I've been using Harry's for quite some time now. Overall it offers a great shave. There are some places that the 5 blades can't maneuver around, and the trim blade is too sharp for some of the more sensitive areas. Delivery is exceptional, and I'm pleased with the design!
I recently ordered a razor and blades from Harry's. Through my own fault I ordered the razor instead of the kit. (I didn't realize this.) When I called them up to advise of missing items, we found out this is what happened. I offered to pay the extra $5 for the missing items but they said no way. They instead sent them to me gratis. WOW! What great customer service, especially since it was my mistake. I look forward to working with them again when I need more blades.
I initially signed up to cut the cost and embarrassment of explaining to my wife why the bill at CVS was so high when I bought razor refills. It tells you something when they lock the cabinet, and you need to get a clerk.
After a year or so of getting the shipment by mail, I realized how convenient it really was when I ran a bit short. I upped my order frequency slightly and now there is no stress at all.
I am not a gimmick or on-line searcher or purchaser of goods and services. Therefore I am not sure how I ended up involved with my regularly scheduled delivery of blades and other products from Harry's. After the first delivery I logged on to cancel and then for whatever did not do so. Now I look forward to the delivery and have found new products that I enjoy and use regularly.

I love Harry's products and customer service. I can depend on my shaving products arriving in the mail just in time. I wish I would have discovered Harry's sooner than I did. The razors are fantastic they give a close smooth shave. I will never go back to what I used before or where I bought razors before. Harry's is a great source for anything that deals with shaving!
Thought I'd try this out but found the razors (German Engineering) were basically what I could buy in Lidl for significantly less so basically paying premium for nicely packaged budget supermarket blades and shaving gel delivered to your door. Not good value for money in my opinion.

I first bought Harry's blades because the price was so low. Plus I was tired of Gillette's high costs. But now I have come to realize that Harry's is also high quality. I love the blades and how well they shave me. I prefer the shave gel too! Better than the usual brands.
Always pleased with every product I have ever purchased through Harry's. Where I think they stand above the rest is the fact that they dont cram spam emails trying to get you to buy more stuff and stuff that is not of interest like so many companies do. Harry's is one company I allow to have emails go into my inbox. They have a very personable approach and always check on satisfaction of orders. Thank you Harry's for being the company you are!

I have been a customer for a year or so, and have been very happy with both the products and the customer service. One of my shipments was delivered to the wrong address, so I called customer service to check my options. They resent the shipment, at no charge! The handles are lightweight and sturdy, and the blades are top notch. I always get a close shave. My whole family is using Harry's now, and we all love it!
I have had a horrible experience with Harry's. Its been over 4 weeks and 2 weeks past my estimated shipping date. After going back and forth with custom service and being offered a refund, I am still waiting on some type of action. I have cancelled my plan and will return my package if it ever gets to me and its before my refund. I am ordering from Dollar shave club.
I have always hated buying razors in the store because of the overpricing and just way to many gimmicks. I love using Harry's because I get exactly what I need, when I need it at a great price. I don't ever have to remember to buy razors or shave cream for myself and my family anymore. They show up in the mail just when they are needed. I highly recommend for everyone, but especially for a family of 5 who all need razors.
Whereas Harry's razor blades are an exceptional value, I would like to offer one suggestion for guys like me who have beards. I propose developing a smaller, slightly less blade width razor with a little more exposed side edges to allow gentlemen to trim and shape beards. Allowing one to highlight that area on the chin and under and above the jaw line. That would be an option that I would enjoy trying.

I thoroughly enjoy Harry's products, which are the best in the industry. One blade cartridge last more than a month, and I particularly like the shaving cream. Reasonably priced, great service, and you'll save a lot of money over the costly commercial brands found in retail outlets. I've dished all of those products and I am now a Harry's user for life!
Razor blades are super sharp and offer a great shave, but they rust VERY quickly. My blades need to be changed once every 2-3 shaves, and I dont leave my razor in the shower. I will discontinue and look at other brands. Its very disappointing to pick up a rusty razor when you are out of replacements.

I love Harry's products. The blades are sharp and the shaving cream smooth. The shaver is nicely balanced in my hand and I like having the special holder which looks classy holding the shaver. I waited a year before I tried harry's. I continued to use the the same old junk that the name brands offered. It got so bad a few years ago I tried a Chinese brand of blades. That was the last straw. No more ragged blades or blades that did not have an edge ground on them. I can use Harry's blades for 15 to 16 days easy. I buy on line and it works fine. I got my first Harry's kit as a birthday present four years ago and I've been hooked ever since. The razor handle has a perfect heft: exactly the right weight, feel, and balance to make shaving easy. Love it! I use Harry's to shave my head as well as my face, and it's great for that too.
I like the convenience of receiving my shave order right when I need it. I signed up for the service to save money over the mainstream competitors who felt that they could charge whatever price they could get away with as there were no alternatives. I find the quality excellent and certainly consistent with the advertised quality.
I've been very happy with the products and extremely satisfied with the service. I had a slight delamination on one of the razors, sent a note to customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. No long drawn out proof process. And personal follow up. The way a company should run its service.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
