Harry's product line for over four years. I will not buy shaving products from any other manufacturer. I did have to contact the customer service department once due to a delay in shipping. I was given excellent service to rectify the issue.
I forgot my password two days ago. Harry's sent e-mail for new password. After each try, Harry's said the password does not meet their configuration. However they don't tell you what configuration it has to be in. I canceled, my account by phone. Today 9/29/2015 I wanted to, try their face wash. So I logged on an ordered the face wash. You cannot make a purchase on line without opening an account, I had to do this over the phone, also on line they advertise free shipping. Since the item was $7.00 they charged $3.00 shipping. Also since I have a tough bears I have found that a simple BIC razor with their cream works well

Au contraire. I had purchased some goat-milk soap, and my wife hated the smell. So, she bought me some Harry's bath gel in the "stone" scent.
A small portion goes a long way. More importantly, my wife really likes it. REAL lovey-dovey!
So, to improve your marriage, grow a beard and buy Harry's bath gel. Guaranteed.
I got the trial set and I have to say I was disappointed the razor was OK but very cheap and had a weird pivot point that made it horrible. The shave gel is awesome though I am gonna keep buying it by itself
Happy to have a service to resupply razors and Harry's are a great quality razor! Going to the drugstore or other store and purchasing razors can be quite expensive and often times a lesser quality razor is chosen to reduce costs. Having the razors sent to my home on a regular basis of my choosing is great.
First of received the razor, but never received the handle to the razors until 7 weeks later. I even received the second order of razors before the handle was delivered.
Once received the handle decided to try the razors and they are absolutely terrible. Incredibly dull and very disappointing. Save your money and time from this con company. So disappointing.
I have been using Harry's products for about 6 months and the products are superior to other razors and blades I used in the past. The shave cream is the best!

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
