Was excited to buy German steel, cheaper shaving blades along with some efficient campaign. I will be short, as compared to Gillette Proglide these are not even half closer to performance due to design fault. Blade movement is only one directional as compared to two directional of Gillette. They use rubber elasticity as compared to metal used by Gillette, thus making them very stiff and will not provide closer shave and will cut your skin. They have not even provide review section on their website. Performance is not even justified at this price level. Will not buy again.
I took my Harry's razor on vacation with me and it broke while I was using it. The plastic razor blade literally broke off. I've never had that happen before with any razor. Made the whole thing seem really cheap and crappy. I had been happy with my razor set up until that point. I'm not sure it's much better than any other razor.

I got a subscription to Harry's for my dad last christmas. This year I added a few of the other Harry's products for part of his christmas gift. Everything arrived quickly and looks great. (Dad said the razor blades have been great) shipping is fast and easy, delaying and adding items to your order is really simple and all the products are high quality.
I have a reasonably tough beard, I shave daily, and I change blades once a month. Harry's blades stay sharper, longer, and are a bit less expensive that the brand I was using before. I'm a satisfied customer, though Harry may want me to buy blades more often.
Harry's provides a good shave at a very reasonable price. The blades usually last as long, and often times longer than higher priced blades. As with any razor, Harry's will nick if one isn't careful because the blades are SHARP.
Really like the fragrance of the shave gel.
I get as good a shave with these razors as any I've tried, and at a reasonable price. The shipments have always been on time, and they send me a reminder email to let me know when they are going to ship. I have added other products to my regular order periodically, and have been pleased with them as well. (They didn't try to keep them on my regular order either. Just a one time addition.) Very pleased with the company.
Have been using Harry's products since inception. Never cut myself with highest quality blades and have utilized hair, facial and wash products as introduced - and am quite satisfied. Customer service is outstanding!
Love the shaver and the price! The shave is close. I never have to go shopping for blades; they are automatically sent to my front door every three months and I can cancel an order anytime I want if I don't need the blades that month. Thank you!
I like the Harry's blades, especially the backside blade for keeping the sideburns neat. Since I am retired I don't shave every day, but I have adjusted my order frequency online with no difficulty. I have also become a frequent supplier of blades to my two grandsons in college—we have fun with this.
Harry's subscription razor supplies are great. During covid I was not shaving as much and they paused for a while and restated when I asked them too. Great quality razors for my tough beard. Never have to go to costco or drug store to get very good razors. Thank you Harry's.
Ok, let me start by saying I'm a skeptic at heart. Up until last year I used my grandfathers old Gillette Brass Double Edge razor. I have tried many other new razors over the years and nothing gave me as close a shave until I tried Harry's. I have a heavy beard and other razors just couldn't cut it (pun intended). On a whim I tried Harry's and I have not touched my old Gillette since. I now get a close shave which my wife and grand kids like and Harry's blades last way longer than the others. The only way I will change again is for Gillette to put me in a commercial using their antique brass double edge! However if Harry's offers me a commercial first, Gillette has zero chance of me switching back
By far the worst razor I've ever used! I bought this razor at Target with high hopes and was sadly very disappointed right at the start. Right out of the box the blades couldn't cut through the hair on my face. I've had Gillette razors that after a month of use have better results.

I've been using Harry's products for a little over three years. I'm 61 years old with a course beard that has always been difficult to shave without leaving red bumps. Harrys has saved the day! I can't say enough about the quality of the razor and the rich quality and moisturizing aspects of the shaving gel with aloe and the post shave balm with aloe. Just recently tried the soap and the post shave mist, I'll be re-ordering those as well. And best of all, if you ever run into any issues with your product or delivery, you should reach out to Katie on their customer service team. Harry's is convenient and quite cost effective. I never run out of good, sharp razors anymore. I see in other reviews some have had issues with the handle. I have had no challenges with any part of this product.
My husband is a perfectionist---Harry's is the first shave cream and blade he pronounces perfect. I have tried buying him the perfect shaver, etc. over the years--this time I finally managed to find a product he will swear by, Easy to order---arrives on time--priced right!
Not only is Harry's convenient and attentive as a company the product is the very best shave I have ever had. In the 55 years of blade shaving it is wonderful to find a product that shaved me closely and comfortably and is priced right as well. Without naming others like Gillette and their ilk which have always been very expensive it was wonderful to finally have a viable competitor that honors it customers like Harry's does. I recommend Harry's all the time to other men I know.
And to counter a one star review about why men should buy on line: Because it's convenient!
I admit, I was skeptical of a company with a lot of hype, selling something that is easily purchased at the grocery store... But I was wrong. Harry's continues to impress me. The razor handle and blades are some of the best I've ever used. I love the design of the product, and even the packaging. Their customer service keeps checking in with me, like an experienced waiter at a high end restaurant. But, like most of the time at the restaurants, I have to simply thank them and wave them off. There are no problems. I recommend them highly. I'll definitely be a continuing customer and look forward to future innovations at Harry's.
The best shave I have gotten in my 72 years. Price is very reasonable, comes on time. In fact, the blade lasts so long that I have to tell them that to hold off the next shipment because I am piling up too many blades.
I especially like that I can get a month's daily shaving with each blade. The single blade on the flip-side lets me get really close beneath my nose and down in the deep crevasse of my chin as well as the corners of my mouth. The after shave cream bathes my facial skin in great smelling luxury making me quite kissable. As for the shave gel, a dash about the size of a nickel is enough to spread all over my face and it, too, has a nice aroma.
I've been using Harry's for a couple of years & won't switchhave given several to friends/relatives... no one has been disappointed! My wife just got a Flamingo & is equally impressed... A truly great shaving system!
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
