Awesome for bald guys!

I was skeptical at first to use this product, but comparing the price to the ones in the stores... I had to try it. I ordered my first razor two years ago and have not used another since. I shave my head and face almost every day and, if dried properly after use, one blade lasts about a week and a half. I love the product and the delivery service. I recommend to anyone that is sick of paying the ridiculous prices of big brands.

Harry's Customer-Experience-Rep response to my review "Poor Construction" means that after 50 yrs of shaving I need a video to re-learn how to shave? Really?! I need to learn a new shaving angle or shave so lightly that the blade barely touches my face in order to keep the cartridge from losing its rigidity! Sounds like "alternative facts" to me!

The angle of the blades within our cartridge legitimately is just different enough from what you're used to that by changing the angle you hold the razor and applying a little less pressure can actually help you make the adjustment to a new system like ours and improve the shave considerably. Having said all that, we totally understand if you'd rather just cut ties. Either way, thank you for giving us a shot.

I have been looking for for a Google review option but none exists, only one poled by the company which was probably biased since it gave them 88% approval. It is a bad razor, period. So dull it tugs on you. I gave it three passes an set it down. Kept on using my two week old Gillette Mach 3 and it worked perfect. It is also quite big, so I have no clue how you would shave the mustache area. When I bought the Harry's I signed up to the program, though I'd give the company a shot. I later came back and cancelled. I never heard back from them asking why. Little tid bit of info. If you are setting up a manufactured product and they cancel a refill subscription - reach out and ask why. You need ALL of the feedback in the world to make that product a perfect one. Don't just go out there and claim you have it. Have actual statistics for it.

Hi Daniel, we're sorry to hear about your initial shaving experience. We’ve had some guys share similar feelings at first, only to tell us later that their shave drastically improved as they stuck with it. Sometimes it just takes a little time to adjust to the differences in a new system: it often really helps to experiment with the angle at which you're holding the blade and the amount of pressure you're using (too much or too little). With that in mind, we'd love for you to give us a few more shaves.

As for the mustache area and those hard to reach areas, such as under your nose and the lines of your side burns, that's we added our Precision Trimmer. To use it, simply turn the razor around so that the 5 blades are facing away from you, and bring the trimmer (which is a single blade on top of the cartridge) up to your hair. You should notice as soon as the blade reaches your hair, and that's the sweet spot! Try out some different angles during your first few shaves to find which one works best for you. Always there, alway needed

I really enjoy getting my Harry's razor supplies delivered automagically, some things were just always hard to remember to pick up at the store. So many conflicting products and decisions, I had spent a fortune on this or that razor or cream. Now I don't have to even think about it. I know my blades will always be sharp, the cream effective and I don't have ten brands of unused shave cream cluttering the closet. Best personal hygiene decision I have made since... hey, they have other soaps and cremes also.

The razor eraser(s)...

With the invention of multiple blade razors, mankind was held hostage and going broke - until Harry's broke the mold. I was using old blades because I am a frugal dude. Rubbing the whiskers off of my face isn't as easy as using a new blade. Thanks for helping... got a trick to help keep the ears hair free? Thanks Harry!

I have been a member for several years now and love all the products. Harry has the best razors by far. I have a very thick beard and prior to being hooked on Harry's I would spend a fortune on razors... well Harry's solved that issue! Harry's customer service is great and any issues are resolved immediately. I highly recommend!

I've used Gillette my whole and hated shaving. The first time I used Harry's I couldn't believe what a great shave I got. It was best shave ever. No cuts, no burning, just a smooth easy refreshing shave. I'll never use anything else again.

Convenient and Quality

I joined Harry's a few years ago. They have great products at a reasonable price. Love their stuff! Their shaving line is the best quality razors I have ever had and their new dandruff shampoo and moisturizer has resolved a lifelong struggle for me.

I purchased 32 blades on 7/24 on 8/10 I still had not received my shipment. I contacted Harry's and Julio was very apologetic, stating they would get another shipment out immediately and refund my purchase price in full within 3 to 10 days. 15 days later I had not received a refund. I contacted Julio 8/25 and was told when I receive the product to return it and they would then give me a refund. I was a VP of logistics for over 30 years and would never treat a customer with such utter disrespect and out right lie to them. I will never purchase product from Harry's again. I will also tell as many people as possible that this is a terrible company to deal with.

I've been using a Harry's razor for the last couple years and have been very happy with the blades. I'd experimented with all the blades from Dollar Shave Club, and never found one a truly liked. Not the case here... I instantly was happy with the razor. The aluminum cube razor stand is a nice touch. If there is a way to scale down the packaging a bit that could reduce some recycling waste.

I really like the feel of the razor handle, nice sharp blades. The shave gel and balm are both comfortable on my skin. Just purchased the Stone body wash and enjoy the scent. Convenient shipping and to make changes to order before it ships

I've used Harry's blades for over two years now, and love them! I do still have to use a disposable blade to touch up the area under my nose--I guess my nose it too big! I rarely get cut, and only then when I use a blade too long--to see how long they will last. Those other brands sliced me far too often.

The ability to vary the shipping schedule is very useful; my beard seems to grow faster during Winter, and I use the blades faster. Speaking of which, these blades last twice as long as the big-name blades I used to use; and of course, Harry's blades are much cheaper. I'll never go back! Thank you, Harrys!

Great razors and products

I doubt there is any better shave products out there, and I have been shaving for over 50 years so I have plenty of experience. These are the best razor blades ever made. Plus they last much longer than anything else. The handles have a very nice feel and balance.
It helped once they added the non-slip grips. These are 5 bladeded heads, but they do not clog and skip like the other major brands seem to do. The customer service and subscription site is well laid out and easy to use.
I used to buy the Mach's but they are way over-priced and do a much poorer job. Harry's has excellent products other than the razors too. Great shaving cream, nice after shave lotion, (my new fav) face lotion, and very good long lasting shampoo. The only product that I didn't like as well was the body wash. The scent was a bit strong for me.

Worst razor ever! If you like nics and cuts on your face this is the razor for you. After it kills your face for the first 3 shaves it won't be effective at cutting hairs at all. I'm running back to Gillette pro glide arms wide open.

The products are sub standard and their customer service is appalling. After I had requested to cancel (cancellation at any time being such a BIG part of their marketing), they responded to me with a very informal email, proceeded to send their goods and charge me regardless. Upon pointing this out to them they responded in a cocky and self-righteous manner as if to say they don't make mistakes and they are supremely professional. The customer service moron I was dealing with (Joe, if that's his real name) couldn't even spell his colleagues name correctly after three email correspondences. Utter waste of time and money. Bunch of cowboys!

Didn't honor their offer

I received an e-mail from Harry's to sell me a starter kit for $8 and then when I went to order, changed the price to $13. Must be some sort of scam like bait and switch. Bottom line, I'm not feeling good about Harrys.

I've been using Harry's for around a year now and they work great. Even though they arent specifically made to shave heads, I use it for both my head and face. As someone who has thick hair, Harry's works great without leaving razor burn.
