Harry's shaver & blades are excellent. I have tried all the others and must admit, Harry's provides the closest & smoothest shave of them all. I receive blades every three months and if I do not need them then, you can postpone for another month! Very nice way to do business and the price is right!
The razors are very good quality as well as the creams they have. Priced well too. I have been using the product for 3 years or more and have had no problems with them at all. The only thing that happened was one time a bottle of shaving cream had exploded in the shipping box. Made kind of a mess but just washed the other products off and everything was good. Overall I am very happy with Harrys
Totally honest, I tried this because I didn't have the money for new blades at the time (over 2 years ago). I ordered with a special code that made it $3.00 for a razor, blades, and shave gel. It was obviously cheaper. I now shave more often with my Harry's stuff and am changing blades less at the same time. Perhaps the best shave I have ever been able to have as well!
I heard about Harry's on a number of radio shows and podcasts. I finally decided to try the sample set and was happy. A good quality razor and shaving gel work great. I'm not getting the irritation that I often got with some big brand blades I have been using.
The best is having the razors coming right to the house.
I started out with a years supply and shortly after saw the new blades had the trimmer blade. Was looking forward to a new order but into my second blade I have to agree with most reviews the new blades suck because of the pulling. I am getting way less shaves with the new blades so maybe that's why the change! If there isn't an improvement in the near future this will be my last order.
I have been using Harry's razor, blades, gel wash, etc for a few years now. I love it and will not switch to anything else. The price is great, and quality is superb. The auto set up for supplies was easy and is very convenient. It is well worth the investment.
Blades are very good quality and customer service is out of this world. I have noticed that the quality seems to have slipped in the last year. It is difficult to get a close shave under the nose without cutting the tender skin with the trimmer. I hope they improve this.
My wife got me a starter set for Christmas 3 years ago. I will never go back to the overpriced blades I used to be stuck with. Harry's blades are every bit as good as anything I got at the local store at a fraction of the cost! Can't beat it!
I have been using Harry's Shave blades for over a year or a little longer. I always get a clean shave even after the third or fourth shave on a blade. They are priced right and I recommend them to all my friends. Try them you will like them "I guarantee".
I have used the Harry's razors for about a year, and find that they give me a very close and comfortable shave. Each razor lasts about 8 days before the shaves become less comfortable. I like the convenience of auto delivery, one less thing I need to remember at the supermarket

From shaving with a straight razor and then to safety razors (if you're old enough to know what they are) to the popular 4 and 5 blades available on the market in the past decade. They are easy to order and always arrive in a timely fashion (which to say, is quicker than their shipping estimate). Customer service is the best. Product quality and variety are excellent. The best I've ever used. I have a shave plan and really appreciate that Harry's lets me move the delivery out a month if I need to, change the order and cancel the plan if I need to. It seems as though I don't use up the blades and shave gel as quickly as expected. I just can't say enough good things about Harry's!
Was double billed due to my debit card being switched by my bank. Double order for my standing order was sent. I was refunded one of the charges but was told to keep the additional blades. I offered to return them but they said to just keep them. I recommend Harry's whenever I am discussing shaving with co workers and friends.
Both my husband and I use Harry's razors and we live the clean smooth fee we get and the razors seem to last much longer than other brands. We also love that they auto ship the blades, but we can easily(through email) change how often our package is sent. Love Harry's!
I loved Harrys when they used paper containers for their blades and they were clearly better made. I even told several friends and family about them. They went to plastic which still goes to landfills even if they are recyclable and now the new blades are simply terrible. They lost a big supporter while trying to chase the latest trends instead of focusing on a simple, well made product. I'm out.
Well that's certainly not what we were aiming for! We did recently change our cartridges, though the blades themselves remain unchanged. And, the only changes we made to the cartridges were in the hopes of improving the overall shaving experience, as we added a precision trimmer blade for those hard-to-reach areas and made the rubber flex hinge both more flexible and more durable for a smoother shave. There's a possibility, though, that the new flex hinge is different enough that it could take a few shaves to re-adjust to the amount of pressure you use (an amount of pressure that worked like a charm before the rubber changed, that is). We hope you'll give it a few more tries and see if you find the magic again, and we're sorry that you've had this change of heart over our products.

I began using Harry's a couple of years ago, and love their service. I found the proper schedule for my re-orders, and the blades and shaving cream arrive right on time, with no hassle. In addition, the blades are the best blades I have ever used, and the shaving cream is also of very high quality for someone with sensitive skin. Harry's razor is absolutely the best razor available. I have tried many. I recently started to used their face wash. This has a very pleasant peppermint smell, and it leaves my face squeaky clean!.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
