I've been a customer for over a year now. The blades are the best I've ever used... the shaving foam smells great (and lasts forever!)... lol. Delivery is on time and hassle-free... consistently exceeds my expectations.
I like one less thing I need to think of and not having to wait for a store employee to unlock the razor blades because they are so expensive they have to be locked in a cabinet. Quality is at least as good as Gillette and the others, and possibly better. I always have fresh blades on hand.
Recently forgot razor on vacation and had to borrow a 5 blade Gillette similar to what I used in the past. Brand new blades and still had numerous cuts. Get home and can't wait to shave with my Harry's razor because no cuts, not one. Truly the best shave I have ever had and customer service to match!
Finally a blade that is affordable, dependable, and gives a clean male and female shave. We enjoy the ease of the subscription, how customizable it is, and inexpensive. We both look forward to the $5 full sized mystery item we get in addition to our blades. Thanks to that, we've fallen in love with the redwood scented lotion.
Been receiving these shaving products for a few years. Originally bought because my name is Harry and I thought it would be cool to have my name on everything but I really like the products. Smooth shave and everything comes on time. Love the service. Would be great if you made a small size shaving cream for travel.
Love the razors and blades. Both my husband and I use them and have never experienced a better shave. My husband says he only has to change the blade every two months. With the shipping program they always contact me first to let me know they are coming and follow up to make sure I received them. PERFECT!
Previously, I would hold on to my razors too long because they were so expensive and frankly, I would just forget to buy them. I love having a new razor every week and the ease of having them mailed to me is fantastic. The shaving cream is also great and I never worry about running out. Finally, I started shaving my bald head a few weeks ago and the razors work great.

The best thing about your products is I never have to think about it anymore, bad as that sounds I am a military father of 3 with a lot going on all day every day. Not having to deal with shaving products anymore saves me time. After a few months of changing the frequency and quantity of my shipments, I have got it dialed in perfect, I always have razors that work and everything else I need in my kit waiting for me. I've been using Harry's products for a few years now; I firstly enjoyed the scent of their body wash, my favorite is Fig. The scent last all day and cleans well just like any other. I then started using Harry's razors which are just as great, I used Gillette before and switched to Harry's, no complaints, does the job just as well, razors last just as long, and Harry's is better priced for the value. Harry's.com is easy to navigate, shipping is nice cause it saves time and money.
These blades are the worst. Uncomfortable right from the start. I have fusion and hydro blades that have a dozen shaves on them and they are more comfortable than these.
I have a light beard and usually only shave every other day (about 12 times per month). I get about 16 shaves for the Fusion, about 14 for the Hydro 5. Heck i got 12 pretty good shaves out of the 800 Razor brand. These things I'm lucky to get 4. I end up using 3 to 4 blades per month. Not a very good deal
Well that's not what you want! We tend to hear that guys get about ~7-8 shaves per blade, so we're sorry to hear that you're getting half that at best. If you email help@harrys.com we'd be glad to take care of you.
Harry's razors are incredible. We were offered free Harry razors in Puerto Rico after the hurricanes devastated our islands. Once we were back on our feet we immediately went online and set up an account and have never looked back. Its convenient and little by little we started to add all of their products to our deliveries. We love Harrys!
I shave, A LOT. Not a terribly hairy guy but I do shave my head every day. I save a ton of money by using Harry's products vs the competitor and I always get a quality shave. The rubber part of the blade cartridge will actually wear faster than the blades. Fast shipping, good products, great price, I'm a fan!

I recently ordered the new blades from Harry's! This is just my opinion but the new blades I tried for 2 weeks and at least 5 times they nicked my face and every time they caused razor burn! I don't know if it's the angle of the blades or what but I went back to the old blades and didn't Knick myself or have razor burn! Have you had this complaint before?
Really sorry to hear that, John. This is in fact something we've heard, as some guys have trouble adjusting right away to the new system. The fact is that our blades are set at just different enough of an angle than what you're used to that it can take some varying of the angle you hold the razor, as well as the amount of pressure you use (shouldn't need too much... the blades are sharp!), to really get that smooth shave with us. We hope you'll keep those factors in mind and stick with us a little while longer. We love the Harry's products in my house. I have two boys that use the body wash and shampoo daily. We all love the different scents and rotate through all four. The shampoo does a great job leaving hair soft and clean. I use the shave gel and razors/blades after being a safety razor shaver for many years. I can't say enough great things about the Harry's line.

I have really enjoyed my relationship with Harry's. Great shave products, love the sharp blades and happy to see Harry's expanding their offerings. I've tried several - face wash, mist after shave, etc... and like them as I expected I would. The shave plan is a real convenience and I add other items as I need them. Super business model and great products!
... and this is the best blade I've ever used for it's price. The Shave Gel is a good complement, I'm a lather guy. I'm not sold on the Shampoo with Conditioner, too much conditioner for my grey head. Excellent customer service when they helped me with a special request and quick delivery for vacation. For me, overall Harry's is a winner.
I gave the truman set as a Christmas gift to my father 4 years ago after hearing him complain about the price and quality of the disposable razors he had been using. The past week i get a call from him asking if I could "Order more of those harrys blades from the internet!" Needless to say he still likes them. Arrived a week earlier then expected even.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
